Had a 4-night stay here in June 2024. The hotel itself & rooms were good, but staff/service not up to 5star level.. in the front desk, commumicating in English seemed a bit problematic from time to time. We had to leave early on our last day & had only 15min time for a quick breakfast - unfortunately the lady at the restaurant "kicked" everyone out & opened the doors 5min after 7..which normally wouldn...

Before you come here, you must know that you are coming *to the neighborhood*. The area of the hotel is *huge*. I think they should hand out a map to every guest that arrives. The hotel is very nice, very elegant, the spa area is really beautiful, but the service is really not good, The stuff is very arrogant, and the weather is fine, but we got no seats for the Sun chair, I just no service on the terrace in front of the hotel, The ladies in the wellness center are great And the massages are the best I ever had

Bought pool access for the day - absolutely perfect with unlimited use of 3 different pools, all at different temperatures. Lunch at the restaurant was delicious - 4 course meal with the octopus starter and creme caramel dessert particularly good.

At over 30 degrees we were allowed to check in around noon (on the way with 2 motorbikes - it was really very warm). This cannot be taken for granted and we are very grateful for that. There is plenty of outdoor parking. The rooms were large, very clean and modern (SmartHome functionalities). There were enough towels and bathrobes, the bathroom was very modern. Great hotel but we were not provided with ANY duvet (only bed sheets) for our 1-night stay in OCTOBER. When we called reception they supposedly only had cheap & itchy covers. Our friends who stayed the same weekend had duvet...............?!

Interestingly reinvented old building. The location is great with a nice view on the mountains. It’s very relaxing to go to the spa after a day of hiking. And the hotel has a quite big spa zone. It’s a pity that the spa is open only until 6pm, which might not be compatible with an active day in the mountains. Would be great if they extend it at least till 9pm.

Very good hotel, very good place, exceptional employees, very good breakfast. Everything good. But five star is just when everything is exceptional.

Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

Great hotel and location if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it truly felt like staying at a 4-star hotel. The view was incredible; there’s nothing like waking up to that scenery and enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. The only complaint I had was with the beds, they didn’t quite meet 4-star standards.

The gem of the Aosta valley. The best small hotel spa setup I have come across. Excellent breakfast. Excellent customer service. Excellent room and amenities. Excellent restaurant attached. Excellent location on the main street with eateries all around. Right next to the bus stop for anyone wanting to bus up and down the valley and a perfect location for walkers on the Via Francigena.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room was lovely. It’s situaties right in the center of Saint-Vincent. The breakfast buffet is superb!!

Skiholiday 1week Family room was spacious, in two floors. Our room was at top floor, besine church bell. Bells didnt bother too much, they wake 730 and last call was at 22 Breakfast was okay, but no super. We stayed full week on ski trip on that time no variations. Parking was 4eur night on carage and storake locker for skiis was available. We tested bath/sauna area 2sauna wirh relaxin pool with water...

Nice boutique hotel with a hot spring spa. There was only this duplex room available, and I took it. Bathroom facilities were good, good constant flow of water temperature and pressure--if you traveled to Italy, you know why I mention this. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast (buffet) was spectacular.

Fantastic location right in the middle of town and fab parking. Rooms with very nice view, well furnished and cosy. Breakfast offers delightful local produce and everyone is really welcoming and kind.

Nice hotel located by the main piazza. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They serve the best breakfast in Italy: apart from the usual they offer a selection of local specialties (local bread, cheeses and meats)

A friend told us about this hotel and we decided to book it as a stopover on our way south. Best decision ever, the location is fantastic; saint vincent is a cute little village, just off the highway, and the hotel itself is in the heart of the town, right next to the public car park. Our room was clean and well laid out. Reception and check in closes in the evening, but we would be arriving at midnight...

Cosy, comfortable hotel with kind, accommodating staff. Great location in the main piazza and easy underground parking very close by. Beds and pillows could be a little softer but the linens were crisp and the room spotless. Excellent value and would definitely stay again.

Positive: The place is really nice with a great view. A lot of hike options can be done (the one we did was to La Magdalene and then to Chamois which was really nice, easy and took around 6 hours to go there and get back calmly). My girlfriend and I found the restaurant really nice and the food really tasty. I would appreciated it more if there was more cheese in the polenta, but it was tasty anyway...

I love this place. Great value. Quiet but close enough to access the ski slopes. You need a car. Good restaurant and a pool, hot tub, sauna (costs extra though).

We were a bit disappointed by the mediocre services in this hotel. The location is good and the rooms are nice, but there is no equipment (water kettle for instance is usually a standard in other hotels). The most dissatisfied we were with the restaurant. The food is tasteless and totally boring. They have a good bar for drinks and coffee thought.

We went just for the restaurant, quite good, good as well with childrens, we had a pleasant Lunch, service was great speaking French, English and Italian of course, parking was limited but good enough, hotel and restaurant are close from a nice little lake for a walk. The cooking was original and traditional, great experience.

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! I got cauliflower nuggets, tofu lasagne and hazelnut brownie! The offering at breakfast was so good and I got a slice of a homemade apple cake and a warm croissant with jam! Awesome!

