Been staying here for over 20 years. The property is just not the same. I was very grateful to be upgraded to a suite (diamond member) but it ended there, the rooms and hallways are tired and smell of mildew. Breakfast food seems old, service non existent, no one offered coffee, no one to clean plates other than let it pile up in the middle of the table. Towels both in the room and at the pool are...
Excellent service excellent food excellent location. We had a wonderful time. I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely be back.
Hilton in july :) We just stayed at the hotel for few days celebrating my sisters wedding and I want to fully recommend staying at the Hilton - our whole family had a great time ! The food was very good ! Rooms were clean and felt great with the ocean view ! There is one employee - SAVVA whom I want to thank especially since he did so much for us - took care of anything we needed help with and...
Once again we had an incredible experience at Hilton Tel Aviv. Staff are all helpful and really nice. Gold status was recognised with a room upgrade and a gift in the room. This is the best hotel in the area.
The staff is amazing and the hotel is situated along a beautiful stretch of beach. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Tel Aviv!!
The Vista experience is well worth it. Their staff is absolutely the best, extremely friendly, and always welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely stocked as well.

Absolute best hotel in Tel Aviv, been staying here since 2017 and it keeps improving. Spice at lobby level and the whiskey lounge on the 24th floor are incredible. Lobby restaurant has amazing views and good breakfast and bar food all day. Request a room with north view to see down on the old mosque next door. Beautiful views at night from club lounge on 24
Our first time in this impressive hotel, we had amazing time, great service all around the hotel as specially at the Club lounge and breakfast. The cleaning is on very high level! The stuff is wonderful, we have to mention Zehavit and Martin who showed us around the hotel and took care of all our needs
The hotel is very well maintained and very clean! the food is tasty and the service is just the best! We had amazing experience all around the hotel, starting reception, breakfast and also the housekeeping! we have to mention Zehavit and Martina for taking care of us for the entire stay. Thank you
I’ve stayed at the David Intercontinental several times, and it keeps getting better. Martina, Zehavit, and the 24th Club Lounge team are truly exceptional! They’re welcoming, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make us feel like VIPs! The hotel itself has a relaxing atmosphere and unbeatable Tel Aviv beach views. My room was quiet, my bed was comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long...
We were very delighted with our booking at the David InterContinental Tel Aviv in October 2025. Our delegation had an exceptional experience throughout our stay. The booking, check-in, and room allocation were all very well organized and efficiently managed. The hotel team went above and beyond to support our needs, including extending the lounge operating hours for our delegation’s convenience....
Great location close to the market and walkable to a lot of good resteraunts. Amazing views and great breakfasts.

We like the location the service and the food was very well. The hotel is very clean..
We are staying during the current conflict . We had to unexpectedly extend our stay . The staff here goes over and above especially in these times. Avi was amazing and extra helpful. All of the staff is so accommodating and helpful. They really ensure that you have everything you need .
The pool area is lovely & very clean, our room was great, bed comfortable and the staff are excellent, breakfast is the best, thank you we will be back
The room next to us was very loudly, also people in the pool was moving my things from my sunbed while I was gone for a few minutes. In the morning , near 6am there was horrible noise of construction.

My stay here was absolutely perfect. Adar at the reception was kind, effective, professional and with great humor. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. Have stayed many times, and always a lovely experience. A high end hotel. Rooms have great views and are very clean, breakfasts are really spectacular. Great location, walking distance to all key tourist areas, amazing food, and on the train line to the Airport.
Amazing place to stay, excellent amenities, wonderful service, excellent gym and the best location! Quiet and very spacious rooms. We will be back. Special mention to Tommy and Eden at reception for always being so helpful.
Hotel is awesome! Front desk staff and managers very accommodating. ! Great location. Easy access to Tel Aviv sights and activities. Will stay here on my next trip!

