A wonderful place to relax and warm up in the thermal pools during winter, when it’s snowy and freezing outside. It’s a cozy and peaceful spot where everything feels calm and pleasant. There are many different baths and pools, as well as a small water park, jacuzzi, and more.

Queued 45 minutes to buy a tasteless lunch in a dirty bistro which was basically our only option, because once entered , you cannot leave and come back. Asked the miserable, rude cashier to heat some water for our baby’s milk…she came back after 20 seconds with the same cold water.
There is no pool for swimmers in the whole place and even if you want to go in for an hour in the evening, you still have to pay full price.

Best hotel in Hungary. In and outdoor thermal baths. Slide and pool park for kids. Outside thermal baths in large park with special pool for children.

Sorry for the lack of pictures, this is only the entrance. I love this place i have such fond childhood memories of it! The climate is so warm and nice, the plants are beautiful and dreamy creating a lovely atmosphere. The pools are great and the slides are very fun as well. This place us definitely worth the price, you could easily spend a fun afternoon here :)

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water. The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe.

The worst hotel I have stayed in since we became a family 7 years ago. Old, dirty, bad service, everything is far and almost and the air conditioner is not noticeable. The dining room is stuffy and smelly, the beds are too soft and too old so that when you sleep the mattress really sinks. The air conditioner in the room didn't work and they said there was nothing to do in the evening and we had to wait until the morning. The price of a vacation is too high, There were drops of pee in the toilet and hairs on the sheets and exorbitant for a cheap, disrespectful, dirty and unpleasant return. Mostly there is no one to talk to, there is hardly an employee or two who speak English and they are also really unhelpful. The outside food stands are filthy and they refused to give us towels even with the towel card, it turns out that you can only get towels for the hot pools. As already said, paying too much for the value of sleeping in a shocking, dirty, old place with the worst service. I can't believe we have to be here for a whole week.

Unfortunately this place stood in time from like 2015.. there is no maintenance, lots of doors and things are broken, the restaurant is a joke, the coffee was literally some awful water.
The bathrooms are very very dirty!!! The pools are dirty, they don’t really clean the floors neither.
Also, many jacuzzis, showers and stuff was not working. At least they have nice plants!
Its really a kids place or some rehabilitation place, nothing in between.
Don’t pay for the sauna’s, its in the basement, super small places full of people and disgusting arrangements!!! And of course the real sauna places are not included in the already paid sauna world?!? Come on! Never coming back here.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day. Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)

Great place, it's clean and the water is good. The only minus that I have is the fact that I bought the tickets online and there is only one cash register which works with the online registration. If you pay there it goes faster.