Had a great stay to enjoy the mountains. Excellent if you are travelling with kids. Some minor room adjustments would benefit a lot this place, otherwise friendly personnel, tasty dinners and always with a smile :)

We had a great time at this friendly, warm welcoming hotel about 5 km from Champoluc and Monterosa ski. The staff were great. The room clean. Great value for the money. They serve traditional breakfast and dinner. Nothing extraordinary but tasty enough. Extra star for great service, free ski storage at Champoluc, garage, pool, sauna and free bus to Champoluc just outside the hotel.

We spent week here just after Christmas. We had a family room. Room was big enough for us parents and to our 11 and 13 years boys. The boys enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna every evening. Sauna was rather small but my standards come from the country with million saunas. Breakfast was buffet type with plenty of options. Also eggs and bacon was served when asked. Holiday apartments with 6 stars out of 5. In a suggestive mountain setting, these apartments are located in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartments are spotless, tastefully furnished and equipped with every service. The ground floor apartments have a beautiful garden with a soft lawn where you can lie down and sleep in the summer sun. You can see that the owners are keen to pamper their customers

Unique location, clean rooms, and excellent service. However, it is an old building and all sounds echo. It was loud at night where we stayed in room 5, due to its location near the kitchen and stairs. I would stay here again, but definitely request a different room.

Located less then 20 minutes drive from Cervinia, here you can expect everything you want at a five-star hotel: swimming pool, Italian cuisine, bar, massage and etc.. The host and hostess are the best people I’ve ever met.

We had a great time. Very welcoming and kind. Great location for excursions. Excellent cuisine! I had an excellent gluten-free pizza! I recommend it to all gluten intolerant also for the other dishes. My family and I will definitely be back!

I don’t normally eat pizza, but this was quite good with a bottle of local red wine after a day of hard skiing up at Cervinia.

Very familiar environment. Group of 15 people we only had a weekend but when we left everyone's comment was that everyone felt pampered by the managers. The landlady is an excellent cook and also a seamstress has also magically stitched up the windbreaker of our partner who had torn it while skiing, the amazing thing is that we all thought it should be thrown away and instead you can't even see it...

Stayed in the apartment and not in the hotel. The convention with gym and spa was known once on the spot that was not valid on 31.12 (reserved only for the hotel) and Cmq with the 2 communicating rooms the reservation was worth for both (so even if the gym was empty you could not go with spa occupied). Cash in the house (max 8) and glasses were missing. Small kitchen compared to the house, large in...

The hotel is nice and the rooms as well. Furnished in mountain style, they consist of a bedroom and a small living room. The hotel is clean in every place and the staff is very kind. There is also a small gym and a sauna. It is absolutely worth taking advantage of half board, dinner is excellent. Wi-Fi is free but a little cumbersome compared to most hotels.

Magnificent cuisine with always different and original menus that alternate traditional dishes with innovative recipes. Possibility to change the menu for intolerances and allergies.

The location is very beautiful, and the owners are just simply great: very kind, cordial, helpful, generous. It was a pleasure after good walk to come back to the hotel and have a nice conversation with them and of course to have a flawless dinner.

Many years ago we went to this hotel in search of tranquility, we found an excellent welcome, cleanliness, wonderfully well cooked food (the Aosta Valley soup is a must try), cross-country trails a stone's throw away, many walking routes. Wonderful stay! We had dinner included and it was such a treat every night. Food was delicious and the staff all go out of their way for you, accommodating late arrivals and early starts. A short 20/25min easy drive to get up to Cervinia where there is lots of free parking by the lifts makes it a great base for skiing. Would highly recommend!

Great stay for 5 nights half board in March 2022. Very homely hotel with delicious food, generous portions and friendly staff. Skiied in Cervino each day, which was a 20min drive up the hill.

Perfectly located just 5 min walk to main Street, about 5min drive to the nearest slopes. Fully fitted kitchenette, spacious bedrooms and bathroom. FIREPLACE !!! 🤩

A fine establishment for skiing. A little worn down in some places and the internet was pretty terrible. But the bar from across the street made up for that.

Small but cozy apartments. Location is good with short walk to the slopes. You'll also get free storage at the ski rental at the slopes if you don't wanna carrie skis and boots back and forth.

We spent 3 days just after Christmas. The place is really very nice...the rooms are brand new and very clean...and maybe for the first time they are EXACTLY like you can see in the photos on the official website. In the room there is a hairdryer, hand soap and soap for the shower (the latter really TOP), the induction plate, the dishes and the Nespresso machine with relative pods. Good breakfast ....

Lovely appartement with terrific views and easy access to slopes once you get up there. Very helpful staff. Just note that Maison Fosson is not connected to the ground floor restaurant Edelweiss in any way. The sister hotel in Champoluc Hotel Petit Tourmalin is the other side of the main car park.

Good and courteous. Carmelo, the guy who supported us throughout the stay, was really helpful and friendly. AS WELL as spontaneously accommodating. A 4-star refuge in a 5-star location for services, facilities and views.

We spent 4 nights in the residence. very clean and crockery, fridge and coffee machine available. strategic for skiing you are on the slopes but also practical to go to Champoluc. Enjoy your breakfast. Highly recommended. They also accept dogs.
