This is a small hotel just in the main tourist area. The room and bathroom were small. We had 4 suitcases and there was no room for them. There is no elevator and we had to carry the suitcases using the stairs (we are almost 70....). There was no clear mention on the web site that there is no elevator. The front desk guy was very nice and helped us out when we arrived. On our 2nd day ther (out of 3) the owner of the place told us off because of the dog we had - a licensed 5Kg service dog.. ANd was quite rude saying he would have refused to let us in when we arrived if he was there. WHen my husband explained that this is a service dog and wanted to show the license the owner said that this is his hotel and he can do whatever he wants. That day our room was not cleaned or set up (and not because the dog did anything wrong and it did not mess up the room.

Gem of a place in the heart of TA!
Great bargain, fantastic location, the staff was helpful and friendly.
Helped us find local deals and amaaaazing local cuisine. The place was clean and although there weren't enough towels on the second day, they were quick to respond. For my husband and I, this was perfect. Definitely will come back!

I was 2 weeks in the hotel and had a very good time there. It is noisy from the street (but with closed windows you don't hear anything- just use air conditioner), employees are very professional and polite, CLEANING SERVICE REALLY IMPRESSIONED ME: they clean whall room really every day: floor, shower, toilet, tables and make bed- really everything and every day!!! I have never met such service even in Germany. Yes, some corners in rooms, for example under the basin or doors are constructed not very quolitatively, but the design of the hotel is very fine, very good lamps, air conditioner works good, TV has channels of different countries (Spain, USA, Russia, Arabic lands, Israel); you reach the beach in just 1 minute, the hotel is in the middle of the whall beach, many supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, cafes, bazar etc are near. Breakfast in the café maybe 200 meters away from the hotel, but the café is very beautiful, big, cool eat, nice stuff, good cafe machine... I am very satisfied. Best regards from Munich to Tel Aviv 👋😘

I enjoyed my very brief stay here recently. The room was pleasant and nicely decorated. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Good wifi. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is excellent. I was totally satisfied with my stay.

Good hotel with very nice and helpful staff. I stayed for five days and of course I will gladly return. Simple but nice breakfast. Quiet and clean room. Coffee, rolls and cookies round the clock. Close to beach and city Centre. Strongly recommended.

Great hotel, affordable, clean and steps to the beach. 24/7 access to rugalech and croissants. Can't go wrong with this place.

Small! I never though that I would have back move to toilet to make my needs. Very noisy, old and wet(!?) place. Breakfasts are terrible if any, for better you need to go to other hotels all around.
