The views from the tower are immaculate. The staff was support helpful and very kind. Every request was more than satisfied and all my questions were answered. The location of the hotel is perfect for small dining and some small shops. The air conditioning was very nice and fully supplied to the entire room. The windows opened freely to allow natural air if needed and one wall is almost entirely windows (with curtains to close when wanted) so you can experience almost a 180° view of the city from your perspective side. The bathroom is all glass openings with some discrete covering. Water pressure is nice and the temperature is easily adjustable. I would highly recommend this place you are paying a good price for a nice stay.

We booked the suite for Friday evening, and when we arrived at the hotel they said there was no reservation in my name. After I showed them the reservation number, they claimed that I made a mistake and that I booked the hotel for Sunday. After I showed them the confirmation email for the reservation of the suite for the date I arrived, they said I was right but they had already filled all the rooms and had no rooms for us. Then he found for us a suite elsewhere as compensation As you can imagine it was not a suite but a hostel room which was very dirty and if I could find another place to sleep I would When we arrived at the hostel we heard that this is not the first time this has happened *this week* I can't believe it I would not recommend anyone to book a night at a place that is overbooking

Definitely not recommended!
I found a used condom behind the bed where I sleep. Immediately walked to the reception and told that I can't do this and that my room needs to be cleaned. Receptionist got angry and wouldn't believe this happened. staff member claimed that room was cleaned properly and no one came in except us. In other words he was trying to say that my girlfriend and I left this. Staff member didn't even apologize and was very disrespectful. Housekeeping came later. she changed the bed with the glove with which she took the condom, certainly not hygienically. hotel room was not clean very dirty. also the towels were covered in stains. Haifa tower is a dirty hotel with disrespectful employees. be smart and don't go there!

the room that we stayed in was Super clean with a very comfortable bed, cable TV, hot shower, everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. the food was very fresh and tasty, specially the dinner, and the staff was very helpful and nice, I highly recommend this hotel. this is going to be our go to hotel every time we visit Haifa!!!

An amazing place to stay with family, extremely accommodating and friendly staff, incredible views from every direction and a wonderful restaurant on location that has a great variety of options for the whole family. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation destination and can’t wait to return for an additional stay!

An excellent place, a spectacular view, we did a Shabbat there, the groom was perfect, excellent food, lovely people who care about other people, considerate of everyone, really recommended, it was really fun to be there, thank you very much

Perfect hotel for best price! We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be back The food was excellent as they gave us 10 kind of salads an appetiser and main dish and dessert! and the view was amazing. Thank you amazing staff for your hospitality

Poor service. I went with a group. We were supposed to stay at a “sister” property however stayed at Tower Hotel Haifa. Our tour leader was handed a plastic bag with keys and breakfast vouchers and we fended for ourselves. The male receptionist barely acknowledged us. Rooms of suitable size with tv, fridge, Water heater had to be turned on prior to showering. No mentioned had bee n made by reception. Comfortable bed but sand, grit on the floor. Would not recommend.

We got a “black friday” offer and it was great vacation. The best view of a downtown, great location and helpful staff. Comfortable elevators and clean rooms. Easy to find and close to the main city attractions within the walking distance

The room: All pictures advertised are not according to the real rooms. The rooms are small. 1 bed, 1 table for remote and cabling, 1 small table for glasses, 1 cabinet and one bathroom with toilet and some shade shower curtains. To get hot water you need to manually turn on the heater and wait 20min. There is a connecting door and you hear everything through it. The room door is thin as paper and you hear everything. I stayed in the 8th floor and i heard every traffic during the night. The staff: Friendly until you sign the booking confirmation. Then it's hell on earth The managment: Can't be contacted except via mail and does not reply to any complaints or requests. Services: Free Wifi
