A hotel with excellent location. The staff is very polite. The wellness section was too crowded. It was difficult to get into the tiny Finnish sauna. The wellness section was very loud, too, and not only because of the people, but also because disco music was played by the hotel there. The food is slightly below average Hungarian wellness hotel. Great spot for a weekend. My wife I had the privilege to leave the kids behind for two nights. Room great and nice view with a balcony. Even with families at the hotel we were able to enjoy and relax. Good facilities and good pools inside and out. Food was good but you would not rush back for a half-board. Really weak value for money, definitely not a 4-star accommodation. They change towels only every third day, so you have to visit the spa three times with the same towel (quite unhygienic). Hotel very average. The smell of fryer everywhere. The room I received was microscopic, while a colleague received a normal room for the same money. The cuisine was tasty and a big plus for the pool, however, not adequate for the price.

Its great hotel, nice rooms , great location but somehow we had a unfortunate experience. We had a stay for 2 nights and it so happened that on the 2nd morning there was absolutely no water in the resort so much so that it was difficult for all the essential daily routines. But i guess it was one of the bad days in the resort, but apart from that the place oa worth visit.

It has to be a perfect place a few years ago. Now it's a bit bugous and rusty. However no big issue. The rooms are very spacious with huge and comfortable beds. The food and coffee was below the expectations of a 4 star hotel, but no major issues. Good location, the spa was also okay.

I was able to spend 3 fantastic days here with my family. It was the best holiday of my life so far, although we have been to many places before. It's the little things that make a hotel special and sadly things like additional payment for parking, cold jacuzzi, uninspiring breakfast choices and Nescafé sachets in the room do not make a positive impression in an alleged 4 star hotel. We visited this place as a couple. Everything was fine. Restaurant is good, the staff was helpful. Rooms are well equipped and clean. The spa is a bit small with only one jacuzzi in the middle which is full most of the time.

The hotel itself is very good. However, elevators, only 2 if you wanna go to the underground garage. Upon check in and check out, we had to wait 20-30mins to be able to get up and downstairs. It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.

It’s evident that this hotel was once grandiose, but time has taken its toll. The large complex with pools is impressive in size, but there are more outside visitors than hotel guests, which gives the place a cheap feel. The sunbeds are in terrible condition, and towels are not provided at the pool entrance—you have to bring small towels from your room. It feels more like a public pool than a hotel...

The place was made for kids, or those who still feel like once. Planty of water slides, indoor pools and jacuzzi. Outdoor warmed pools, playgrounds, food courts and more. The kids wanted to stay more. Easy to arrive from the center of Budapest by public transportation.

I'm rating the hotel only. Nice rooms, large breakfast buffet. A/C in the rooms could be more powerful in summer months. No satisfactory solution for charging electric cars (standard electric plug to be used, providing only about 1.6 kW).

The facilities where very good. The dinner was not good and not worth the price. The bath was not very clean and the air condition was very noisy and not very cold. The cashier in the pool Restaurant fast food were not nice and they talked about us in Hungarian. The guy in checkout reception was very nice. And asked how do we feel.

The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel. It looks like they don't like strangers, and even when I complained to the hotel management (both through reception and through a direct email) about the bartender who just wouldn't talk to me in English, he didn't even respond.

Quiet area, nice and big rooms, great customer service, located not too far from the heart of Budapest, but it's recommended to take a taxi cab through the Uber app. Taxi drivers are honest and super nice, with no hidden fees or extra charges. Rooms are well equipped and clean although the furnishing is a bit dated. It takes about 15mins by blue metro to the city center. But the thing we loved the most were the breakfasts, they really were amazing!

I have been only in the lobby and the bar. Friendly and polite international staff, clean and cosy place. If you need they have a private parking lot for a fair price (approximately 1 euro/hour).

It is an ok hotel to spend one night, but not more. It is far from the city center and you need a car to get there (or use the public transportation). It is definitely not a 4 star hotel and everything is a bit outdated. The rating of 8 from Booking is a fair one..

It was a pleasant stay for us as a couple. Nice staff, great wellness, great food and drinks. The rooms could do with a bit of renovation as some of the facilities did not look or work well. Takes some time to get to the city center, public transport does the work.

