The hotel is generally good, but I have some concerns about the room cleaning service as it could be better. On a positive note, I would like to highlight the hotel bar, particularly the bartender who demonstrates a passion for crafting exceptional gin and tonic compositions. The bartender's skill and creativity in preparing gin and tonic drinks are truly commendable.

We have stayed here twice and both times our stay was excellent. Lovely clean rooms and nice staff particularly Zsolt in the bar who was very friendly and kind and very professional in his job. We are returning last week in September because of the great experience.

Hotel Divinus was an excellent choice in every way! The breakfasts were extremely varied and delicious, always finding a new favorite. Food is really tasty and enough diversity. Low quality of the coffee at breakfast, noy acceptable for a 5 stars hotel. Drinks are full of ice. There is no difference between shampoo and shower gel. Not worth the money.

Stayed here for one night. It was a little bit difficult to locate the hotel. The room looks like a university dorm as expected but had everything I needed for the night. Budget hotel in a serene environment offering homestay for long and short term guests, mostly students. Service and amenities are quite good. A great place to relax

It wasn't the best hotel in terms of ambience and it gets bothersome if you're staying for an extended period of time

Only suitable for first year students who don't know where to live at the first time coming to Debrecen because it's expensive and not worth it

Great hotel if you want to experience the spirit of the golden era. The hotel is an impressive building that unfolds many surprises, from an old abandoned section to what looks like a Russian elevator that can withstand an atomic blast. Great experience!

If you want to have a reminiscent experience in a old dated hotel, this is a must go! Plenty of abandoned sections of the building will make you feel as if you made a trip to Chernobyl. Some rooms are just falling apart while you can enjoy a minimum offer breakfast in a pretty impressive hall. My recommendation: go for it!

Campus hotel are divided in 2 areas. Entrance A and entrance B Staff is very friendly. You find an Mini Marketing in the lobby of entrance B. The ATM is located in the lobby of entrance A

The rooms were clean and up-to-date, kind of like a dorm, which is understandable. We had an AC which was awesome in the summer heat. It is in close proximity with a bus stop, bot otherwise it's pretty far from everything.

Accomodation in a student dorm, simple clean, practical. The place made me sentimental about the times of my university studies :-) Comfortable bed, helpful staff, fridge in the room. Location in the university campus, close to the Great Forest.

The hotel is nice. The environment is natural and the rooms are wonderfully structured with some touch of independence for the occupants. You have everything you need. From kitchen to working space.

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water. The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day. Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)

Great place, it's clean and the water is good. The only minus that I have is the fact that I bought the tickets online and there is only one cash register which works with the online registration. If you pay there it goes faster.

A very nice aqua park, big and with many possibilities to relax. There are many pools with thermal water, fresh water, with ultrasonic waves, slides. Upstairs, inside the aqua park, place to eat. The entrance and the facilities you choose are paid only at the end. There is also a pool with cold and warm water, a salt room and a relaxation room.

The place is great. We enjoyed the fact that there were many pools with very warm water. We appreciated that there are many plants inside. The restaurant is more of a cafeteria with fast food. A nice aquapark, similar to Nymphaea from Oradea (Romania). There are several pools, but not all are heated. You pay extra for the thermal bath & sauna. Food: fast-food at the first floor. Price for 2 adults & one six years old: 12.500 forints. Parking place in the area: 400 huf/hour.

Staying hear as we speak. Booking, value and early check-in is great online. Hotel is in a great location and lots of access to many things within walking distance. Great experience, we were there during covid and hotel definitely that extreme caution for their guests. Room was clean and quiet. Wellness was nice but we did not use full facilities. It was great size of swimming pool with little area to sun tan. breakfast was great too. Varieties of choices to choose from.

Not a 4 stars hotel level. Room smells bad and bathroom with shower curtain. Even you can find several cockroaches in the room. Disgusting! Never ever again!

Perfect Hotel to stay in the centre of town. Rooms are huge with air con also there are balcony on every room. Bathrooms are spacious with a nice shower. Stayed in 2 different rooms during my time here and both where cleaned and made up to a high standard . I will definitely be staying here again soon.

