This is my first trip to Hungary and Debrecen. A colleague recommended the hotel and am so glad he did.

From the minute we arrived everyone was so nice and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location with many options for dining nearby.

The breakfast had so many options. You will be sure to find many things you like.

Be sure to stop by the bar to see Zsolt. He is not only extremely pleasant and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable about the area and gave some great recommendations.

The amenities are also incredible. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Debrecen.

I do not recommend this hotel.
I accidentally left my watch in the room. The staff and administration confirmed that they found it. After that, they asked me to pay for the delivery service, which I did. However, after payment, the hotel administration and staff stopped responding to my messages. Essentially, they stole my watch.

I’m here every week due to my business. Coming back every Monday feels already like going home since I feel so well pampered - and I want to highlight my favorite contact at the hotel. Zsolt is the best barkeeper I met. He knows how to treat guests. It’s a pleasure to have a Drink and some nice conversation after an excessive working day.

Hotel Divinus was an excellent choice in every way! The breakfasts were extremely varied and delicious, always finding a new favorite. The restaurant was elegant and stylish, and the dinners provided a true culinary experience. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. We truly relaxed and recharged during our stay. I recommend Hotel Divinus to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway!

The hotel is generally good, but I have some concerns about the room cleaning service as it could be better. On a positive note, I would like to highlight the hotel bar, particularly the bartender who demonstrates a passion for crafting exceptional gin and tonic compositions. The bartender's skill and creativity in preparing gin and tonic drinks are truly commendable.

We have stayed here twice and both times our stay was excellent. Lovely clean rooms and nice staff particularly Zsolt in the bar who was very friendly and kind and very professional in his job.
We are returning last week in September because of the great experience.

Food is really tasty and enough diversity. Low quality of the coffee at breakfast, noy acceptable for a 5 stars hotel. Drinks are full of ice.
There is no difference between shampoo and shower gel.

This is the fourth day of the four weeks we are spending in this hotel and so far it has been an excellent experience. The rooms are great and the staff are even better. There is one cool guy in particular called Zsolt, who gave us lots of information about the city and the footballclub. He also introduced us to Hungarian beer which was probably one of the best beers I ever had. Its a sad thing we have to get up early every morning because it is way to enjoyable at the bar every evening. If I'm ever going back to Debrecen, I will go back to Divinus for sure.