The food was divine! Both jn the gorgeous breakfast hall across the hotel right on the beach which was beautiful and the shabbat dinner and lunch had excellent dishes. Rooms were nice too. And staff was friendly. Shabbat elevators were not so well planned, but otherwise a great stay
Good rooms. Great service, especially from Gila at the reception staff and the breakfast team. The breakfast is truly exceptional even for the high standards of an Israeli breakfast and it’s available 6:30-11am. A game changer!
Perfectly located right by the beach, with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the promenade. The service is outstanding the staff is friendly, attentive, and always professional. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with super comfortable beds. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, probably one of the best in Israel! A huge selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, made-to-order options...
With its fantastic location on the beachfront, Carlton is an excellent choice for its views, comfort, and quality of service. The breakfast is at a separate building with a great view of the sea. Very nice rooftop pool with great view, clean water, and very nice music. Businesses lounge provides the same great views, smiling and friendly staff-Nes&Ira, and nice snack area.
The hotel was wonderful, the room amazing, very nice experience except for the pool that was way too crowded. We arrived on a Saturday and we didn’t have a spot to sit by the pool, kids were in the outside jacuzzi and we had to leave to go to the beach… The pool is great early in the morning, later it’s better to avoid it. Other than that the breakfast and the facilities were amazing ! I’ll be back
Amazing Tel Aviv Beach Hotel The Carlton never disappoints. It’s in a beautiful location on Gordon beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff pleasant and helpful. The food is amazing. Best breakfast buffet at the beach. Shabbat meals available and tons of delicious choices. We’ve stayed here several times.

Hotel is an old building but location is great and has all amenities needed in a clean environment. Service is fantastic with staff being on hand for anything and very helpful and friendly
Check-in was smooth, and the hotel's public areas were neat and clean. The elevators were a bit slow due to the large crowd. The room was nice, equipped with coffee and an electric kettle. The balcony offered a pleasant sea view, which was a highlight. However, while the bed sheet was mostly clean, I noticed a few hairs on it, which was disappointing.
We stayed at the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv and were very impressed by the central location, the luxurious atmosphere and the courteous service. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the breakfast was rich and varied. However, unfortunately, the pool experience was disappointing. The pool was not clean enough for our liking, and this marred our enjoyment of the hotel stay. We expected a higher...

The hotel faces the beautiful beach of the Mediterranean Sea. The room I was given was large, with two bathrooms, a terrace and a large living room. The furniture is rather old. But for the same price, my friend's room was just an ordinary size. The hotel lobby and breakfast restaurant have very beautiful sea views, which are pleasing to the eye. With outstanding service, excellent amenities, clean, well-designed rooms the Sheraton Tel Aviv offers a five star experience. We were warmly greeted by Henri upon check-in, who upon learning we were part of a group of 14, went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Being on the club room floor gave us lounge access, a perk worthy of the extra expense. The hotel surpassed all of our...
I had an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was amazing, and the location was great. The hotel looks like new and they don’t nickle and dime you about everything. I got free glass bottles of water daily, daily morning and evening room housekeeping and they even gave me chocolate before bed. The pool area is beautiful and it’s in such a walkable area. There was all sorts of good...
This hotel is a solid 3 start hotel dressed up to look like a 4 star hotel. (Note that all hotels on the tel aviv strip claim to be 5 star, they are not even close except for maybe Kempinsky ) Sheraton has hands down the BEST location on the strip but it lacks in pretty much everything else. They up up charge on everything ( extra 3 year old in the room? +$60/night. You want breakfast? $45/ day per...
We have visited this hotel many times, and it keeps getting better. This time they had a new chef who prepared gourmet cuisine that deserves 3 Michelin stars - and it's kosher! The outdoor pool is crystal clean, warm, and surrounded...

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and comfortable beds. Staff at the lobby and restaurant very very nice and friendly. Staff at the pool are awful. Pool area is small and loungers are uncomfortable.
The David Kempinski hotel is by far the best of the new Tel Aviv hotels. It's a beautiful, modern building, featuring the unique architectural styling. I had the immense pleasure of staying at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel for 12 nights, and it surpassed every expectation. Descent hotel, staff are not the most interacting and kind, even though some cleaners are. The location is perfect! I like that this place has both an indoor and outdoor pools and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The building is not new and some parts of it are dilapidated. The rooms seem okay but not outstanding. Being in a five star hotel I would...

The hotel is very good. The staff is super.
Great high end hotel in a beautiful historic building right across from the famous jaffa clock tower. Lush rooms and great staff! Probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever seen. (Very very pricey if not includded)
Love the Mamilla! It’s a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location if you want to walk to the Old City and great shopping, etc. The staff were sweet, the rooms clean and hip and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is 5 star. But I was on the street and it is a bit noisy at times. Not enough to ruin sleep or not stay there but just had to let people know.

