The hotel, its location - proximity to Champoluc, service, food and amenities were all excellent. We have visited before in 2020 just before Covid but I think our return visit was even better than our last. We were a bit disappointed by the mediocre services in this hotel. The location is good and the rooms are nice, but there is no equipment (water kettle for instance is usually a standard in other hotels). The most dissatisfied we were with the restaurant. The food is tasteless and totally boring. They have a good bar for drinks and coffee thought.

Nice cosy hotel with family friendly facilities. Very clean. It was convenient to have an evening meal there and it’s easy to get to/from the ski school. I would recommend this hotel it’s also good value for money especially for families.

Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed. Not only because of the great home-style food for the dinner and the beautiful surrounding, but mostly becouse of the nice people running this place. Would be happy to come back one day. Just returned after a week in this lovely hotel..we miss it already! Perfect location to reach the center on foot but far enough to enjoy relaxation and silence with a splendid view of Monte Rosa. We dined twice at the restaurant which offers really good traditional dishes with attention to detail. A special mention for Silvia, Marcello and all the staff, we felt welcomed and pampered like at home...

The rooms were great and the hotel is very nice. The lady who run the place did so much for us, much more than expected. She drove us to a resturant with her car since there was no available taxi. She went to the grocery and bought us lunch boxes to the road. Really great hospitality!

We often come here .. warm welcoming place and very kind staff. Also suitable for children with the classic giant (and soft) Milanese dish and fries and equipped with high chairs. The focaccia served at the table is delicious. The polenta concia from the Aosta Valley is valid (even if that of Oropa remains unattainable).

Spacious room, very comfortable beds and faultless daily cleaning. The service is half board, all very good, the portions are very generous and the choice is wide. We are a family with small children and we had a great time. The only flaw is a little bit the location, I didn't understand the real distance from the center (with children it takes no less than 20/30 minutes on foot).

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! I got cauliflower nuggets, tofu lasagne and hazelnut brownie! The offering at breakfast was so good and I got a slice of a homemade apple cake and a warm croissant with jam! Awesome!

My husband and I stayed 5 days in this hotel to spend a few days in the snow. We had a great time at this friendly, warm welcoming hotel about 5 km from Champoluc and Monterosa ski. The staff were great. The room clean. Great value for the money. They serve traditional breakfast and dinner. Nothing extraordinary but tasty enough. Hi, I was in Gressoney-Saint-Jan from July 15th to July 18th. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Mattia is a great host. The breakfast was plentiful and the homemade cakes were very good. I would gladly return. The view looked out towards Monte Rosa.

I have already been to this hospitable facility in the past where I had a great time due to its courtesy, comfort and hospitality. To this I would like to add particular praise for the availability. Due to reasons of force majeure, I had to cancel the booking and the owners were extremely helpful and understanding to the max.... I hope with all my heart to be able to return soon. Anna Bettini

We have just come back from a week s stay at Hotel Elena. This is a family run business. Everybody was fantastic. Lady Elena was very helpful, tipping us on what to do and phoning for us too. A friend told us about this hotel and we decided to book it as a stopover on our way south. Best decision ever, the location is fantastic; saint vincent is a cute little village, just off the highway, and the hotel itself is in the heart of the town, right next to the public car park. Our room was clean and well laid out. Reception and check in closes in the evening, but we would be arriving at midnight...

I m book twin bed but hotel provide me one bed but the next hour hotel staff gave me one more room to solve this problem this is really good the baht tub zone for the hotel not ready to use because it full booking. Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

The hotel was easy to find and close to the highway. It is centrally located with close proximity to the centre restaurant/shop area. Also close to the casino. The reception/front desk staff were very accommodating during check in and very helpful explaining the parking options. The breakfast buffet staff was also attentive.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Italy! Stayed for one night and the service was amazing, they were very kind when we arrived late due to traffic and the room was excellent with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and they have many recommendations and deals for activities around the area.

Hotel staff service were excellent during our stay there. We were being notified in advance by the hotel of road blocks due to an event on the day of our check out. This is so important and they did a good job by reminding us to set off early so we wouldn't have to rush or miss our flight. Will be back when I visit Milan again.