Overall, it is a good hotel. The hotel staff will treat you with respect and a smile. He had a very good breakfast. We had fun. It had a very good pool and jacuzzi. Our room was very nice and quiet. But the bathroom was not very clean. We paid 180 euros for a double night.

Great and relaxing stay, very close to the centre yet in the green and calm Margaret Islabd with nice walks around the Danube. The hotel is a bit out from city centre but very peaceful location in a large park surrounded by river Danube. the 26 bus goes by hotel every 15/20minutes right to city centre. We really loved this hotel with all its old world charms and enjoyed the beautiful park setting for walks. The hotel breakfast was exceptional and the staff were great. Perfect place for athletes, especially for football players. Aside from the hotel and spa there is a very well equipped gym and a training hall for handball or table tennis. Outside there is a full size grass football field with a stand, and at least two grass training fields.

It'a nice to stay 1 or max 2 days to relax however relaxation at the pool is dependent on the events they have with big groups of people. When we stayed there there were alot of people staying by the pool when going out for breaks from a conference room. Pool water clean, spa is small but nice. Breakfast good. The price to quality ratio is high. The hotel is renovated but not completely so the older parts (some of the rooms, the AC, the refigrators, some of the public facilities) do not function optimally. Some of the staff can also be friendlier. The location is ok.

Great place to stay, located in a quieter area of the city but within easy reach of the city centre, three stops on the metro. Studio was really nicely equipped, bed super comfortable and the facilities were great - such a luxury to have a decent gym, pool and sauna on site! Lovely apartment hotel with pool and gym. Located 10 mins out of city centre, the area looks dodgy at night but it is fine. Nice Taiwanese noodle restaurant and LIDL nearby. the place is clean and offers nice balcony area and well equipped. Highly recommend

The room is a cabin. II think that the size is less than 20m2. So Shower room is tiny. I spent two nights. I had a relaxation time. Read a book, drink beer and watch a video at sun deck. Breakfast buffe was better than I thought.

Clean room. Larger than expected. Amazing views across the river. WiFi access points could be better placed but signal strength in rooms is not a surprise with all the metal. Outside the room seeing wifi speeds around 50mbps down /13mbps up.

Excellent value floating hotel situated almost opposite the parliament building. Nice rooms, great views and friendly staff. A little away from the centre but very close to the nearest underground station. A good base for visiting the city. Breakfast prices convert to approximately £10 pp which I thought was reasonable value for a buffet and a gentle start to the day.

Service and location - ok. Room could be more clean (bathroom). For parking there are some restrictions for bigger cars: Hotel Regnum**** has a closed deep garage, which our guests may use with regular-sized cars (maximum 2,2m wide, 1,8m high, 4,5m long) for the cost of 20 EUR/night. Room 505 didn't have any heating on our last night. There was no bar or restaurant service in the 3 days we were there. Room was OK bathroom bath very high when trying to get inand out the shower. Location was fine but room with balcony absolutely no view. Would I stay here again probably not.

Very nice hotel! Service is super helpful! Very tasty breakfast - many varieties of food. Rooms are modern and very cozy. However they could care more about keep rooms and restaurant super clean. Otherwise all on a very high level.

I was so clumsy with my item, but I appreciated so much for the hotel and staff support to keep it safe and handed to me. Ok hotel, but staff not at all accomodating when I needed a secluded place for a meeting after checkout. Claimed all rooms and conference rooms were booked. Could see for myself that at least two conference rooms were locked with no participants and it was still possible to make reservations for a regular room on the web site ☹️

Pretty hotel, not too far to walk to the next station. Rooms could have been cleaner (water stains on the wall, stains on the toilet etc.) Breakfast was good, they had local food like gulyás and sausages, which was great! When i travel to Budapest my default place to stay is the Hilton Budapest City hotel. It is conveniently located, being a 20 minute walk to the Danube River with another 10 minute walk to Buda Castle. The rooms are always clean and are large and comfortable. Breakfast is great and the dinner selections are tasty. It is also located next to a mall.

The best breakfast with a fresh orange juice which is served directly by the waiters. You can find here a hungarian traditional food corner with lot of tasty hungarian dishes. I like it a lot.
