Disliked · Although clean and changed everyday, the towels looked old and pretty used. At least in our room, the AC didn't have too many speed options and it was blowing directly towards the bed, therefore it was very difficult to stay in bed with the AC on).
The shower is not a separate room but we figured it out by going on the balcony or turning the other way when the other person showers. This did not provide difficulty for me but it is important to know.
The coffee station in the lobby is really cool. The lounge area is very nice and clean. The receptionist was nice to us.
The breakfast is not free, at least not on weekends.
The location is perfect on one hand, but in evening time has a lot of locals around that doesn’t make you feel safe.
We got an overall clean and a very nice room but with a major problem. The shower drain was clogged. Skipping most of the shower we went out and ask the receptionist to fix it. After the fix the whole floor was flooded during the next shower. So we had to brush our teeth in standing water.
Really bummed my wake up.
The room itself is not bad but has to over-go some maintenance.
No compensation was offered at the reception.
Nice hotel but I think next time I’ll pick different.
Clean.very nice crew very helpful.
Bed is fine. Not enough towels but we got as much as we wanted from the desk.
Breakfast is not amazing but enough.
