Play Midtown Hotel Tel Aviv

all that pleased in this hotel is the location! but the sea is far away! the hotel and the rooms are dark and very dusty! the staff is like minions from the cartoon, cleaning needs more work on the level, everything is dirty!!!! the walls are thin, breathable every word! and sorting through the buildings is like a quest, 4 buildings you spend a lot of time looking for a reception desk and then looking for a room !!!! I don’t recommend it if you don’t want to spoil your vacation!

it is not worth for money.

Positive points: proximity to the station, supermarket and other shops are around. Staff are friendly.

Negative points;
i)it’s hard to find a reception because this hotel is located in several buildings.
ii) I was carrying a heavy carry bag alone. There were steps before lifts that made me exhausted.
iii) staff quality is at three star level. They never helped customers to carry their luggages. Room cleaning staffs make a lot of noise
iv) room has a great city view. However, privacy cut is not implemented on the glasses which means inside of hotel room can be seen from outside.
v) the room is not well sound proofed. The noise always came from outside and other rooms even during the night. I could sleep well.

they stole my Prada make up bag. I called 3.5 hours after I checked out reporting that I forgot my Prada make up bag. after that I called every day and never got a proper response, then I email them with all the details but they did not take responsibility.
