Hotel Divinus was an excellent choice in every way! The breakfasts were extremely varied and delicious, always finding a new favorite. The restaurant was elegant and stylish, and the dinners provided a true culinary experience. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. We truly relaxed and recharged during our stay. I recommend Hotel Divinus to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!

The hotel is generally good, but I have some concerns about the room cleaning service as it could be better. On a positive note, I would like to highlight the hotel bar, particularly the bartender who demonstrates a passion for crafting exceptional gin and tonic compositions. The bartender's skill and creativity in preparing gin and tonic drinks are truly commendable.

We have stayed here twice and both times our stay was excellent. Lovely clean rooms and nice staff particularly Zsolt in the bar who was very friendly and kind and very professional in his job.

Food is really tasty and enough diversity. Low quality of the coffee at breakfast, noy acceptable for a 5 stars hotel. Drinks are full of ice.
There is no difference between shampoo and shower gel.

This is the fourth day of the four weeks we are spending in this hotel and so far it has been an excellent experience. The rooms are great and the staff are even better. There is one cool guy in particular called Zsolt, who gave us lots of information about the city and the footballclub. He also introduced us to Hungarian beer which was probably one of the best beers I ever had. Its a sad thing we have to get up early every morning because it is way to enjoyable at the bar every evening. If I'm ever going back to Debrecen, I will go back to Divinus for sure.

First time ever im in Hungary.
It is for work tho, but i really enjoy it here. The people are friendly, food is good. If something is not good, or you want a change, they will help you as much as they can, but i have to give a Shout out to Zsolt in Particular. He is friendly, his english is very good which makes it easy for us (we are Dutch, and ofcourse dont speak hungarian). And he knows excactly what he sells, and what he is talking about. He made me fell in love with Hungarian beer.

Breakfast was awesome. I would ask that you increase the menu to some more seafood items and vegetarian options in the Alacarte menu for lunch/dinner.
A small suggestion/request, maybe invest in some softer/better toilet paper 😅
