I had the immense pleasure of staying at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel for 12 nights, and it surpassed every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in sheer luxury and impeccable hospitality. The check-in process was nothing short of splendid, with the staff being incredibly warm and attentive. The cuisine at the hotel is something to write home about. Breakfasts were a culinary journey...
Descent hotel, staff are not the most interacting and kind, even though some cleaners are. The location is perfect! The breakfast was nothing amazing but good, even though the waiting service was very ashaming. The parking was the worst of all though. The owner of the parking thought it would be a good idea to make more money by doubling the amount of cars that can enter, meaning that half of the cars...
Awesome experience I can see why this place is rated five stars. Alon front desk made everything easy for us to check in under welcomed any questions that we had. We were pleasantly helped with getting our luggage to our room and any other services we needed by Allan. Michelle in guest relations gave us the warmest welcome with complementary beverages. This hotel is a definite must do with one of the...
I like that this place has both an indoor and outdoor pools and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The building is not new and some parts of it are dilapidated. For example a large chunk of black marble, over the main entrance door fell during my stay. This was very dangerous. The stucco is discolored on the way to the pool. The rooms seem okay but not outstanding. Being in a five star hotel I would...
Shows its age but compensates with exceptional staff. Room I stayed was big, well equipped and maintained but some parts were very old and should be replaced (wardrobe). Beachfront location great for the tourist but awful traffic-wise for the business traveller.
I was actually surprised to find such high quality of service and food and accommodation in such a top location... Usually in such locations one could allow less quality at a tough price. But in Dan Tel-Aviv the rooms are clean, when you go down for breakfast you are met with a smile by Natalia who is also offering a drink in the business lounge and if she is not there, then Alex will take care of...

Great location. Premium room bedding very comfortable. Standard room bedding is just that... Great breakfast layout. I have stayed numerous times at the Vista where the standard of service is truly on par with the Hilton standard. Additionally Vista at Hilton has an amazing service manager, Mr. Kenigsberg who really makes your stay top of the line. Not a good use of Hilton points as the amount of...
Hilton Tel Aviv offers a superb location and commendable service. Situated conveniently, it provides easy access to the beach and city attractions. The attentive staff enhances the stay experience. However, the rooms appear slightly outdated compared to the price point, warranting a refresh. Despite this, the overall experience is pleasant, especially if the room aesthetics are not a top priority.
I've stayed here perhaps a dozen times. It is my favorite hotel on the beach in Tel Aviv. Impeccably maintained, excellent atmosphere to meet guests, amazing breakfast buffet, and lots of view of the beach. If you like sushi, they have perhaps the best sushi restaurant in Tel Aviv.
Beautiful hotel. We were quickly checked in. Room was very comfortable. Love the slippers and robe that are in the room to use. The toiletries are Ahava. Love their products. The location is wonderful. Right on a beautiful beach and so many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I look forward to coming back soon.
Beautiful hotel, breakfast is superb and the pool is amazing. Pool staff is excellent. Staff at breakfast are nice but a little slow to clear tables. The main issue I have is the concierge/ front desk. They were shockingly rude and unhelpful. My mother asked if they would call us a taxi. A simple enough request. We asked two different people, one said no and pointed us to the security guard outside...
Very nice hotel with a good location in Tel Aviv. The staff is very professional and kind. My room was perfectly clean and the housekeeping was one of the best services I had in a Hilton and in general. They really paid extra attention to any detail to make you feel well and welcome. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower perfect. I went 2 times at the Japanese restaurant in the lobby and...

