Hotel opened in 2004, renovated in 2011. In this mini-hotel 29 rooms, 2 floors.

Very nice location, big rooms and clean, employee speak english.

Good quality rooms with tea/coffee. Clean. Silent. Nice crew. Bad breakfast, small range of products. Recommended for short visit.

Highly overpriced hotel where...
1. I woke up for the broken mosquito door constantly smashing the door of the balcony in the wind(family suite with two rooms). It's been like that for weeks/months clearly seen by the level of damage but no-one reported it. The kind staff removed it so next day I could have a nicer morning.
2. The 10 years old fake leather sofa have never seen any maintenance and looks accordingly... Poor quality.
3. The upper wooden panel of an inside door frame was not fixed at all (just put on top of the two sides) and fell on the back of our friends' daughter who was playing with our kids in the last morning. That was a shocking experience not just for us but for the hotel staff, too. Like a horror movie.
4. The restaurant is awful. I ordered a sou-vide duck and they put a boot-sole on my plate. Simply inedible. Go to the restaurant on the other side of the street, instead, which is awesome.
In general, this is a classic example of a place where they invested a fortune 10 years ago to make it look nice and ever since they haven't touched it just squeezing the money out of it. My worst hotel experience in Hungary so far even with the polite staff and the good location.
