Had lunch at this hotel. What I liked most was the fact that stuff was speaking English. What a nice surprise in Hungary. Also the food was good. I would like to point out the steak with black pepper sauce. Delicious! And rague, mushrooms were such a great addition. Thank you for the service.

My wife and kids went last summer and they can't stop talking about how much they want to go back. I guess I will visit Hungary next summer.

During the day hotel was very nice, especially pool next to the brick wall was amazing. Food was tasty althought there were not too much choice for vegans. Fabulous thermal spa hotel, with delicious food from their own farm. Stunning panoramic views of Sümeg castle. We left feeling ten years younger!

Our room was good & comfortable as you would expect fom a 4star hotel. Breakfast, and the standard dinner were delicious. Ping pong table and set plus an old -little bit worn- pool table are provided, but still fun to play if you are not a professional. There are several pools, but they lack on wellness, and jacuzzy feature, thats why I distract a star from my rating. Everything else is ok

It is extremely well located, road a bit difficult but then you can an amazing view on the castle. Breakfast nicely served all is possible at request and you can admire the great views.

Absolutely stunning views, the room was immaculate, modern tasteful decor, the host speaks excellent English and is friendly and helpful. Supplied extra pillows on request. Will stop here again and recommend this to any one.

Very good hotel in its class, great for a stopover when travelling or for a longer stay if visiting the region. In the towns very centre, close to the castle and everything to see and do. Nice and quiet. Very good traditional restaurant downstairs, great breakfast selected from the menu.

At the beginning of the season I always get a bill including couple of more drinks then I ordered with the menu. After that they remember me for the rest of the summer and I get the right bill. The food is good, and also the lunch menu is reasonable priced and tasty.

Very happy with service the owner provided to us. Nice place to get away for a couple of days. Definitely would visit again. :)

Simple, clean accommodation, nice hosts. The room has a separate bathroom, the kitchen is shared. The bed is comfortable, the furnishings are "farmhouse-like", cozy. You can also grill bacon in the yard. There are dogs, horses, roosters, kittens - fun, farm-like. I recommend.

It was well wort choosing this place. Friendly staff, nice, clean and quiet place on the countryside. Recommended.

Nice countryside appartment, 5 min from tapolca, 15 min from kapolcs. We habe been there for the art Festival in kapolcs. Kitchen and garden with barbeque available.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent wellness facilities including a cave for therapeutic relaxation. Good choice of food and plenty of it. Love this place.

Fantastic hotel. It's the kind of hotel that might not look the most modern or newest but it has that old-school type of service and amenities that make it the best experience you can have. Highly recommended!

A nice family and wellness hotel that is aging slowly. Great food indeed. Lots of old and middle class people. Evening program is usually very loud.

The hotel is nice and well equipped. The SPA is awesome - warm water (even outside), a big swimming pool, great variety of saunas and even water slides. The personal is very polite and helping. The food at the restaurant was very delicious (especially the gulyash). I would definitely visit it again in the future.

The hotel is somewhat outdated. Not too bad but there are better and newer/better equipped hotels around the country in this price range. The restaurant is disappointing. This is a great place. Very clean rooms, very friendly owners that speak English. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time, eggs from their local farm and home made jams, good coffee. Courtyard area was great for a relaxing afternoon or evening chat. Air con works and bed was very comfortable..

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had (make sure to try the homemade jams).

Extra friendly service, with lovely atmosphere. For a moment I thought I'm in Italy. We had such a nice meal for dinner, it was fresh and tasty. Would recommend it to everyone. (We only ate in the restaurant, didn't stay at the Hotel)

We had a large, comfortable room overlooking the mill pond. Couldn’t find a coffee maker in the room. Good basic breakfast buffet.

Absolutely fantastic. The prices are very good in exchange of the quality of the meals. The view and the feeling of the place is quite unique, also the employees are very friendly and helpful. In addition when you pay you have the opportunity to play dice and if u roll a 6 with all three of the dices the meal is on the house. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend, best place around town.

Almost ready in its new shape inside! Nice modern room design, great kitchen and staff. Warm water takes time in the shower but if you open the tap in time then no bad surprise. Recommend place for sure

Warm welcoming, we are a couple with a 4yo, the owner is a sweet and kind person. You can feel he puts his heart and care in the property. I don't often stay in hotels, I needed it for a job. The room was not special, the bed was a little harder, which I really liked. Shops, restaurants, fountains and many attractions are nearby. I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

If you can only visit one place in Hungary, make it to the Kreinbacher birtok. I have been visiting Kreinbacher Birtok 2-3 times a year for a few years and I can clearly state that this is the only place I love in Hungary. Very lovely winery, most likely the best in the area. They have take care about small details specially when it comes to wine production and interior design. Wow. Wow and wow. What an amazing gem. Super clean, modern, comfortable beds, amazing design, superb view. Kind and helpful, knowledgeable service. We were there for the first time 2 years ago. The place caught on immediately. So much so that we have become returning guests. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is family. If you want silence, relaxation and great wines, you should definitely go.
