My wife I had the privilege to leave the kids behind for two nights. Room great and nice view with a balcony. Even with families at the hotel we were able to enjoy and relax. Good facilities and good pools inside and out

A nice place to spend a few night, you have a great location near the Danube, the rooms are clean, food quality is good , the spa is nice, and can be used free of charge if you are staying in the hotel.

The services offered by the hotel were very pleasant (boat ride on the Danube, medieval show with soldiers and medieval weapons, several heated pools both outside and inside and the hospitality of the staff is a big plus for this hotel)

Good communication by emails in English. Prices for massage too high comparing to prices in Budapest. Nice breakfast and dinner buffet. You get bottle of wine as welcome gift. There is a cattle in room, but no tea

Good Spa, breakfast is spot on and you will have your lovely dinner enjoying live music. Thumbs up!

Not enough table in restaurant, auto reservations not working at all. Handle the situation well. Meal is great.

The shower head was mostly clogged up, and there was a drawer in the kitchen that could nkt be opened. It was nice that we were able to rent bycilcles, however they could have used with some basic maintenance

Very nice and clean place! The only very big PROBLEM is the slippery floor inside , whether you wear slippers or not ! Many people got injured because of this, including my friend and my daughter! I understand that you can't change the whole floor tiles , but there are some non-slip mat for this, and many other solutions! What if a child or someone falls and hits his head?