The David Intercontinental is a great hotel with excellent location in Tev Aviv. Very clean rooms and great food and drinks. The staff is amazing and a shout out to Florencia for the amazing bar service. The front desk and guest relations were so helpful. We will be back at the end of the week before heading home.
I had an amazing experience at the lobby restaurant in the hotel. Joshua, our waiter, provided outstanding service, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. The food was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend this Hotel for its excellent service and delicious cuisine.
I had a wonderful stay at the King David Intercontinental! The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the waiter, Josh, during breakfast. His attentiveness and helpfulness truly made my mornings special. Thank you for a memorable stay!
This is my second visit to the hotel, the hotel is very pleasant, the staff is always ready to be there for you, the reception department needs improvement, food: the breakfast is excellent, a large variety of options, dinner is served to the table every night, a different theme for the meal, dairy or meat, a large swimming pool And nice, there is parking for $20. Overall a very good hotel, we had...
The staff were so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay wonderful. Our room was a bit tired and needed a decor revamp, but it was large, clean and well maintained and the bed was super comfy. What more can I say about the Intercontinental? Every member of the hotel staff I interacted with made me feel like I was their most important guest. Excellent hotel! Very welcoming staff everywhere. Great location - walking distance to the beach, Jaffa, neve tzedek and many good restaurants. Delicious Israeli style breakfast is highly recommended. Try to get a room with a view of the beach if you can!
Good hotel with easy access to the beaches which are across the highway. Thought the price per night was a little high for the level of service (once pool towels run out for the day they have none to replace/they also just let wet towels pile up around the pool opposed to removing from the guest area.) Breakfast buffet and room service were excellent! Close to Carmel street market but the neighborhood...
Spent one night here. View of the Mediterranean Sea was great, and a short walk to a public beach. The rooms were clean and modern. Even though their dining room is being renovated, the food was among the best we tasted in Israel! Highly recommend!
The hotel is very well located, it is in front of a beautiful beach, it is very comfortable, clean and the service is also great, I was very well attended by Rafael at the pool. I went to congratulate the cook at the pool bar because the food is very tasty. I highly recommend Dan Panorama to anyone looking for a true five star hotel.
Excellent hotel! Really nice rooms. A step above many other hotels that I have been in Israel. Staff were very pleasant. Location is excellent. Did not get a chance to enjoy their food, as (while it is a kosher hotel) it was not mehadrin. Highly recommend this hotel.
Great position and very helpful staff. The kosher breakfast buffet is enormous and delicious. Our room is comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. Have not used the pool yet but it looks clean and inviting. Would recommend this hotel.

Small, outdated rooms, soundproofing actually not existing. You hear the beach bar music until after midnight and if you are unlucky enough to get a room next to the elevators, you gonna hear them all night long. AC blows directly on the bed. Definitely not worth 400 dollars per night. On the plus side: Location, directly on the beach, nice view. And the breakfast was amazing.
The hotel feels very much like a part of the Marriott family, which in this case isn't so great. There is nothing special about this hotel (it's very bland) but the location is very good and you can walk right on to the beach and is near many walkable neighborhoods. The breakfast food was middling compared to other similar hotels. There is no outdoor pool, which is disappointing. The view from our...
Team is very friendly and helpful. Rooms have a very nice space, are new and clean with a nice balcony with view to the sea. Beach in front (literally) of the hotel is amazing and you're at up to 30 minutes walking from many points of interest in Tel Aviv. You can't go wrong picking Renaissance. Oh, and breakfast is also something you don't want to miss (for the view and for the food).
Conveniently located hotel at Gordon Beach with amazing sunrise and sunset views, and generally good service. However, the hotel and facilities were a bit dated, the room was quite small, and the room rate was quite high. The breakfast spread was decent and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, but not when you're on business for a week!

Jessica and Avila CSR were excellent! They made me and the crew feel welcome each and every time we stay here. Lorena, Jessica, and Maria in the executive lounge are always gracious in providing their service. The hotel staff should be commended for all the great service.

My wife and I stayey at Carlton for six days and had a fabulous time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very accommodating for any of our needs. This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. It's location is prime right next to the beach the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It claims to be a “5 stars superior” hotel but it is not. Absolutely. It can be a 4 stars at most. The building itself is quite ugly and poorly maintained. If you are lucky to get a room facing the sea, then the view is amazing, but if you face on the road and on the building behind the hotel, then it’s terrible. I enjoyed a great two weeks at the Royal Beach Tel Aviv. Isrotel is known to have great food and the Royal Beach did not disappoint! One of the best Breakfasts in Tel Aviv. Fantastic location, right on the beach! I went with a girlfriend and we enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which has a view directly on the beach. The hotel staff was very attentive, and the concierge went above and beyond in assisting us with our day planning. Great value, will definitely be back!
Really great experience. This was our first time visiting Israel. We booked the executive room on the 16th floor (1609). We received a complementary bottle of wine. Really awesome view of both Tel Aviv and the Sea. Phenomenal breakfast every morning.
GREAT location and building. The rooms are fancy and the spa area is just terrific. However, in all the rooms with numbers ending on -16 to -19 (416, 417, 516, 517, etc.) you'll hear the water sewage from flushing toilets and showers from the entire hotel. Apart from that it's a very solid hotel with somewhat cooperative and friendly staff though.
Extremely helpful concierge, from the moment we arrived from the airport. Lobby is beautiful, all of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with the exception of just one female at the front desk who could not have been less interested in helping us. Hotel Metropolitan is really run by professionals. I don't know how they manage to coordinate so many tour groups constantly coming through, but they really do... all public and private spaces are spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and competent, and even the breakfast is run like clockwork. This place isn't super-fancy, but it's comfortable, clean and reliable. Very impressive.
Friendly and helpful staff. Helped to secure myself a room quickly since my flight landed earlier than expected, and check in wasn’t for another 5 hours. Handed us coffee in the morning face to face aswell. Mr. Ahmad night manager was a dime!! Helped us a ton. Ton of amenities and services.

