My wife I had the privilege to leave the kids behind for two nights. Room great and nice view with a balcony. Even with families at the hotel we were able to enjoy and relax. Good facilities and good pools inside and out

Good communication by emails in English. Prices for massage too high comparing to prices in Budapest. Nice breakfast and dinner buffet. You get bottle of wine as welcome gift. There is a cattle in room, but no tea

Wellness (1 sauna 2 pools, 1 kids pool) is not huge (with fully booked hotel it is not enough), when we were there (out of season) we had enough place even to play with kids

The chefs deserve an award as the cuisine is excellent. There used to be two pools marked as thermal, now it is only one and it feels even the one with a lower temperature

We specifically came here for the saunas and spa, because webpage says they have a "Sauna world" which should come with sauna etiquette. So this behavior is a bit frustrating and it is really unsanitary

We visited the hotel several times. It is gradually being renovated, from the new interiors of the rooms, the restaurant to the new sunbeds by the pools. The service in the restaurant has also improved

Unfortunately, no one regulates children in the one thermal pool, which also gives the hotel its name. Parents don't know that their young children can overheat and the staff avoids this obstruction

Additionally, many rinse quickly with water after using the sauna and then enter the cooling pool, which causes their sweat to wash off into the pool

There are large sweat stains on the wood because people enter with wet bathing suits even without any cloth or towel

Great equipment, clean, regular rooms. The receptionist girls were incredibly kind and helpful, they patiently handled any questions and problems that arose. Breakfast was very delicious with plenty of choice

We are used to staying outside of the city, so It was good, and it is in Szentendre which has an adorable city center with cute restaurants and stores

The room was very basic with some of the thinnest, feather pillows ever that offer no support at all. There was a bathtub, but it was very tiny! The owner is nice and accommodating

There is a big parking area which is free, and the wi-fi is strong and free. The TV is very tiny and only has a few available channels. The location is nice if you have a car

We visited this place as a couple. Restaurant is good, the staff was helpful. Rooms are well equipped and clean. The spa is a bit small with only one jacuzzi in the middle which is full most of the time

The upstairs terrace overlooks Szentendre and has a breath taking view. The drinks are delicious! The spa is relaxing, they have a jacuzzi and several amazing saunas

Stayed at Roz Panzio in August before flying back to the UK. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was furnished in a traditional style. The food was really good and home cooked

Szentendre is a 20 minute walk away and well worth it. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station to Budapest. All in all, a good time was had by all

Comfy family oriented hotel in quiet neighborhood

The place itself is very good looking. The rooms have air conditioner, little TV. It has an "breakfast" from 7am to 10 am. They have all kind of food, you can make tea from various flavors

The robot in the lobby is great for kids! Even the GM took a minute to have a chat with us and gifted a toy robot to our daughter. We booked a festive package and it was a great value for money

Good choice for short stay ...

This place is a little old fashioned but has a magical charm that makes you feel you are visiting old friends in stead of a hotel. If you like cosy and different then this is the place for you.

Upon request, they undertook to make the Viennese fried in a tube, but it took a disproportionately long time, I had to ask if he had not forgotten. The food was delicious anyway. I recommend, but not at the 1 hour peak

Parking is almost impossible in the area

It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.

It’s evident that this hotel was once grandiose, but time has taken its toll. The large complex with pools is impressive in size, but there are more outside visitors than hotel guests, which gives the place a cheap feel

The facilities where very good. The dinner was not good and not worth the price. The bath was not very clean and the air condition was very noisy and not very cold

Room was spacious, elegant, and comfortable. Continental breakfast offerings fit for royalty. A tad far from Budapest center, but this allows for a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The Spa was clean, would recommend to bring sliders/crocs as the floor in the swimming pool area was very slippy, although the hotel does provide a robe and slippers

There is a big parking but you have to pay for it, that's not how you treat your guests but anyway I know that that's the custom in Budapest so what can you do? 😀

Great room size. Good breakfast. Wonderful thermal spa. Location away from city center so very quiet, but at the same time only 15min bus ride away from Center of Budapest. Our room was cleaned well every time.

Our room looked quite good, but the wifi worked quite badly, the thermostat didn’t work at all, so it was quite cold in the room during the night

Perfect place for athletes, especially for football players. Aside from the hotel and spa there is a very well equipped gym and a training hall for handball or table tennis

This is actually a hotel were most of the visitors are sportsmen on training camp. All of this for half the price of a 4 star hotel in Budapest center!
