Great location on the beach by the marina between the Gordon Pool and the Hilton. Room was smallish, a little dated, but clean and comfortable with partial view of the sea and a tiny balcony, which needed to be cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Nice rooftop pool. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Excellent service.
My wife and I stayey at Carlton for six days and had a fabulous time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very accommodating for any of our needs. Words can’t describe the breakfast buffet. I don’t think they missed one food, bread, fish, fruit, drink, etc etc. The coffee bar was amazing. All delicious. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Great location. If we return to Israel, the Carlton...
This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. It's location is prime right next to the beach the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They can book you a tour from the concierge and they can even get you a taxi and bill it to your room so you can't get scammed. We needed directions to an out of way pick up spot for a tour and the concierge actually left her desk and walked us all the way...
It claims to be a “5 stars superior” hotel but it is not. Absolutely. It can be a 4 stars at most. The building itself is quite ugly and poorly maintained. If you are lucky to get a room facing the sea, then the view is amazing, but if you face on the road and on the building behind the hotel, then it’s terrible. Service is good by the way, breakfast is amazing: the restaurant faces on the sea and...
My room had an opened chocolate box on the table. When asking my friend (who stayed in another room), he also mentioned that cleaning was not completed. He found half a cup of tea from a previous guest in the little coffee corner of the room. The elevator is annoying as you need to select the floor on the outside of the elevator and are then directed to one of the 3 cabins. My friend stayed on a different...
Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Perfect in summer - great location and the pool was amazing (very busy on a Friday and Saturday though). The rooms were clean and comfortable and really well sized. But the staff is what will take me back. Gila (Guest Relations) was very accommodating and available. Food was great, portions are fairly large. The acoustics are pretty noisy when the indoor dining area was filled up with people talking. Service was standard, not superb but also not bad. Beautiful decors and nice location.
Fine dinning. The food is nice, I had better but the service and vibes are great!
One of the most upscale hotels in TLV, and you definitely feel it! Everything is perfect in this place.
Creme de la creme!!! Best hotel in Tel Aviv in my opinion. Classic and elegant! Love the ambiance, exceptional service and delicious food. Croissants are handmade and the French toast is to die for! It tastes as good as it looks :) I also recommend treating yourself to a drink at the opulent Library bar!
A very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Food is great, service is fantastic. A bit pricey but totally worth it

I had the immense pleasure of staying at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel for 12 nights, and it surpassed every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in sheer luxury and impeccable hospitality. The check-in process was nothing short of splendid, with the staff being incredibly warm and attentive. The cuisine at the hotel is something to write home about. Breakfasts were a culinary journey...
Descent hotel, staff are not the most interacting and kind, even though some cleaners are. The location is perfect! The breakfast was nothing amazing but good, even though the waiting service was very ashaming. The parking was the worst of all though. The owner of the parking thought it would be a good idea to make more money by doubling the amount of cars that can enter, meaning that half of the cars...
Awesome experience I can see why this place is rated five stars. Alon front desk made everything easy for us to check in under welcomed any questions that we had. We were pleasantly helped with getting our luggage to our room and any other services we needed by Allan. Michelle in guest relations gave us the warmest welcome with complementary beverages. This hotel is a definite must do with one of the...
I like that this place has both an indoor and outdoor pools and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The building is not new and some parts of it are dilapidated. For example a large chunk of black marble, over the main entrance door fell during my stay. This was very dangerous. The stucco is discolored on the way to the pool. The rooms seem okay but not outstanding. Being in a five star hotel I would...
Shows its age but compensates with exceptional staff. Room I stayed was big, well equipped and maintained but some parts were very old and should be replaced (wardrobe). Beachfront location great for the tourist but awful traffic-wise for the business traveller.
I was actually surprised to find such high quality of service and food and accommodation in such a top location... Usually in such locations one could allow less quality at a tough price. But in Dan Tel-Aviv the rooms are clean, when you go down for breakfast you are met with a smile by Natalia who is also offering a drink in the business lounge and if she is not there, then Alex will take care of...

I stayed at the Jaffa Luxury Collection in July and I had the most amazing stay. I stayed for 5 nights and it was the most enjoyable stay that I have had in Israel. A great hotel to stay in Tel Aviv with easy access to transportation and shopping centre right at the front door. Room was amazingly large, clean and comfortable. They also provide a shuttle bus to and from the beach which is a free service. I will definitely be staying again! Thanks
Great hotel, convenient location. Would absolutely stay here again. Sophie in the dining was extremely attentive and such a warm personality- I really looked forward to going to breakfast each morning because of her service.
Great business lounge, located over a big shopping mall. Well equipped gym. A 15-minute walk from downtown Tel Aviv and a 15-minute drive to Tel Aviv Beach

Hilton Tel Aviv offers a superb location and commendable service. Situated conveniently, it provides easy access to the beach and city attractions. The attentive staff enhances the stay experience. However, the rooms appear slightly outdated compared to the price point, warranting a refresh. Despite this, the overall experience is pleasant, especially if the room aesthetics are not a top priority.
it’s location, the size of room, the very professional and efficient staff
I've stayed here perhaps a dozen times. It is my favorite hotel on the beach in Tel Aviv. Impeccably maintained, excellent atmosphere to meet guests, amazing breakfast buffet, and lots of view of the beach. If you like sushi, they have perhaps the best sushi restaurant in Tel Aviv.
Beautiful hotel. We were quickly checked in. Room was very comfortable. Love the slippers and robe that are in the room to use. The toiletries are Ahava. Love their products. The location is wonderful. Right on a beautiful beach and so many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I look forward to coming back soon.
Beautiful hotel, breakfast is superb and the pool is amazing. Pool staff is excellent. Staff at breakfast are nice but a little slow to clear tables. Hotel Metropolitan is really run by professionals. I don't know how they manage to coordinate so many tour groups constantly coming through, but they really do... all public and private spaces are spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and competent, and even the breakfast is run like clockwork. This place isn't super-fancy, but it's comfortable, clean and reliable. Very impressive.
Friendly and helpful staff. Helped to secure myself a room quickly since my flight landed earlier than expected, and check in wasn’t for another 5 hours. Handed us coffee in the morning face to face aswell. Mr. Ahmad night manager was a dime!! Helped us a ton. Ton of amenities and services.

Spent one night here. View of the Mediterranean Sea was great, and a short walk to a public beach. The rooms were clean and modern. Even though their dining room is being renovated, the food was among the best we tasted in Israel! Highly recommend!

GREAT location and building. The rooms are fancy and the spa area is just terrific. However, in all the rooms with numbers ending on -16 to -19 (416, 417, 516, 517, etc.) you'll hear the water sewage from flushing toilets and showers from the entire hotel.
