Very good hotel in its class, great for a stopover when travelling or for a longer stay if visiting the region. In the towns very centre, close to the castle and everything to see and do. Nice and quiet. Very good traditional restaurant downstairs, great breakfast selected from the menu.

At the beginning of the season I always get a bill including couple of more drinks then I ordered with the menu. After that they remember me for the rest of the summer and I get the right bill. The food is good, and also the lunch menu is reasonable priced and tasty.

Simple, clean accommodation, nice hosts. The room has a separate bathroom, the kitchen is shared. The bed is comfortable, the furnishings are "farmhouse-like", cozy. You can also grill bacon in the yard. There are dogs, horses, roosters, kittens - fun, farm-like. I recommend.

Nice countryside appartment, 5 min from tapolca, 15 min from kapolcs. We habe been there for the art Festival in kapolcs. Kitchen and garden with barbeque available.

This is a great place. Very clean rooms, very friendly owners that speak English. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time, eggs from their local farm and home made jams, good coffee. We were just hungry and thirsty in Tapolca centrum. I had the cold fruity soup- really tasty and fresh, main dish, fish- very well done. The rooms were amazing, but the shower pressure is strong! The breakfast was okay, nothing special, the egg was too runny for my liking and the bread tasted weird, the juice wasn’t fresh orange juice, but overall - okay. The service was good, nice staff!

Extra friendly service, with lovely atmosphere. For a moment I thought I'm in Italy. We had such a nice meal for dinner, it was fresh and tasty. Would recommend it to everyone. (We only ate in the restaurant, didn't stay at the Hotel)

We had a large, comfortable room overlooking the mill pond. Couldn’t find a coffee maker in the room. Good basic breakfast buffet.

I don't often stay in hotels, I needed it for a job. The room was not special, the bed was a little harder, which I really liked. Shops, restaurants, fountains and many attractions are nearby. I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

If you can only visit one place in Hungary, make it to the Kreinbacher birtok. I have been visiting Kreinbacher Birtok 2-3 times a year for a few years and I can clearly state that this is the only place I love in Hungary. Very good value for money if you are looking for a thermal hotel. Decent, tasty food, clean rooms and thermal bad, and a very good sauna world. The sauna programme is included. One of the best choices in Hungary for this price range. The service in the restaurant lags a bit behind the usual expectations, but it is only a minor flaw that can be corrected with a little assertivity.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

Rather resort ( not Hotel ) in well maintained park, very dog-friendly. Very good location - the distance to Heviz Spa is just 1 km. Not to forget - TEA charging station with affordable prices.

Our fridge had two missing shelves in the door reducing storage space but the freezer compartment was welcome. No oven, but you can cook on the hob and there's a microwave. Large, spacious resort. We got a nice, cosy, traditionally-styled house a few steps from the pool. Unfortunately, WLAN and Internet did not work in the house and even not in front of it. Only some 20 steps away WLAN worked.

Really great place. Warm and cozy apartments, pretty clean. Nice food, kind staff. It is about 15 minutes away from the Heviz centre. I guess it is much more interesting in the spring or summer, since there is much space for walking, running, playing sports, there is a big pool outside etc. I recommend the place and will consider coming again.

A really wonderful accommodation for a very good price. We were in the apartment on the ground floor. Big enough for 4 adults. Own front door, terrace and 2 toilets. Kitchen is fine for the holidays and the owners are very sweet and helpful. We only had some problems with the hot water in the shower. Furthermore, highly recommended.

Lovely apartment house, big spacious rooms, great breakfast, and free to use saunas. It's a bit far from the lake but there are no distances in Hévíz.
