Property had been used for evacuees and was showing signs of wear. Overall good stay and nice location.

The sleeping accommodations were fine. There was no a/c. Bathroom was dirty, not well supplied and the deep bathtub was unsafe while the hand shower was awful and flooded the bathroom.

Average I’m sure this hotel used to be great , the overall design and quality of furniture etc is good. But right now it definitely requires renovation, a lot of surfaces are chipped , cracked or molded. The common areas need cleaning. The view on the sea is spectacular, but the windows are dirty. Location is great

Breakfast selection was a bit limited. Decent room. Average cleanliness. Hotel a bit dated, furniture needs updating, especially the mattresses.

Good situation and good views to Mediterranean. Rooms are ok. Nothing special but everything what you needed. Sometimes places seems little dirty but you can handle it. Overall we got good memories from these hotel and especially Netanya Heikki from Finland

Former 4 star hotel that has degenerated over the years. Meager amenities. Breakfast less robust than other hotels. BUT: excellent location. Every room has a porch with ocean view. Nice swimming pool.

Yummy clean gorgeous airy new rooms. Best food ever .warm staff helping you have what you need. They build BigBig windows in the rooms so it's like being on the ocean viewing waves. My nicest vacation ever

From the outside the place can seem a bit run down, but once you step inside it seems better taken care of though. The room was clean and functional but definitely nothing special. We were there for Shabbat and the food was pretty good.

My stay was good at the Galil Hotel. It is a standard 2 star / oldish style 3 star hotel that you find somewhere like Brighton beach in NYC. Location was excellent. Breakfast was ok but no chopped fresh fruit. Limited salads. Bathroom was dreadful. Water damage everywhere. In my opinion this is at best a good 3 star property

I booked this hotel the night before for one night. It's a budget hotel on the beach. Don't expect anything fancy. The receptionist was very nice to me and changed my room because the TV was broken. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. A very welcoming place and I felt really comfortable here. I enjoyed the food and there is plenty of choice.

Excellent stay. The hotel is ideally located just across the street from the beach, just around the corner from the center of town, food, fun and transport. The staff are pleasant and co-operative at both the front end and dining hall. Hotel Alma is located very close to the beach and boardwalk. The room was a nice size for being the cheapest option, and the price is lower than most hotels in the area. The room needs remodeling and there was a mix-up on the floor we were supposed to get. The young man who accepted us was very nice and helpful. The view of the sea was breathtaking, and was well worth the mix-up.

Absolutely comfortable apartment. The pictures do not match 100% in reality, but are any nice rooms. Very good air conditioning. Mini supermarket right at the entrance. But this one is very expensive. Possibility of washing clothes for 10 she clothes. Short way to the best beach in Netanya

Carmel hotel has been converted into apartment building. The location is great and there's plenty of parking. There is also a decent convenient store at the front. The apartment we stayed in was bit ran down and could be cleaner.

My wife and I were looking for a nice little pesach vacation. The drive from Jerusalem was about an hour and a half. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and other attractions nearby. The rooms provide a beautiful view of the beach however it was old and musky but the service was very pleasant. The food was decent and plentiful. All in all it was a good choice.

Plus points: - Best view of the sea from the balcony. - Good room finish, with lots of storage space - nice upholstery - dinner was OK. - free Wi-Fi Minus points: - room is extremely small - the room AC is centralised. This is a beach south of Netanya. You drive in and take a ticket and pay depending on the time you stay. You can walk in although that's about a 300-400m walk. Good place to eat and drink and lots of sunbeds for hire. Also some fitness equipment, open air showers and toilets.

This is a hotel that seems to cater mostly to Orthodox Jewish. As such the rooms are dull and basic. The furniture is worn down, dirty and uncomfortable. The hotel is basic but clean. It’s very convenient near the beach, on the square and right by convenience stores and coffees and restaurants. No facilities besides a bedroom and bathroom and WiFi, but it suited our needs at half the price of the big hotels nearby.

The place is good, despite the crowded area is not noisy. The sea is very close, 5 minutes walk. There are numerous cafes and shops nearby. In the evenings, Independence Square in front of the hotel turns into a resting place for citizens and guests of the city with shopping shops and children's attractions. I liked everything, we relax in the hotel 3 times, we will come again.

Great location. Shabby neighboring surroundings/construction. Very small room/bathroom (ie: the standard room). Good price for the location, and if one merely needs a bed & bathroom. Personally, I enjoyed the fact that it had a BATH, which was also not super-short (ie: decent length, but it was a bit narrow).

The hotel is excellent, good location and excellent service. Attentive and friendly staff. The sea, cafes and restaurants, shops are within walking distance. More of a boarding house than a hotel. Sufficient facilities for a night or 2 stay, very close to the beach so perfect as a place to rest between morning and afternoon dips. Breakfast is very modest.
