We were a bit disappointed by the mediocre services in this hotel. The location is good and the rooms are nice, but there is no equipment (water kettle for instance is usually a standard in other hotels). The most dissatisfied we were with the restaurant. The food is tasteless and totally boring. They have a good bar for drinks and coffee thought.

We went just for the restaurant, quite good, good as well with childrens, we had a pleasant Lunch, service was great speaking French, English and Italian of course, parking was limited but good enough, hotel and restaurant are close from a nice little lake for a walk. The cooking was original and traditional, great experience.

The location is very beautiful, and the owners are just simply great: very kind, cordial, helpful, generous. It was a pleasure after good walk to come back to the hotel and have a nice conversation with them and of course to have a flawless dinner.

Many years ago we went to this hotel in search of tranquility, we found an excellent welcome, cleanliness, wonderfully well cooked food (the Aosta Valley soup is a must try), cross-country trails a stone's throw away, many walking routes. My family and I came for dinner. We were really impressed by the courtesy, friendliness, hospitality, welcome but above all the goodness of the dishes. All genuine and exquisite. Highly recommended.

We often come here .. warm welcoming place and very kind staff. Also suitable for children with the classic giant (and soft) Milanese dish and fries and equipped with high chairs. The focaccia served at the table is delicious. The polenta concia from the Aosta Valley is valid (even if that of Oropa remains unattainable).

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! I got cauliflower nuggets, tofu lasagne and hazelnut brownie! The offering at breakfast was so good and I got a slice of a homemade apple cake and a warm croissant with jam! Awesome!

We had a great time at this friendly, warm welcoming hotel about 5 km from Champoluc and Monterosa ski. The staff were great. The room clean. Great value for the money. They serve traditional breakfast and dinner. Nothing extraordinary but tasty enough. Extra star for great service, free ski storage at Champoluc, garage, pool, sauna and free bus to Champoluc just outside the hotel.

We spent week here just after Christmas. We had a family room. Room was big enough for us parents and to our 11 and 13 years boys. The boys enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna every evening. Nice boutique hotel with a hot spring spa. There was only this duplex room available, and I took it. Bathroom facilities were good, good constant flow of water temperature and pressure--if you traveled to Italy, you know why I mention this. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast (buffet) was spectacular.

Nice hotel located by the main piazza. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They serve the best breakfast in Italy: apart from the usual they offer a selection of local specialties (local bread, cheeses and meats)

A friend told us about this hotel and we decided to book it as a stopover on our way south. Best decision ever, the location is fantastic; saint vincent is a cute little village, just off the highway, and the hotel itself is in the heart of the town, right next to the public car park. Our room was clean and well laid out. Reception and check in closes in the evening, but we would be arriving at midnight...

Cosy, comfortable hotel with kind, accommodating staff. Great location in the main piazza and easy underground parking very close by. Beds and pillows could be a little softer but the linens were crisp and the room spotless. Excellent value and would definitely stay again.

Bought pool access for the day - absolutely perfect with unlimited use of 3 different pools, all at different temperatures. Lunch at the restaurant was delicious - 4 course meal with the octopus starter and creme caramel dessert particularly good.

At over 30 degrees we were allowed to check in around noon (on the way with 2 motorbikes - it was really very warm). This cannot be taken for granted and we are very grateful for that. Great hotel but we were not provided with ANY duvet (only bed sheets) for our 1-night stay in OCTOBER. When we called reception they supposedly only had cheap & itchy covers. Our friends who stayed the same weekend had duvet...............?!

Interestingly reinvented old building. The location is great with a nice view on the mountains. It’s very relaxing to go to the spa after a day of hiking. And the hotel has a quite big spa zone. It’s a pity that the spa is open only until 6pm, which might not be compatible with an active day in the mountains. Would be great if they extend it at least till 9pm.

Had a 4-night stay here in June 2024. The hotel itself & rooms were good, but staff/service not up to 5star level.. in the front desk, commumicating in English seemed a bit problematic from time to time. We had to leave early on our last day & had only 15min time for a quick breakfast - unfortunately the lady at the restaurant "kicked" everyone out & opened the doors 5min after 7..which normally wouldn...

Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

Great hotel and location if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it truly felt like staying at a 4-star hotel. The view was incredible; there’s nothing like waking up to that scenery and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. The only complaint I had was with the beds, they didn’t quite meet 4-star standards.

Particularly kind welcome from Mrs. Lydia who advised us every day on the itineraries to do and places to visit even in summer, like now. Also kind to our dog who was welcomed with great availability. Residence well stocked in dishes with absolute cleanliness both in linen and in individual spaces and also in shared ones. Clean apartments. The owner is nice and available. The breakfast is great. We have never had any problems with the dog. The apartments are small and spartan but functional and have everything you need. The cost is adequate.

Hotel is a lovely mix of the modern and traditional - staff incredibly efficient and friendly. Breakfast selection always hearty and dinner a looked forward to feast after a day on the slopes. Spa a real treat also. Rooms cosy and comfortable and there is a heated ski room to store and dry equipment.

This is a lovely family run hotel. Spent New Year here with my family. Super clean, friendly staff, varied menu, relaxing spa and ski bus transfer to Punta Jolanda. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Worth its * rating because of the food, staff and nice public areas. Easy walk to ski lift or take the regular hotel shuttle bus. 100m to a laid back apres bar. No noise from road and good views from most rooms.
