The hotel is in a good location, easy to reach from the highway. The hotel has indoor parking lot, which is an advantage. The hotel's decoration is nice, the lobby is designed like a large library. It's a nice place. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious.

Hidden fees, reception service non existent. Hairs on the pillows. Waited 45min for drinks didn't get them.

a hotel located 10 km inland from the hungarian-serbian border. reception, room facilities, comfortable bed and more... all were very good. the only drawback is the very high parking fee. there are parking spaces along the road in front of the hotel. instead of buying a parking space at a high price, you can park on the side of the road. a very safe road

The hotel has its charm, but our experience was disappointing.
We were given a room in a newly built section. We specifically picked this hotel due to the hot weather in Szeged and our desire to have air conditioning. Unfortunately, there was something wrong in the new section, and the air conditioning fuse kept disconnecting. The hotel eventually figured it out and -- after many emails -- gave us a discount.
All-in-all, I think a 4-star hotel should be a lot more transparent with offering "beta grade" rooms to their customers.

One of the most impressive experiences in a hotel. I have never seen such a HUGE bed in my whole life! The room was quite small, but well furnished and full of tech stuff, deserving entirely the name. One half star deducted because the check-in took longer than expected (even if I was at the desk before to ask for garage instructions, the receptionist took care of three persons before me, even one of them who came after me), regardless of the online check in procedure. In my opinion, if you did this (including ID scan), you only pass by to pick up the key/access card. There is room for improvement.
Regarding the fabulous breakfast, I had better. I'm not saying it was bad, but when you market it as fabulous, the expectations are related to it. Half a star deducted for the coffee, too, which was not good at all.

Reasonably priced, convenient location. Own parking. Quiet, clean rooms. Attentive staff. I've stayed here twice. Both cases were great experiences.

Definitely top hotel modern and big rooms 👌. Very competitive rates masive double bed and just for 54€ very awesome price. Last hotel on way to Turkey been in Germany but that hotel was scrap for 66€ and service was terrible. But this hotel i Definitely recommend to everyone 👌 I give you ten 🌟. See you next time. Worst hotel in the world like what it is not 4 star it is 0 star like reception service very bad our ac didn’t work and when we asked for help they came said it would be fine we called them 5 times and they said everything was fine im very upset with the poor service I am never coming back

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the pedestrian street. The hotel has compact and cozy rooms and a small bar. A delicious breakfast is served in the morning.
