Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. By the time we return next summer we are in no doubt that it will be the well oiled machine it was when we stayed previously. Thank you
Business lounge is nice and comfortable.
People smoke in the pool area and inside it. We wont be coming back
Other stuff of the hotel need to work on kindness
The stuff were extremely rude. They litterly ignored me at the bar pool in my birthday.
The hotel is not clean.
The price did not include tax.
It seems as if they have improved on already satisfactory service. Breakfast service and pool service are noticeable better. Room cleaning and turnover also seem to run in tighter schedules.

While staff were really helpful in almost all cases the Bellevusta room we were initially given was in my opinion a Corner Room with balcony. The manager assistant advised that they have many different Bellavista rooms. This was the first time after many stays a Bellvisya room that it was small and without separate toilet and bathroom. I was not impressed with such misrepresentation. Two days later we were given a ‘real’ Bellavista room.
Besides this I cannot fault them in anything. Service throughout was excellent be it the restaurant pool service turnover reception. Will continue to use them
I would like to share my positive experience at this establishment.
The service was exceptional, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive lifeguards at the rooftop pool. The location is also ideal, situated directly on the beach.
I highly recommend this establishment for your next vacation. I have never found a better place to stay, and I am confident that you will too.