Practically perfect Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. Very nice place, clean, organized and beautiful views from the pool. Easy access to the beach. Don’t miss the sunset at the beach, gorgeous.
Beautiful hotel the people in checking Was so kind Other stuff of the hotel need to work on kindness
Have been using this hotel for many years and will defintely continue staying here. Good service While staff were really helpful in almost all cases the Bellevusta room we were initially given was in my opinion a Corner Room with balcony. I was not impressed with such misrepresentation...
Hello, I would like to share my positive experience at this establishment. The service was exceptional, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive lifeguards at the rooftop pool. Fun in the sun At all, the service was friendly and prompt and pleasant. It was right next to the beach and near all the Israeli dancing every Saturday. From the hotel lobby, you can watch the surfers and people playing football volleyball and a beautiful sunset
We will not be back again. The hotel has no parking and they recommended we park in a nearby parking lot, but they didn't tell us it was a crazy cost and at the end of two days we paid 600 NIS. The breakfast is good and rich. The pool, jacuzzi and spa are of average quality.
Very accommodating to any of my requests
This hotel was nothing special. The lobby requires upkeep. Rooms are small. Balconies were dirty. Pool area wasn’t kept well. No chairs or lounge chairs or beach towels provided to guests. Hotel is understaffed. Concierge always needs to be called, front desk usually has 1 person working. It’s a cheap beach front hotel I only stayed here because I had to.
The peaple at the hotel were the best. They food and cleaned all around was great and the beach is right there. My wife and I walked at night till midnight and we had no problem and it was very safe.

What can I say about this wonderful establishment that hasn't been said before? Beautiful property staffed by beautiful people who take great pleasure in welcoming you and bringing light into your day. One of the best stays I've ever had in Tel Aviv
One of, if not THE, best hotels in Tel Aviv. Located right next to Rothshilde Blv. and next to the historical core of the city, this great hotel offers all you need to have in the metropolitan.
Was taking spa with the water pool time. Great experience, stuff was very respectful and helpful. The water pool is small with nice view on the city. Quite and nice place to stop and relax. Definitely will be back.
Before our arrival we had some doubts regarding the value of The Norman since it’d be challenging to justify the stiff price. However, after our stay, we totally understand it. Everything, from the attentiveness of all the personnel tending to us during our check in, through the impeccable room experience, pool, Alena, The Library and the spa treatments, was absolutely amazing. Thanks for making our...
This place was very accommodating. Food at the restaurant was great. Hotel is close and walk distance from everything, Carmel Market, Rothschild, and to another famous street full of restaurants that end it at the Carmel market, right now I can’t remember the name. Great stuff. Great location. The hotel is under a massive renovation so everything is kinda dirty.
With a lot of In-House maintenance currently occurring, it wasn't the quietest evening and early morning I've spent, but a wonderful staff helps make up for it. Solid 3-star Hotel.
My stay was prearranged by travel agency. Receptionist tried to get deposits from us, fortunately our vouchers contained note about deposits on travel company's credit card. Room was clean, a plate of fruits and a bottle of wine waited for me. Freezer was pretty loud. Provided toiletries included soap, shampoo and shower gel, but no toothbrush. Toilets, of airliner type, were loud. I heard my neighbor...
Good spot in the middle of the city. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and have a modern atmosphere. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The only downside are the toilets. I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool Upon arrival I was told pool is under construction. I was refered to for pay public pool...that was closed. They wouldn't comp me for breakfast either Essentially they said " sorry ..too bad" STAY AWAY
Great hotel especially the staff and the professional and welcoming attitude nothing was a problem The room we had was of a very good size although the property is being refurbished and the swimming pool was not available <we where informed> prior to booking and on checking > nothing was a problem and that did not effect our trip
Good hotel in a good location, swimming pool was not open until August due to renovation and the fitness room was very outdated and small.
Facing the sea, the beach environment is first-class.
Great place and great service 🙏🏻

*Writing this on top of my previous post for readers' convenience: As promised, returned (late August). Stay was as pleasant as in early June (received slight upgrade to room reserved, which was nice). Breakfast seemed to be better than last time. Only complaint, which I mention only because it recurred: the shower gel ran out after two showers; pretty basic to make sure it's topped up between guests...
