Stayed at this place for 3 nights and really like the place. Staff is amazing at this place. I cancelled one night and staff was very helpful.
The room is very comfortable with good space to move around. They have best stuff in the room and offer goodies to guest. Room cleaning service is done quite early.
The hotel is located within a business complex so you can access different facilities.
Breakfast options are limited so feel it should be improved. Secondly the hotel is located next to hospital so it may be little challenging during this Covid period.

+ Food is really good and diverse. Awesome breakfast selection, local wine in the lounge daytime and happy hour with wine and cheese & sandwiches at 5 o’clock. Bed is super comfy; robes are available. Very clean hotel and room The staff is polite and speak different languages12.04.2022

I arrived a little too early however this was no problem, the lady on reception, said ,please head to the Breakfast lounge, enjoy a coffee or some breakfast if you like and wait for your room...(that's great customer service).
Each day my room was made up perfectly clean, and the staff was always polite with a smile.Breakfast was served again by lovely polite staff, very helpful and friendly.
This Hotel does everything the right way and it's a credit to the staff.

For the price this is a cosy and quiet hotel. It doesn't have many dining in food options during the day or night however, so I found myself going out to eat mostly. The breakfast was nice though, a nice variety of local tastes especially if you love cheese and bread. It is worth getting access to the business lounge if you want to get some light bread/cheese related snacks during the day. Some rooms have baths!

Rooms are nice. They call it a business hotel but you need to pay in order to enter the lounge :)

Exceeds all my expectations and more!
The room itself is clean, cozy, roomy and has everything you need. The facilities are perfect.
The business lounge has delicious snacks, but nothing can compare to the kind blowing breakfast!!! The breakfast is simply out of this world!
The staff is very friendly, happy and makes sure you have everything you need.
You have access to the gym nearby which is very well equipped.
Most importantly, it’s in the heart of the city, so you don’t feel like a tourist coming to and from the hotel. It’s very well integrated into the city itself. The experience is amazing!

The Vital Hotel has been a perfectly fine place to stay in Tel Aviv. Good location for business trips, though a little far from the beach if you're here for tourism, it's about a 30 ILS ride in a taxi to the port from the hotel. Rooms are quiet, I don't hear any street noise nor any neighboring rooms other than the occasional door opening and closing. The room is good sized and comfortable. I also appreciate the bike share dock right across the street, it has been a very convenient way to get around town.