Perfectly located in the centre of the city. Close to restaurants and the necessary shops to get your daily needs. If you have a car… It’s like playing Tetris during busy hours as there is no dedicated parking for the hotel.

The place looks a bit old and the cleanliness is questionable, but at least the breakfast is diverse and better than other Debrecen hotels I've been to. There's a nice private parking area, with electrical vehicle charging spots, that also offer a few covered parking places. The location is close to the Motorway, Tesco, Spar and a shopping center with multiple shops. Overall good.

If you want to get away from city noise, this is the perfect place, out in the suburbs with two supermarkets close by.

The hotel is ok for one night stay, clean , and the receptionist was nice. The problem was that we arrived around 9 o'clock and the restaurant was closed. The bar was closing in 5 min, so we grabbed a couple of beers and went to bed hungry. Would be nice to live in a fridge at reception a few sandwiches for the late guests.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the food is excellent, and the location is great. The reception staff is extremely polite, especially a younger man named Feri, who was always smiling, whether it was day or night, and consistently kind and hospitable. Highly recommended!

The rooms clear, the staff is cute. The bed is a little bit soft, and the bathroom is small, but we can forget it :)

A decent place to have a lemonade or a coffee next to the park. Locals say that the food in the restaurant section is also good.

Krúdy's harcsapaprikás was outstanding, featuring tender catfish in a rich paprika sauce, along with delicious juhturós sztrapacska. The Schnitzel made for a great Sunday lunch choice. The desserts were a real treat, particularly the Rákóczi-style crêpe, which was light, sweet, and topped with fluffy meringue. Highly recommended!

Bean soup is very good with red onion. And the food in general is good. It's very relaxing to sit on the terrace and serve good food here. Kind and helpful staff, just like those at Villa Hotel, kind and friendly. A nice place close to the Aquaticum and located in a very very nice natural park.

Nice destination, but missed feeling for detail.... The fridge in room was so loud that I had to switch off, then something else made uncomfortable noise. Table in breakfest room had a problem with stability, there is no so much parking places so when is restaurant full, u have a problém. This time, we stopped by for dinner only. And we were not disappointed. It's been a while since we've stopped here and we were glad to see that place is growing nicely. Definitely a place to return to.

Service and food is 5* (staff is exceptionally helpful and professional, they even let us order ahead - food is good and tasty). The room is about 3* (shower not working properly: both pressure and temperature fluctuating, top shower not working properly) otherwise good quality. Some of the advertised attractions (e.g. kiddy fairy tale stream) are out of order.

Great hotel, view from the forest, the best meat ever, very fresh, from the farm nearby... Big events room, one in the farm and one at the hotel. Service is very welcoming, very local people, like a family there... Classic rooms, spacious, very clean and confortable. A couple of special suites for special occasions... Loved oir stay there. This place is look absolutely stunning! There is so much activities great food. In my opinion one of the best place in North East.

Was a perfect place for our family reunion. The hotel and its relaxing spa is in the middle of a beautiful forest. Kids of all ages just loved the farm and all the activities they had the opportunity to try: playground, horseback riding, carriage, 9D movies and the wonderfull pools. Food is great and prices are reasonable!

Good location. Lack of AC in the rooms. In summertime its a huge disadvantage cause you can enter the romm while over 30 degree celsius in there.

Here, you get your money's worth. We paid 60 euros for a double room that was very clean, nice, comfortable, large and had a view. The hotel's interior is charming, and breakfast is good. Plus, it is closer to the center than you might think.

The atmosphere here makes you feel nostalgic. E great hotel. Vintage furniture and paintings, wood everywhere. Bathroom floor is heated. I definitely recommend spending a night here.

Really nice .. a simple hotel remind me something which was really busy around the 90s.. simple simple simple but clean!!! Staff was nice and you can enjoy if you are not picky.. Enough to sleep and perfect if you come to visit Debrecen. The thermal is also clean.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It's more a guesthouse over a restaurant than a hotel. As written below, list of all cons is much longer than the list of pros. Cons: There is no reception - you have to check-in with the bartender. The waiters are disrupting this process as they are serving the restaurant's customers, so whole check-in is a mess.
