Very pleasant stay and experience. Spent two nights with our 2-year old and everything was perfect. We enjoyed the kids playroom (an entire floor with games and areas for all preferences), the big pool complex on the opposite side and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly and caring in all departments, room comfy (loved the bed sheets) and the overall ambiance was very relaxed and put us at ease. The robot in the lobby is great for kids! Even the GM took a minute to have a chat with us and gifted a toy robot to our daughter. We booked a festive package and it was a great value for money. Highly recommend to families!

We stayed 2 nights, during the weekend. Room was spacious and nice but the beds were too soft for us. During the first night, very loud music could be heard in the room, from inside the hotel - untill after 1 am.
The restaurant seems to be seriously understaffed - unless you go down for dinner at 1800, the time for restocking empty bowls of popular salads and trays of dishes is endless, it may as well not happen within an hour. During the first evening noone attended to our table with a drinks menu (and there was no water available from the automats!). Most of the tables did not have utensils nor napkins set (this is valid both for dinner and breakfast), sometimes utensils are not available anywhere else either (restocking for these takes ages for too).
All in all, this is not a 4-star experience, rather 2.
Would not return and cannot recommend - there are better places in this price range.

The hotel has fair rooms that are pretty neat, a good cuisine, and it is in a great place to almost all the things to see. It is a shame that after you get your accommodation, you do not get access to the hotel spa only by paying ( 10 euro/person). Instead, you can go across the street to te city bath for free. I belive this is outrageous. It's really shameful. This is why I gave this poor mark for service.

The hotel itself is very good. However, elevators, only 2 if you wanna go to the underground garage. Upon check in and check out, we had to wait 20-30mins to be able to get up and downstairs. Food selection is good but not all of them are as delicious as they look. Overall, a good experience though.

Great value for money, rooms are nice, not spotless but generally clean. Staff is kind and helpful but some of them need some more experience to be perfect.
The room service cart, after we finished eating, was not removed from the hotel corridor (in front of our door) even after 2 days, and the loyalty program does not register automatically if there's an email address mismatch (even though the reservation was made logged in and I could see it under my profile), but thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk it was resolved, just pay attention to this.

For this price (70-80.000 huf ~200 eur/night for a double bed):
- no wellness, you have to walk to the other side of the road to the pool
- no londiner "bell boy" service, you have to pack your own stuff.
Otherwise nice, clean rooms, great breakfast.

The bar of the Hotel is not managed by the Hotel management! This is a pity because they are acting very arrogant. It seems that you have to fall on your knee if you want to be served! I was sitting in the lobby 5 m away from the bar and tried politely to get their attention. No reaction! You have to go to them and tell them what you want. Waving or lifting the glass for a refill was considered as not appropriate in Hungary. I do business more than 40 years in Hungary and I have never experienced such an arrogant behaviour! This was my last stay in this hotel!

Nice modern hotel but bit dissapointed with 2 single bed instead of one king/queen.
When we put beds together the sleep was not so comfortable due to the hole in the middle.
Mattress is too soft and sink was blocked for the whole stay :( (no checkups on that is done).
Spa in the hotel is paid extra which we found bit odd and unwelcoming.
What was nice were towels for free for her aqua-park next door.
Be prepared to walk in a bathrobe to the aqua-park.
Breakfast was brilliant, at dinner you need to pay for all the drinks.
Wine is not the cheapest there but a lot of to choose from.
I would welcome to have extended time for breakfast opening during weekend as 10 am is way too early for breakfast to be closed / in comparison to other hotel where we stayed.
Otherwise nice hotel near city center with parking for free in a garage.
