So for beginners at check in the clerk tried to charge Israeli taxes even thought she presented all the proof necessary that she wasn’t Israeli and she was a canadian tourist there was no manager to talk to and he started to mock us and wasn’t even willing to refund us he said that since we booked with Expedia it’s there problem .we arrived at the hotel to check in at 3 and waited 2 1/2 hours before getting a room, there were at least 6 other parties waiting to also check in it caused a lot of chaos and being uncomfortable with all the suitcases and kids not having where to go was pure havoc.we got to the PRESIDENTIAL DELUXE SUITE room and couldn’t believe how dirty the walls and windows showers where full of mildew the ceiling was cracking in the shower it was disguising!!!!! There where not enough shampoos or towels or toilet paper for us now best but not least lying on the most uncomfortable bed we all woke up with bites all over our body !!!!! And did I mention eating under ground no windows really dark dining hall very depressing my car was in the parking lot of the hotel and it got banged and dented and there was no help to solve this issue, so the only nice thing about this hotel is like everyone the view big deal !!!! Really think hard if you want to go on vacation and after that need another one to destress from all the aggravation highly don’t recommend this hotel it should be cleaned up and renovated and staff should all be replaced

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. I know that Israel has lower standards in general (I live in Israel) but even for Israel, this hotel is ridiculous. It’s comparable to just barely a 3 star hotel, honestly maybe even 2 stars. The only nice thing about the rooms is the amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. Besides that, the rooms are dirty, broken and have mold. The towels smell disgusting. The bed was so nasty, I didn’t feel comfortable even laying on it. The mattress and pillows and seriously gross. The sheets aren’t even on the mattress in a manner that properly covers the mattress. The spa is as also disgusting, and the massage was not up to par. The bathroom in the spa is so gross, and the masseuse literally didn’t even ask my any questions prior to the massage - which is very standard anywhere in the world (I get massages all the time at various hotels all around the world, including in Israel). The price is so not worth it, I think the hotel should be shut down. OH HOW CAN I FORGET: The lights on the balcony weren’t working, they wouldn’t turn on. They sent someone up to fix it, and the guy just OPENED THE DOOR AND WALKED INTO OUR ROOM while we were sitting in the room. I almost called the police. He fixed the light, left a huge mess out on the balcony, and then said the lights aren’t able to be turned off because the switch isn’t working properly. Seriously the worst experience I have ever had, such a waste of my money.