Best place to be. The nicest boutique hotel in all of israel. The breakfast is 10/10, service is great. Rooms are very decorated and nice, lovely pool on the roof and food of any restaurant of the hotel is just amazing.
Food was great, portions are fairly large. The acoustics are pretty noisy when the indoor dining area was filled up with people talking. Service was standard, not superb but also not bad. Beautiful decors and nice location.

delicious varied breakfast, new bottles of water were placed in the room every day, there is underground parking, although for an additional fee, but very convenient.
The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, the only complaints are: the room was not ready on time, took them one hour to prepare the room and when you take shower it takes a lot of time to wait until water becomes hot.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating
Great staff, nice rooms, extraordinary breakfast. They have a gym and a business lounge which is also great. Good for business trips, kind of far from city center. They change the towels even if not left on the floor, so basically if you want to avoid that is to leave the do not disturb sign on the door.
It is a good and cheap hotel, clean rooms, perfect breakfast, basically for the nearby hospital residents' families ,not many things to do or see in the area ,parking costs money
Great value for money, nice, clean, new hotel, with great comfortable rooms and a nice lounge. Location is only good if you have business in Ramat Hachayal area, or the Assuta hospital nearby, with dozens of restaurants around to cater for this business park. Otherwise it's very far from Tel Aviv-Yafo center, or beaches, or any attractions.

Many thanks to the best hotel in Israel! The service is amazing, the staff is nice and helps with anything you need. It was on our wedding day and Alex did everything to make us happy! Roman, Emil and Dona also helped us and were attentive to every request. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you!
We had such an amazing and calming experience at the L.Raphael Beauty Spa at The Jaffa Hotel!! The spa staff so friendly, and professional. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had!! I also want to mention the breakfast, the food is fresh, the staff is very courteous and friendly (special thanks to Valeria who served us and the manager Matt) We also want to mention the pool staff, Angel was...
I stayed at the Jaffa Luxury Collection in July and I had the most amazing stay. I stayed for 5 nights and it was the most enjoyable stay that I have had in Israel. Shireen at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with early check in and to make sure my late checkout went smoothly. The property accommodated my early checkin by allowing me to use the showers in the spa to freshen up from...
Seamlessly blends history and luxury to provide an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step foot into this 19th-century architectural marvel, you're transported to a world of refinement and opulence. The attentive and dedicated staff, exemplified by the exceptional Roman, ensures that your every need is not only met but exceeded. Their warmth and efficiency make you feel like the only guests...
This is the 3rd stay in this hotel. I have to admit that the quality of the services never changed it’s always amazing. Staff is so kind and attentive. Location of this hotel is perfect in the beautiful historical Jaffa. Swimming pool is also very nice and you can certainly relax here. The only downside of this hotel are the sizes of the rooms - even if you book premium/deluxe room it’s so small (there...
We had an amazing experience at Jaffa Hotel. We went for afternoon tea and Roman was so attentive. He couldn't do enough! It was hot, he immediately got us water. We ordered our drinks and hot drinks, he delivered them so quickly. We ordered cakes (which were amazing), he delivered them. We felt like we were the only guests, even though the cafe was busy. Thank you for making us feel so welcome...

I struggled with which star rating to choose! The staff was unbelievably wonderful. The exact opposite of what I’ve experienced here in Israel. They were polite, accommodating and helpful. Given our several requests and my high standards for staff this is really saying something. The location could not be better, only a block from the very popular and active Tel Aviv beach- in 512 u have a perfect...
I had a weekend ALONE in Tel Aviv after a forever time of being married, and the SEA NET was a great place to stay
Great hotel value! Very near to the beach, has breakfast included. The rooms are not really special but for the price it was worth it.
Simple hotel and good value for money. Breakfast as usual in Israel. Very good attention and always helping the guest (i.e., towels for the Dead Sea tour).
