Been staying here for over 20 years. The property is just not the same. I was very grateful to be upgraded to a suite (diamond member) but it ended there, the rooms and hallways are tired and smell of mildew. Once again we had an incredible experience at Hilton Tel Aviv. Staff are all helpful and really nice. Gold status was recognised with a room upgrade and a gift in the room. This is the best hotel in the area.

The Vista experience is well worth it. Their staff is absolutely the best, extremely friendly, and always welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely stocked as well.

Absolute best hotel in Tel Aviv, been staying here since 2017 and it keeps improving. Spice at lobby level and the whiskey lounge on the 24th floor are incredible. The room next to us was very loudly, also people in the pool was moving my things from my sunbed while I was gone for a few minutes. In the morning , near 6am there was horrible noise of construction.

With its fantastic location on the beachfront, Carlton is an excellent choice for its views, comfort, and quality of service. The breakfast is at a separate building with a great view of the sea. Very nice rooftop pool with great view, clean water, and very nice music. Businesses lounge provides the same great views, smiling and friendly staff-Nes&Ira, and nice snack area.

The hotel was wonderful, the room amazing, very nice experience except for the pool that was way too crowded. We arrived on a Saturday and we didn’t have a spot to sit by the pool, kids were in the outside jacuzzi and we had to leave to go to the beach… The pool is great early in the morning, later it’s better to avoid it. Other than that the breakfast and the facilities were amazing ! I’ll be back

Amazing Tel Aviv Beach Hotel The Carlton never disappoints. It’s in a beautiful location on Gordon beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff pleasant and helpful. The food is amazing. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel's public areas were neat and clean. The elevators were a bit slow due to the large crowd. The room was nice, equipped with coffee and an electric kettle. Love the Mamilla! It’s a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location if you want to walk to the Old City and great shopping, etc. The staff were sweet, the rooms clean and hip and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is 5 star. But I was on the street and it is a bit noisy at times. Not enough to ruin sleep or not stay there but just had to let people know.

Practically perfect Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. Hello, I would like to share my positive experience at this establishment. The service was exceptional, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive lifeguards at the rooftop pool. The location is also ideal, situated directly on the beach. I highly recommend this establishment for your next vacation. Fun in the sun At all, the service was friendly and prompt and pleasant. It was right next to the beach and near all the Israeli dancing every Saturday. From the hotel lobby, you can watch the surfers and people playing football volleyball and a beautiful sunset

We will not be back again. The hotel has no parking and they recommended we park in a nearby parking lot, but they didn't tell us it was a crazy cost and at the end of two days we paid 600 NIS. The breakfast is good and rich. The pool, jacuzzi and spa are of average quality.

This hotel was nothing special. The lobby requires upkeep. Rooms are small. Balconies were dirty. Pool area wasn’t kept well. No chairs or lounge chairs or beach towels provided to guests. Hotel is understaffed. Concierge always needs to be called, front desk usually has 1 person working. It’s a cheap beach front hotel I only stayed here because I had to.

The peaple at the hotel were the best. They food and cleaned all around was great and the beach is right there. My wife and I walked at night till midnight and we had no problem and it was very safe.

Good spot in the middle of the city. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and have a modern atmosphere. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The only downside are the toilets. I went to the hotel solo and stayed there for one night The reception is awesome, Jordane & Negin welcome me warmly. My friends and I went to the bar at night and Kostas, Ellen, and Catalin provided excellent service. I would surely come here again.

Very nice hotel! It has a great concept and beautiful design. The staff are very kind, and the breakfast is excellent. The pool is small but very comfortable to relax in. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach. However, the walls between the rooms are not soundproof.
