We spent two nights here. The hotel is located within a pleasant walking distance from the old town. The staff were kind, and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Although the hotel was cleaned daily and appeared to be clean overall, unfortunately, there was a huge cockroach living in our room 😞 which was very frightening for me. On the last night, my husband somehow managed to escort it out, and I was able to sleep more peacefully. It’s not up to five-star standards, but aside from the cockroach, everything was fine 😄. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel—mostly just went there to sleep. I think in terms of value for money, you might find better options in Alghero.

Luxurious hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Concierge was attentive and good natured.
Great view from the room. Nice breakfast. Walking distance to nice restaurants.

Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

Such an amazing experience!
First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim.
Food was amazing, service, reception team… Rooms are super clean. Literally no remarks! If we ever come back to Sardinia, that would be the same hotel!

We spent 7 nights here and it was very welcoming! Staff is great and very polite, the breakfast is nice and has good variety and the rooms are classy, very in line with the rest of the city! It has a great view and lots of space in all rooms and facilities. We were very satisfied overall, helping us feel confortabile during our visit to Sardinia.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel for 4 x nights.We were given an upgrade to a sea view room despite it being their busy period. Staff at reception are very friendly and welcoming and happy to answer any questions with a smile. Lovely spacious room , pool area super lay out and always enough loungers. Breakfast was excellent also , huge amount of options to cater for every palette. Lovely poolside bar with friendly staff and a lovely spot to have an Aperitivo and watch the sunset . We are already looking at booking this place for next year. Excellent stay , 5 x stars

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in mid September 2024. Definitely not a 5 star hotel compared to Irish standards.I have stayed at the 5 star Fariones in Lanzorote and the 5 star H10 in Tenerife and am basing my reference on these comparisons. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from the old town. We had a sea view , but paid over 500e extra for it than a pool view , which is a fine view too in hindsight. Rooms are spacious with nice balcony , but definitely not luxurious. Television remote not working , bidet leaking and bad sewerage smell from the corridor. There are plastic cups in bathroom and shower isnt great at all. Small things i agree , but not for the price we paid for the week ( over 3000 e ). My main quip is that we hired a car for the week , which we normally parked in the small car park attached to the hotel. Came back second last day to find it was all closed off , for a porsche club who were arriving with their cars. Obviously more valued clients than us mere mortals , and I can only guess that they were paying a lesser group rate than us!!! The manager actually shouted at us not to park there. To be fair , food was good enough but a very small menu. The staff were friendly , but I sussed out other hotels around Alghero , that were just as nice , rated 4 star , and were less expensive . Alghero itself is beautiful.

This hotel is not a 5-star establishment in terms of design, facilities, or food. We were served reheated fries, the dinner is meager, and the staff watches the guests as if they were under surveillance, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, if you want to swim, you don't have access to the sea, as there are no organized beaches nearby, except at quite a distance. I wouldn't stay there again.

I stay the for 7 nights, the hotel have nice view, the bad experience that I have , I forget my phone inside my room after the check out I called them to get back they replied after days and after many calls and emails, that they did not found and nothing been reported by housekeeping. While it show in my app find your device last location was at the hotel . So be careful if you go there check your things before check out otherwise you will not get it back .

This hotel is not 5 star but it is still a very nice hotel (with some flaws). Good size bedroom and big ensuite. We booked a lovely sea view room with balcony. Breakfast a little basic but provided a good choice of hot and cold items and fresh fruits. Orange juice was excellent. The TV in the bedroom is far too small. The bed is ok but no topper and very hard. The towels in the bathroom are clean but very thin and a little discoloured. The outside pool is spacious with lots of beds and parasols. It’s also very clean with excellent pool attendant and lovely bar with a view. The evening restaurant is excellent and has an amazing view, staff and good food. The drinks costs are modest compared to other hotels we have visited in Sardinia this holiday. The big letdown is the gym. It is a good size but the equipment is prehistoric and very sparse. The aircon in the gym either does not work or is ineffective. There is nothing to wipe down the equipment (very unhygienic) and no towels on one of the days I attended. The gym is a big let down to this hotel and needs an immediate equipment upgrade. It’s a nice 4 star hotel. If you like to use a gym I would look elsewhere. Otherwise it’s worth considering as location is also good within a short walk to the beach and old town.
