A hotel with excellent location. The staff is very polite. The wellness section was too crowded. It was difficult to get into the tiny Finnish sauna. The wellness section was very loud, too, and not only because of the people, but also because disco music was played by the hotel there. The food is slightly below average Hungarian wellness hotel. Great spot for a weekend. My wife I had the privilege to leave the kids behind for two nights. Room great and nice view with a balcony. Even with families at the hotel we were able to enjoy and relax. Good facilities and good pools inside and out. Food was good but you would not rush back for a half-board. Food was great. The shower head was mostly clogged up, and there was a drawer in the kitchen that could nkt be opened. It was nice that we were able to rent bycilcles, however they could have used with some basic maintenance.

We visited the hotel several times. It is gradually being renovated, from the new interiors of the rooms, the restaurant to the new sunbeds by the pools. Hotel very average. The smell of fryer everywhere. The room I received was microscopic, while a colleague received a normal room for the same money. The cuisine was tasty and a big plus for the pool, however, not adequate for the price.

It's the little things that make a hotel special and sadly things like additional payment for parking, cold jacuzzi, uninspiring breakfast choices and Nescafé sachets in the room do not make a positive impression in an alleged 4 star hotel. It's a neat and nice place to come for mostly package holidays, but it's hard to walk around because the surroundings are too dark and squashed. Luckily, it was good to sell wine in the restaurant.

It’s evident that this hotel was once grandiose, but time has taken its toll. The large complex with pools is impressive in size, but there are more outside visitors than hotel guests, which gives the place a cheap feel. The place was made for kids, or those who still feel like once. Planty of water slides, indoor pools and jacuzzi. Outdoor warmed pools, playgrounds, food courts and more. The kids wanted to stay more. Easy to arrive from the center of Budapest by public transportation.

I'm rating the hotel only. Nice rooms, large breakfast buffet. A/C in the rooms could be more powerful in summer months. No satisfactory solution for charging electric cars (standard electric plug to be used, providing only about 1.6 kW).

The facilities where very good. The dinner was not good and not worth the price. The bath was not very clean and the air condition was very noisy and not very cold. The cashier in the pool Restaurant fast food were not nice and they talked about us in Hungarian. The guy in checkout reception was very nice. And asked how do we feel.

The park itself was very nice for kids (event the pool restaurant surprised us) but we do not recommend staying at the hotel. It looks like they don't like strangers, and even when I complained to the hotel management (both through reception and through a direct email) about the bartender who just wouldn't talk to me in English, he didn't even respond.

We really loved this hotel with all its old world charms and enjoyed the beautiful park setting for walks. The hotel breakfast was exceptional and the staff were great. Perfect place for athletes, especially for football players. Aside from the hotel and spa there is a very well equipped gym and a training hall for handball or table tennis. Outside there is a full size grass football field with a stand, and at least two grass training fields.

It'a nice to stay 1 or max 2 days to relax however relaxation at the pool is dependent on the events they have with big groups of people. The apartment is a straight walk to the subway station, but there is no ticket machine at the subway entrance, so you have to walk to the other end of the subway station to buy a ticket. The room is a cabin. II think that the size is less than 20m2. So Shower room is tiny. I spent two nights. I had a relaxation time. Read a book, drink beer and watch a video at sun deck. Breakfast buffe was better than I thought.

Clean room. Larger than expected. Amazing views across the river. WiFi access points could be better placed but signal strength in rooms is not a surprise with all the metal. Outside the room seeing wifi speeds around 50mbps down /13mbps up.

Loved our stay here, beautiful view, very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The only let down was the breakfast but only because we like a typical English breakfast.

Excellent value floating hotel situated almost opposite the parliament building. Nice rooms, great views and friendly staff. A little away from the centre but very close to the nearest underground station. A good base for visiting the city. Breakfast prices convert to approximately £10 pp which I thought was reasonable value for a buffet and a gentle start to the day.

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, the hotel no longer has any on-site catering (except for breakfast). But we were able to organize ourselves well.

Service and location - ok. Room could be more clean (bathroom). For parking there are some restrictions for bigger cars: Hotel Regnum**** has a closed deep garage, which our guests may use with regular-sized cars (maximum 2,2m wide, 1,8m high, 4,5m long) for the cost of 20 EUR/night. Room 505 didn't have any heating on our last night. There was no bar or restaurant service in the 3 days we were there. Room was OK bathroom bath very high when trying to get inand out the shower. Location was fine but room with balcony absolutely no view. Would I stay here again probably not.

Very nice hotel! Service is super helpful! Very tasty breakfast - many varieties of food. Rooms are modern and very cozy. However they could care more about keep rooms and restaurant super clean. Otherwise all on a very high level.

Ok hotel, but staff not at all accomodating when I needed a secluded place for a meeting after checkout. Claimed all rooms and conference rooms were booked. Could see for myself that at least two conference rooms were locked with no participants and it was still possible to make reservations for a regular room on the web site ☹️

Pretty hotel, not too far to walk to the next station. Rooms could have been cleaner (water stains on the wall, stains on the toilet etc.) Breakfast was good, they had local food like gulyás and sausages, which was great! When i travel to Budapest my default place to stay is the Hilton Budapest City hotel. It is conveniently located, being a 20 minute walk to the Danube River with another 10 minute walk to Buda Castle. The rooms are always clean and are large and comfortable. Breakfast is great and the dinner selections are tasty. It is also located next to a mall.
