Big hotel apartman good for long time staying with average facilities.

Budget hotel in a serene environment offering homestay for long and short term guests, mostly students. Service and amenities are quite good. A great place to relax

The hotel is worth all 5 stars. The service is excellent, it really feels luxurious. Whatever i wished they acted on it immediately. Amazing food, amazing staff, and the wellness spa is also nice. Not too big though, so when the hotel is full it does feel crowded. But for this price, we will keep coming back... Being in this bar, after a long journey in the work is like an oasis where you can relax yourself thank to the nice and familiar atmosphere which this special place has to offer. We stayed here with our kids, and it was a great choice. The location is perfect — right next to Nagyerdő Park and just a 5-minute walk from Aquaticum. The hotel is like a resort, insanely comfortable. The staff has been amazing. The bartenders (Zsolt and Zoltan) have blown out minds. Better craft cocktails than we get back home, at less than half the price, and a smile on their face the whole time. I would happily stay here any time in in Debrecen.

Among the dozens of hotels I’ve stayed in, *Divinus Hotel was the only one that charged for the in-room tea bags and coffee*, which you usually prepare yourself. Great hotel if you want to experience the spirit of the golden era. The hotel is an impressive building that unfolds many surprises, from an old abandoned section to what looks like a Russian elevator that can withstand an atomic blast. Great experience!

If you want to have a reminiscent experience in a old dated hotel, this is a must go! Plenty of abandoned sections of the building will make you feel as if you made a trip to Chernobyl. Some rooms are just falling apart while you can enjoy a minimum offer breakfast in a pretty impressive hall. My recommendation: go for it!

Campus hotel are divided in 2 areas. Entrance A and entrance B Staff is very friendly. You find an Mini Marketing in the lobby of entrance B. The ATM is located in the lobby of entrance A

The rooms were clean and up-to-date, kind of like a dorm, which is understandable. We had an AC which was awesome in the summer heat. It is in close proximity with a bus stop, bot otherwise it's pretty far from everything.

Excellent place for students, comfy environment with Good service

Accomodation in a student dorm, simple clean, practical. The place made me sentimental about the times of my university studies :-) Comfortable bed, helpful staff, fridge in the room. Location in the university campus, close to the Great Forest.

Nice football pitch but unfortunately not grass

The hotel is nice. The environment is natural and the rooms are wonderfully structured with some touch of independence for the occupants. You have everything you need. From kitchen to working space.

A wonderful place to relax and warm up in the thermal pools during winter, when it’s snowy and freezing outside. It’s a cozy and peaceful spot where everything feels calm and pleasant. There are many different baths and pools, as well as a small water park, jacuzzi, and more.

Best hotel in Hungary. In and outdoor thermal baths. Slide and pool park for kids. Outside thermal baths in large park with special pool for children.

Sorry for the lack of pictures, this is only the entrance. I love this place i have such fond childhood memories of it! The climate is so warm and nice, the plants are beautiful and dreamy creating a lovely atmosphere. The pools are great and the slides are very fun as well. This place us definitely worth the price, you could easily spend a fun afternoon here :)

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water. The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day. Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)

The hotel is located in a perfect location, within walking distance to the central area, shopping malls, etc. Most of the rooms are spacious and perfectly fine for even longer stays (I was there for nearly a month). The hotel is really 5 minutes by walk from the center so the location is great. Otherwise it is quite obsolete, and even looks dirty (the walls, carpet). The bathroom is not so attractive either. If you have something to do in the Kolcsey Center this is a good choice since its 1 minute by walk.

Rooms facing the park are large and relatively quiet. Rooms facing the main street can be noisy and are quite small with old TV sets. Bathrooms are generally ok, but the shower cabin could be designed much better... Breakfast is very good, there is something for everyone. Hotel has a nice swimming pool and limited spa/gym facilities.

The AC did not function in my room and I reported it many times but they never responded. I woke up sweaty all the time. Not highly recommended as there should be better in Debrecen. The room was average for the price, this is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel no way 4 star. Good for soldiers as there were many in this hotel for breakfast

I really loved staying here in the midst of COVID. They were extremely clean and followed all safety rules and regulations. It's good. The only reason I'll give it a 3 stars is the insect infestation. More insects than I could've cared for. Other than that, the hotel is great, reception is great. Easily a 4 star rating. Only the insects. Please fix that issue.

Really nice .. a simple hotel remind me something which was really busy around the 90s.. simple simple simple but clean!!! Staff was nice and you can enjoy if you are not picky.. Enough to sleep and perfect if you come to visit Debrecen. The thermal is also clean.

