The feeling of luxury for a modest price. It looks 10/10 at first glance, but on closer look it always seems to miss the mark just by a little bit. An example and metaphor: Imagine a beautiful dining room (for breakfast), where some tables are swaying.

We stayed only one night, for a sleepover during road trip. Place is a bit tricky to find but is awesome. Antique, nicely renovated Vila on its own hunting ground. Very good food, very good breakfast. Very helpful lady on reception.

I highly recommend an ideal overnight stay with children when traveling from Croatia. The host is very pleasant, communicates in English, the environment is excellent - closed courtyard and garden with a small children's playground, outdoor seating, the interior is like home with a prepared breakfast.

The Babaház is run by an extremely helpful and flexible family. The premises are clean and tidy. Those who are open to it can find small miracles everywhere in the living area and in the garden. There are also two smaller shops nearby, the place is easily accessible. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, even smaller family members are welcome.

Very spacious, friendly and quiet guest house in the heart of Bodajk, where you can relax and switch off at any season of the year. We have spent quality times here with our family and also took our little pug, who enjoyed the garden, too! A clean and quiet typical central European hotel. Every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. You have to pay local taxes above the price on Booking.com. You also pay an extra €5/day for vehicles. Nightly fee is 86€.

This is a good hotel for the location. The breakfast is good and the service was friendly. The rooms are dated and mine had a single bed. While I was ok with this some people might be put off.

At the reception we had a warm welcome, the staff was nice. We got the roomcards we head to the rooms. Evetything was nice and clean, the beds was confy for us. At the morning the breakfast was good enough, everyone will find something for his taste.

A very nice hotel conveniently located in the old town. It has an underground parking lot which helps a lot, the rooms are cosy and the interior is nothing like in a hotel, more like in a theater 😉staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are quiet and comfortable. Beautiful red carpet, fabulous interior, friendly service. Temperature control box does not work, or does not do anything at all. The room was chilly. Very dark corridors. Saving on utilities? They claimed that the room had soundproofing, but everything was audible - neighbors and people passing by.

I've been here twice. I chose this place because I was very pleased the first time. This second time I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room we got. The room looked pretty old and neglected (dusty). The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was great. Breakfast was ok. Close to the city centre. Only a 20 min walk.

Lovely hotel right next to the old town. The room was modern and clean, it had air conditioning which was amazing considering the 39C heat. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok too. Overall good value for money. I'd stay there again.

Nice modern hotel with beautiful interior and exterior in the historical centre of the city. Also, just in a few metres you can see a big mall and a suburban bus station. Only one disappointing moment is that you have to book in advance a parking place, if you are traveling by car, but this info is missing on the website of the hotel. Nevertheless I do recommend this hotel.

Nice place right in the middle of town. Check in was quick. The room is of good size. Our room had 2 beds pushed together, not sure about others. The bathroom is clean and has great pressure in the shower. Breakfast is included with good choices available. You have parking included however they are quite short on spaces so you may wish to call ahead and reserve a space. Would stay again.

Frequent, cozy downtown location, but the accommodation itself is in a quiet street. It is also the best place in terms of tourism. The room is clean in style, clean and well equipped. The owner is kind and flexible. Next time we would choose this accommodation.

We liked literally everything about our stay. As we travelled by train we appreciated that the hotel is located only 5 minutes away but at the same time it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the heart of the town. It is a small hotel with around 32 rooms. Everything looks newly refurbished. All modern and clean. Everything Works. The hotel has own parking lot in the backyard, and ample space. The breakfast is very basic.

Well.... The rooms are good, but the food is great...! The beer too, cold & plenty of it! The manager, multi lingual, is a hoot. A must, if you’re in the area...!

I would like to fully recommended this place to stay over night or even nights. For me as professional driver is very important to stay at place I can fully rest after hole day drive. Place is located away from main road but close to local petrol station where you can buy freshly bakery and bar with local beer. Great hospitality, excellent value for money.

The side room is very warm in good weather. You can't leave a small child alone, it would be dangerous in several ways. Of course, these could be remedied, but for now there are none.

We spent a weekend here and was very happy with the house, equipment, service. The pool is great, grill-place, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean. All beds were in excellent condition. The sofa in the living room might not be as comfortable as a real bed, but this was also communicated by the host.

Stayed here July 2013. Very friendly, reasonable rates and a very short walk [across the railway track] to the lake and camping park.Only draw-back for me was the language barrier. My Hungarian is very limited, as is the English spoken by the very helpful and friendly staff there.
