In general hotel is very ok. I like modern and clean rooms very much. The food is also very tasty - always fresh.
However, they use TOO MUCH PLASTIC - plastic cups, plastic spoons etc. I asked in a beach bar to fulfil my bottle with water (water is for free) and barman didn’t want to - instead he gave me water in the plastic cup..
Also draft beer could be included in the all inclusive option in the restaurant. Soft drinks are bit too sweet.

Fantastic hotel with great services. Stayed as a family and the resort catered for everyone. Great views, entertainment, food, and staff were all very friendly. Would definitely go back again.

Perfect location inside a natural park. Super clear water with lots of sealife to watch while snorkling. Food was good, but not excellent. Rooms were nice, but bathrooms need some renovation, as well as the common parts of the resort. The staff was very kind. The diving center closeby is just the best and you can take an impressive boat trip around Capo Caccia directly from the beach in front of the hotel. 15 min from the airport!

Absolutely stunning vacation in this hotel. The personel is very helpful even not all speak english, animators energetic and creative. Our room was lovely (2 adults+2kids) facing pools and with seaview. Not sure if it is not too noisy during season, but beginning June , there was no problem.
Wi-fi signal is strong and available on the beach as well. The culinnary skills are a huge plus, as the local kitchen is so yummy :) :) it was worth each kilo I gained :-D
Thank you all that we could spend our first vacation with kids ehile enjoing sea and relax.

The receptionist where cold and not very friendly. I asked for some equipment to play tennis and they totally ignored my request and send me to look for the recreational staff (which where nowhere to be found)
They charge you an extra 5€ if you ask them to call a taxi for the airport (45€) when a normal taxi charges 35/40€
The hotel grounds are nice, there’s tons of green areas but the building needs some renovations.
Otherwise, the food was good and The restaurant staff where super friendly and nice.

Second time at this resort for me and although it fitted my needs you could do with looking at some of the entertainment which is a bit Club 18-30 and of a pretty basic
standard. Four star hotel, 1 star pool side disco ( I think that is what it was ) that drove more people away than stayed to chill. Special mention to polite and attentive dining room waiters and waitresses who did a good job. Food decent, room OK but know your audience .. unless ofcourse you have plans to make the resort something different from the relaxing experience I've known in two visits. Time to tweak some of the aspects of the hotel. Other reviewers will give their views no doubt.

No explantations of what is included during the stay or of the activities. Just QR codes are given so you can read by yourself…
Animation program was displayed in the hotel only in italian.
You have to pay for beach towels… 🤦🏻♀️
You have to pay for a baby bed… 10€/day (knowing that we payed supplement for infant during the booking) 😠
The free coffee and soft drinks (including water) included in the all in are terrible!! You have to pay at the bar to get good coffee and drinks.
As soon as the buffet close, the staff start cleaning even if you are still dinning!
The pool was very dirty, we did not use it.
Otherwise, the food was good and nice location nice by the sea.
The room was ok even if the bed was not very confortable.

We have been here for a couple of years ago and loved it. After the pandemic we where looking forward to return to this place. Fist of all its a new owner.
In the first day at 17.00 the animation staff made of younger people. They put on such high level music that we have to leave the pool area. But the same cacophony ( no song was to the end ) and the only onse that looked entertaind was the entertainment team. I'm so sorry I booked for a week . Please at 17.30 everyone whant to take it easy and take is soft in the sun . Specially moste of the guests ar older or famaly with smaller children. I moved but can still hear all of it at the beach area.
Probably I will not come back after this time ... such a pity. It was so peaceful here the last time .

The room's are small and the All inclusive doesn't include alcohol or coffee.
The food was okay but for Sardenia I was expecting a higher quality of food and surely some kind of seafood.....but NO
The staff were kind if you could speak Italian 😅 ....was very hard to engage in any activities because the staff had no English or any other language.
FYI : If you want to go shopping (for water or alcohol or anything else) the bus will take about an hour one way.
The best things from all was the view and the good weather.
In my opinion I think it is overevaluate.
