Adrian at this hotel provided tremendous customer service that was above and beyond what is expected. He found me different accommodations after I was stuck without a room due to no fault of his own. Adrian was very helpful when he did not have to be.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest feature. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. However, the downside is that the hotel hasn't been renovated in a long time and is in need of a thorough deep clean. Despite daily housekeeping, dust and mold are visible in less accessible areas.
One major drawback was the heating system. Although it was mid-May, the heating was turned off, and the ventilation only blew cold air, even when set to warm. While understandable given the time of year, it was still inconvenient.
On the bright side, instead of the triple room we had originally booked, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment, which was a welcome surprise.

I stayed here for 3N during my last business trip in September 2024. The receiption is helpful. The view from my room is great.
Just the wall are too thin and you can hear everything next door.
It was quite annoying that I didn't choose for my 2nd visit.

Lovely hotel right next to the old town. The room was modern and clean, it had air conditioning which was amazing considering the 39C heat. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok too. Overall good value for money. I'd stay there again.

Well placed hotel with very nice rooms (fridge, air conditioner, TVs, nice bathrooms, very good beds) in the city center. Fast Wi-Fi. Well prepared breakfast. Nice staff with good English. Nice prices as well.

Nice modern hotel with beautiful interior and exterior in the historical centre of the city. Also, just in a few metres you can see a big mall and a suburban bus station. Only one disappointing moment is that you have to book in advance a parking place, if you are traveling by car, but this info is missing on the website of the hotel. Nevertheless I do recommend this hotel.

Nice place right in the middle of town. Check in was quick. The room is of good size. Our room had 2 beds pushed together, not sure about others. The bathroom is clean and has great pressure in the shower. Breakfast is included with good choices available. You have parking included however they are quite short on spaces so you may wish to call ahead and reserve a space.
