Haifa Tower Hotel

The views from the tower are immaculate. The staff was support helpful and very kind. Every request was more than satisfied and all my questions were answered. The location of the hotel is perfect for small dining and some small shops. The air conditioning was very nice and fully supplied to the entire room. The windows opened freely to allow natural air if needed and one wall is almost entirely windows (with curtains to close when wanted) so you can experience almost a 180° view of the city from your perspective side. The bathroom is all glass openings with some discrete covering. Water pressure is nice and the temperature is easily adjustable. I would highly recommend this place you are paying a good price for a nice stay.

Well! I would describe this place as a luxury backpackers.
For the price it is kind of what I expected and more.
On one hand yes it is a strange reception area in an old shopping space but the lifts are right beside the desk and because it is manned 24/7 it felt entirely safe thanks to the young capable vibrant helpful staff and their very supportive young manager doing their best in an old hotel going through a renovation process.
I think maybe there are permanents, with some sneaking cigarettes outside lifts where butts were left for days in top of bins, and public access areas definitely seen better days and cleaners perhaps not vigilant or eye for detail OR perhaps overworked and underpaid???

But for my part I thought my room on the 15th floor overlooking the Port of Haifa and city lights was splendid, the room, bathroom, sheets and towels appeared crisp, clean and modern. Although I’m not sure linen is washed by commercial company???

Apart from when people entering and leaving hallways and apart from other guests being quite noisy one night ( it was discovered an entire group of firefighting trainees and their instructors stayed that night) after around 8pm it generally fell completely blissfully silent and I had the best sleep, waking up to the most amazing views in the morning and the value for money in my opinion was exceptional.
Also there was a seat near by ( unlike previous comment states ) but on the morning the firefighter trainees were checking out you were never going to get a seat anyway. Also despite previous comments regarding location I found it an extremely easy walk or transport to anything desired.
(My only negative comment has nothing to do with this accommodation only the negative experience and horrible attitude of the woman at the closest money exchange around the corner, do yourself a favour and walk further down the street to western union which was super fast and helpful, but do your own research.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is amazing! Some of the best views in Haifa, in a great location (near some of Haifa’s best restaurants and bars) and fair price.

The owner is so sweet! They are warm and welcoming, I think they just switched ownership and you can tell they care personally about each guest.
