Unfortunately we received a room with only one bed instead of the one that we booked(double room). After we asked for a different room we got a new one...but only one door key worked, the other one was useless. The towel and bath curtain was dirty!!!, the towel had a lot of brown spots on it....and th3 bath curtain was very smelly. The second day the AC didn't worked. The TV quality was very bad. I would never guess that this was a 4 star hotel..not even close. I don't have to bring an own towel to a 4 star hotel..normally. The location is very good, close to everything. The breakfast was good. I don't think i will ever return.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is near to the centre of city. But most important are the hotel staff. Everyone is very kindly, friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is alright, with large and clean rooms that are cleaned daily. I liked the bathroom because it had a bathtub. The rooms have a small fridge, kettle, coffee, and tea. The rooms have a ‘90s vibe, but the beds are comfortable. A significant positive is the availability of two washing machines and a dryer for guests to use, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast is good, with a substantial selection, but I wouldn’t recommend the juice – there’s only one machine with a few options, and unfortunately, it seems the juices tend to ferment quickly. This isn’t just my opinion; my friends also opted out of those juices. The staff is very friendly.

A clean and quiet typical central European hotel. Every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. You have to pay local taxes above the price on Booking.com. You also pay an extra €5/day for vehicles. Nightly fee is 86€.

I forgot my charger and cords in the room. I was told it would be mailed to me to my next stop in Budapest. After 3 weeks of waiting, it never arrived. Very disappointed. I would have gladly paid for overnight shipping had I known they could not complete such a simple task.

centrally located cozy hotel, you got everything under one roof. delicious buffet breakfast, restaurant with wide range of food selection, friendly staff, parking. highly recommended.

When I come into any Novotel it feels I came Home. It has atmosphere like this.

Nice hotel in the center of the city. Very good quality/ price. Close to shops, bars , restaurants.
We were here for the 2nd time for our family vacation. Receptionist Mr. Akos is the best, very funny kind and helpful guy. Also the other people at the hotel were great, friendly and very kind.
We will be back.
