I think this is the value for money end of the market. Not plus, but functional and clean. Our apartment was spacious with a balcony. Our fridge had two missing shelves in the door reducing storage space but the freezer compartment was welcome. No oven, but you can cook on the hob and there's a microwave. We visited the restaurant once and I was pleased with the quality of the food overall. The staff were very accommodating and spoke enough English for us. We enjoyed the outside pool which was on the cool side, and there's also an indoor pool. The jacuzzis were significantly intermittent but warm and there are several saunas on offer. We hired bikes for the day for a long cycle trip round the nearby lake. We also had a hire car so we could get around (but the entry gate never worked with our door key. :-( ) The Wi-Fi was included in our RCI package, but generally it was under powered, with frequent disconnects. It worked well in the middle of the night.

Rather resort ( not Hotel ) in well maintained park, very dog-friendly. Very good location - the distance to Heviz Spa is just 1 km. Not to forget - TEA charging station with affordable prices.

Large, spacious resort. We got a nice, cosy, traditionally-styled house a few steps from the pool. Unfortunately, WLAN and Internet did not work in the house and even not in front of it. Only some 20 steps away WLAN worked.

Really great place. Warm and cozy apartments, pretty clean. Nice food, kind staff. It is about 15 minutes away from the Heviz centre. I guess it is much more interesting in the spring or summer, since there is much space for walking, running, playing sports, there is a big pool outside etc.
I recommend the place and will consider coming again.

Excellent holiday option for families with kids. My kids loved it.

I came here for a two night solo staycation and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I went for their "autumn relaxation package" which included the room, half-board, wifi, bicycle rental and use of wellness facilities, for a very friendly price!

Firstly the staff was super polite, helpful, and friendly!

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of eggs, meats, salad and vegetables, sauces, desserts, juices - a broad, good quality hotel breakfast selection. For dinner there was an extensive buffet and even the dessert selection was impressive.

They have not just one, but two spa/wellness areas. One in the main building with a pool, jacuzzi, salt room, saunas etc, and another slightly smaller one but closer to the apartments.

The apartments are very spacious and clean. I will admit the curtains and furnishings are a bit retro, but it did not affect my experience in the slightest.

The area is very big with incredibly well kept gardens. There are flowers, trees, herbs and aromatic plants everywhere.

The place also offers so many activities you could easily spend a week not even leaving the hotel, and still be entertained. I myself went for the horseriding lessons taught by lovely Eszter, with horse Alibi, two days in a row (~€25 per lesson).

The gorgeous, sociable animals around the entire resort is such a friendly addition. A place that takes good care of their animals is a good place indeed.

I'm 27/F and came alone, but around me were people all ages, and the place is just as suitable for a solo traveller like me (you can hire a tennis partner!) as it is for families with children.
