We were a bit disappointed by the mediocre services in this hotel. The location is good and the rooms are nice, but there is no equipment (water kettle for instance is usually a standard in other hotels). The most dissatisfied we were with the restaurant. The food is tasteless and totally boring. They have a good bar for drinks and coffee thought.

We went just for the restaurant, quite good, good as well with childrens, we had a pleasant Lunch, service was great speaking French, English and Italian of course, parking was limited but good enough, hotel and restaurant are close from a nice little lake for a walk. The cooking was original and traditional, great experience.

The location is very beautiful, and the owners are just simply great: very kind, cordial, helpful, generous. It was a pleasure after good walk to come back to the hotel and have a nice conversation with them and of course to have a flawless dinner.

Many years ago we went to this hotel in search of tranquility, we found an excellent welcome, cleanliness, wonderfully well cooked food (the Aosta Valley soup is a must try), cross-country trails a stone's throw away, many walking routes. My family and I came for dinner. We were really impressed by the courtesy, friendliness, hospitality, welcome but above all the goodness of the dishes. All genuine and exquisite. Highly recommended.

Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed. Not only because of the great home-style food for the dinner and the beautiful surrounding, but mostly becouse of the nice people running this place. Would be happy to come back one day. Great for skiing in Champoluc, cross-country skiing in Brusson and in the region as well as hiking in summer.

Lovely location - in a super small traditional town. The property has been renovated not long ago - there is now a perfect match of the authentic past mixed with the benefits of modernity. Just returned after a week in this lovely hotel..we miss it already! Perfect location to reach the center on foot but far enough to enjoy relaxation and silence with a splendid view of Monte Rosa. We dined twice at the restaurant which offers really good traditional dishes with attention to detail. A special mention for Silvia, Marcello and all the staff, we felt welcomed and pampered like at home...

We often come here .. warm welcoming place and very kind staff. Also suitable for children with the classic giant (and soft) Milanese dish and fries and equipped with high chairs. The focaccia served at the table is delicious. The polenta concia from the Aosta Valley is valid (even if that of Oropa remains unattainable).

Spacious room, very comfortable beds and faultless daily cleaning. The service is half board, all very good, the portions are very generous and the choice is wide. We are a family with small children and we had a great time. The only flaw is a little bit the location, I didn't understand the real distance from the center (with children it takes no less than 20/30 minutes on foot).

Clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The menu in the restaurant is extremely affordable in comparison to the rest of the town and the food is of outstanding quality. The host recommended us a couple of excellent wines from the aosta region.

I would say everything is perfect, just a small note on the size of the pink yellow room, but for two people you can stay there. Very well-kept common garden, you can enjoy the sun and shade of a small gazebo. Very kind and very attentive to any information and request Omar the owner. Very natural breakfast. We stayed here when we walked the via francigena from Aosta-StVincent. Superb place with serene views & great room. We were so happy that we decided not to stay in a hotel downtown but a little more uphill. You can order food from a local restaurant and eat it in the garden. Also there is a short cut (stairs) from the town to Le Rosier, so no need to walk as much as Google says.

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! I got cauliflower nuggets, tofu lasagne and hazelnut brownie! The offering at breakfast was so good and I got a slice of a homemade apple cake and a warm croissant with jam! Awesome!

They serve traditional breakfast and dinner. Nothing extraordinary but tasty enough. Extra star for great service, free ski storage at Champoluc, garage, pool, sauna and free bus to Champoluc just outside the hotel.

We spent week here just after Christmas. We had a family room. Room was big enough for us parents and to our 11 and 13 years boys. The boys enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna every evening. Nice boutique hotel with a hot spring spa. There was only this duplex room available, and I took it. Bathroom facilities were good, good constant flow of water temperature and pressure--if you traveled to Italy, you know why I mention this. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We have just come back from a week s stay at Hotel Elena. This is a family run business. Everybody was fantastic. Lady Elena was very helpful, tipping us on what to do and phoning for us too. Stayed here for the second time as we left very happy last year. We’ll definitely stay here again if we visit Cervinia for our next ski trip. I’d say the hotel has the best p/p in the area. Breakfast is perfect, staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

Spent 5 nights with my family and enjoyed quite a lot. Cosy rooms, great breakfast and good location. And more important, great hosts always happy to help. Grazie mille.

We stayed in the hotel and had an evening meal in the restaurant on the ground floor - however this is a separate business but I can't find a way of reviewing it separately from the hotel. The rooms were good quality, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was a "fine dining" experience and definitely worth a visit. Great location in the main square.