Comfortable, tidy and clean rooms. However a whole renewal would be necessary after all these years. The dishes in the all-you-can-eat restaurant are tasty, recommend it while you rest here.

Everything is fine, just don't forget anything. You will never find the forgotten items, no matter if they are cheap or expensive.

Nice hotel in the city center. Everything is clean, we just found someone’s m&m uneaten in the chair. There is only one chair, the armchair is not very suitable as a replacement for the chair. A terribly soft mattress, if you are used to medium hardness, then it’s just horror-horror. Varied delicious breakfast.

Centrally located, close to all top attractions of the city. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms, quite spacious with all amenities you could expect from Mercure. Buffett breakfast with wide selection of hot and cold dishes (English/American breakfast and Italian/Spanish with fruits/cookies possible to compose yourself). We were waiting quite long for check-in as there was only 1 person at the reception...

The place looks a bit old and the cleanliness is questionable, but at least the breakfast is diverse and better than other Debrecen hotels I've been to. There's a nice private parking area, with electrical vehicle charging spots, that also offer a few covered parking places. The location is close to the Motorway, Tesco, Spar and a shopping center with multiple shops. Overall good.

If you want to get away from city noise, this is the perfect place, out in the suburbs with two supermarkets close by.

The hotel is ok for one night stay, clean , and the receptionist was nice. The problem was that we arrived around 9 o'clock and the restaurant was closed. The bar was closing in 5 min, so we grabbed a couple of beers and went to bed hungry. Would be nice to live in a fridge at reception a few sandwiches for the late guests.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the food is excellent, and the location is great. The reception staff is extremely polite, especially a younger man named Feri, who was always smiling, whether it was day or night, and consistently kind and hospitable. Highly recommended!

Lovely, inexpensive hotel close to the airport. The breakfast is amazing: veggies, fruit, close to 10 types of cheese, 6 different types of meat, omelette, sausages, etc! Nice room, excellent staff, but tram disruptive Room was very nice, bed was okay (too soft for my back, but fine for my wife). But, if you are a light sleeper, then the tram that passes by frequently until late night, and from early morning was quite disruptive.

Very, very good. Very nice. Right in downtown but not an exorbitant price. The rooms were large. We even had a couch and balcony. There also was a refrigerator and a full size desk. There was free parking. It was a very good experience.

Perfect Hotel to stay in the centre of town. Rooms are huge with air con also there are balcony on every room. Bathrooms are spacious with a nice shower. Stayed in 2 different rooms during my time here and both where cleaned and made up to a high standard . I will definitely be staying here again soon.

Debrecen Visit All fine for the budget I had

Kind personnel, well connected to the basketball court, accessible fitness, tasty food. All in all an enjoyable experience. Beside this, the hotel is a bit cold (not in temperature terms) and reminds me of communist era. A bit far from the center of the city, but close to sport objects and walking\running\cycling paths in greenery.

This place is a huge facility with a lot of attractions such as thermal pools, carts, playgrounds for kids and much more. There is a good restaurant with delicious dishes. I recommend this place if you are looking for a very calm place away from the big city rush

I had a great stay at the Hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. However, it's worth mentioning that the notice for renovation and updates was visible in certain areas. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

Good location. Lack of AC in the rooms. In summertime its a huge disadvantage cause you can enter the romm while over 30 degree celsius in there.

Here, you get your money's worth. We paid 60 euros for a double room that was very clean, nice, comfortable, large and had a view. The hotel's interior is charming, and breakfast is good. Plus, it is closer to the center than you might think.

Nice located, but this hotel needs a full cleaning and an update. Spider webs, dust, rotten shower cabin... And poor breakfast in a basement...

Very friendly place to stay with an excellent bar and food. We didn't have a chance to try out the wines party of the hotel, still the room was spacious and cosy.

The atmosphere here makes you feel nostalgic. E great hotel. Vintage furniture and paintings, wood everywhere. Bathroom floor is heated. I definitely recommend spending a night here.

Recent establishment, with only 9 rooms, but very well kept, the staff are very professional and friendly. Modern in style but warm, both the common areas and the bedrooms are very clean and pleasant. The bedding is of very good quality. Located a few minutes from the center, set back enough to be quiet.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city. Receptionists are kind and very helpful. Clean and big room. You feel like being at home. I recommend this hotel everyone who wants to spend few days in Debrecen.

For a decent price fairly clean and comfy accommodation. In top floors on the hallway is warmer. Windows are isolating but when you open them you can hear the trams. Intense vibrations in the windows. On opposite side there is a night bar- noise from drunk people during night. Close to the center. Various options for breakfast. I recommend the Hungarian style omelette.
