Reception staff were quick and efficient. Didn’t use the restaurant as there a a load of cheaper options nearby. There is an underground carpark available to guests at the rear of the hotel. Spaces are a little tricky.

This is a good hotel for the location. The breakfast is good and the service was friendly. The rooms are dated and mine had a single bed. While I was ok with this some people might be put off.

Lovely hotel right next to the old town. The room was modern and clean, it had air conditioning which was amazing considering the 39C heat. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok too. Overall good value for money. I'd stay there again.

Nice modern hotel with beautiful interior and exterior in the historical centre of the city. Also, just in a few metres you can see a big mall and a suburban bus station. Only one disappointing moment is that you have to book in advance a parking place, if you are traveling by car, but this info is missing on the website of the hotel. Nevertheless I do recommend this hotel.

Nice place right in the middle of town. Check in was quick. The room is of good size. Our room had 2 beds pushed together, not sure about others. The bathroom is clean and has great pressure in the shower. Breakfast is included with good choices available. You have parking included however they are quite short on spaces so you may wish to call ahead and reserve a space. Would stay again.

Perfect for relaxing in a traditional way. The stuff is frendly and very helpful. Room for two very big, the room for one small with two beds, no AC, wifi good, clean, good breakfast. Big parking lot. Good exchange. Great experience for a three star hotel.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are huge and very very clean and the bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast was good (buffet with meat, cheese, milk, tea ...) in particular the coffee was amazing. There are two pools and a sauna included In the price. Really satisfied.

Kind staff, nice place. But on the day you are leaving you can only use the wellness services until check-out (11am) unless you pay for it. That's not cool. Other hotels let you use it longer.

The hotel staff is great, the food was very good. The wellness section is is quite big compared to the hotel size. The one thing I was not totally satisfied is the temperature of the steam cabin, a bit warmer would be better.

Beautiful environment, the quality of accommodation is in line with the pricing. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good room rates. We spent a pleasant 3 days here, we were also completely satisfied with the restaurant services. Delicious food and kind service.

We were on the free beach in Kenyes. The time and the water were excellent. You can get a delicious flame in the buffet, but you can also have ice cream. We had a lot of fun.

It is a very cozy settlement on the shores of Lake Balaton. It is cozy to walk along the beach all year round.

Best Balaton town, closest to Budapest

Overpriced, too expensive and seems quite abandoned. Was the only thing we found and it was not too bad but for that money there were better things, we were told 40 euros the night but it was per person. Check out at 10 was too early. There's no private beach, it's close to the lake. Room 23 had air conditioning which was great. The place looks like it's not being managed, a lot of things look broken...

A cute hotel right on the Velence lake shore..really nice view and generally on a very beautiful spot. It has 2 billiard tables and a mini pingpong which is a pretty nice way to spend your afternoon. The pool/jakuzzi area is quite nice and since it's indoors you don't need to worry about the cold! We were there on a small conference weekend and the conference room was spacious and came in very handy...

Cute hotel, but some of the rooms are somewhat oppressive. Food was OK, right beside the beach but has no direct beach access due to vegetation.

The service is terrible. The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus. Sauna seance was great. I recommend it to everyone.

A couple of friends recommended Hotel Spa Resort as a great choice for my birthday. The hotel itself is well equipped, very large and with enough infrastructure for families with children. Wonderful place. Nice room, polite staff. Food is nothing special, but you won't be hungry. The spa itself is ok, but rather dirty. All in all, it is recommendable.

Out of the Hungarian vacation time, the service was still very good. Each and every area are clean, everything is prepared for the children, even if they were only a few at this time. Food is fine with Hungarian dishes. Perfect for a few relaxing days with family

Nice place to stay for a cheap price, you get what you expect, perfectly suitable for students. For adults, i would prefer better conditions. The food is superb, for a really affordable price, we were surprised how delicous the meals were. The beach is very close which is also a positive. If you don't have high needs, then this is a good place for you. Though expect the other residents to be noisy...

Beautiful landscape, huge trees, green all over! Hotel rooms are not so nice. Beach is perfect! They charge you for dog 3000 Forints/night but you got nothing for your money! Dogs are not allowed on the beach, they have to be leashed everywhere. Lot of kids program, playground.

The elevators are very slow especially during dinner and breakfast time. We got floor towels instead of normal big towels. the receptionist said they will send us towels but they didn't. I stayed for 4 nights for work. The hotel staff barely speaks English (except at the front desk). The room is poorly maintained; there was no one available to make me tea or coffee. Housekeeping was the worst experience. They only cleaned my room twice, and on one of those occasions, they cleaned the room but not the bathroom! Unexplainable! I had to go out and get towels after a long day at work....

Great location and the redesign was done beautifully. Only thing lacking is the food. I felt like they could use more waiters at times and the food tasted cheap and spiceless.

Greate value for your money. Clean and very friendly staff. Room is simple, but clean, fresh and got what you need. Decent breakfast as well, considering the low price for the whole stay. All in all, a great stay that is highly recommended for travelers passing through.

We checked in after a car breakdown at 3am, very friendly staff even if they don't speak English very well we could understand each other even providing us with phone charger and tasty Hungarian beer. The room was really clean and spacious, quiet place and beautiful panorama, also tasty breakfast. Definitely recommend if you are around and want to get some rest and be treated nicely!

We were passing through and chose the hotel because it is on the freeway. The hotel has ample parking and a gas station. The rooms are clean and big. Unfortunately there are no hairdryers. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is rich and good. I can only recommend the hotel.
