What a lovely hotel! It is spacious, cool, and modern. Our lovely manager picked our groups luggage up from the railway station while we walked. (That was by prior arrangement, I'm sure, because this tour group uses this hotel frequently). The rooms are beautiful, and the a/c works well. The breakfast buffet would do honour to an ocean-going cruise boat.

I'm so happy to have picked this hotel to stay in during our Piedmont trip. The rooms are beautifully modern and spotlessly clean. I watched the brigade of lovely staff cleaning other rooms as I passed by and they were meticulous.
Everyone working at Hotel Lis is genuine and kind to their guests.
The breakfast is beyond compare. All of the cakes are homemade and were delicious.
The choice of pastries, cakes, fruits, meats, cheeses, pancakes eggs is outstanding.
We had a lovely room overlooking the park with blackout shutters and air conditioning. Very quiet and a haven from the heat.
We took the train to Turin for dinner, as Asti train station is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
I can't recommend this hotel enough!

We are traveling through Italy , this was by far the best hotel yet. The family owed business is extremely accommodating with everything they do. The breakfast they put out is beyond exceptional, homemade cakes and pasties , fresh juices , all kinds of tea and coffee. All and all a wonderful experience.

A generous and personal experience. Great location and parking facilities, full attention on the well being of the guests and wonderful breakfast with more selection than anyone needs. Beds were good, room entirely clean. Highly recommended.

Super easy to get to by car and you can park right in front of the hotel. The hotel is next to a park at the border of the center of Asti. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The rooms are nice, had a welcoming bottle of wine and fruits. View ain't great from the hotel and the rooms are not the best isolated, but we asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room towards the inside of the building. The breakfast is more than amazing, lots of choice and great quality, coupled with a lot of home made stuff. Would go again for the breakfast !

We absolutely loved this hotel. The attention to detail was superb. The rooms are compact but comfortable with touches of thoughtfulness all around. The complimentary wine and fruit, the slippers, lotions, shower caps, etc. and most importantly coffee, tea etc really made us feel welcome. The staff is very welcoming of course. The breakfast was amazing with fruit, sweets, cheeses and hams, juices, coffee, etc - you name it, they had it. And last but not least - the location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. I would absolutely recommend this place and give it 10 stars if I could.
