Well placed, real 10 min away from downtown. A park right in front, easy parking, nice toiletries. Great breakfast, really astounding: great in quantity and variety, but superb in quality, fresh local produce, and good taste.

On a small group tour and stayed a couple of nights. Spacious room. Convenient to restaurants. Laundromat nearby. Great service. Don't, for heaven's sake miss out on the BREAKFAST! Ultra fresh juice, wide range of options absolutely fantastic!!

The staff at this hotel was superb as was the breakfast buffet each morning. Pastries, breads and cakes were baked fresh daily, there was fresh squeezed orange juice and hand made coffees. There was a large selection of proteins, including eggs and meats.Our room was beautiful and over looked the park, we were greeted by a gift of a local bottle of wine, and the beds were so comfortable. I can’t say enough compliments about this wonderful hotel.

Hotel Lis is consistently exceptional in all aspects. We are visiting for the third time in three years and the staff, service, location, food and cleanliness are beyond impressive each year. The hotel is 100% dog and cat friendly and our furry friends feel like kings and queens in this place. The breakfast is completely home made and is a whole new level of experience in itself. One gets incredible value for money. This hotel sets the highest benchmark for all the other hotels to follow.

We had one night at Asti, breaking a long car journey. The Lis was ideal: easy to reach, uncomplicated check in and out, excellent room and even better breakfast. The location hardly two steps from the historical centre of Asti is ideal. After the journey we chilled out with the fresh fruits provided in the room, excellent idea!

A very comfortable three star hotel with all amenities, very well located and opposite a park (we have a cocker spaniel!). This is a proprietor run hotel and you can tell - could not have been kinder, more helpful and more attentive. Husband and wife duo. Staff obviously loyal. Bedroom spacious and with welcoming fresh fruit and a good bottle of wine! Breakfast excellent and plentiful with plenty of attentive help. The owner went out of his way to spend at least 30 mins helping us with our Venice access card. Husband and wife. Charming. Car parking right outside hotel. Could not praise the Hotel and owners more!

This place is comfortable, clean, spacious, exactly as they show on their website, and the check-in experience was very gracious. Each bedroom has an effective split AC unit, and the "apartment" is very spacious. It includes a little clothes washer in the kitchen, which we needed and is very appreciated. We're definitely happy to be here.

This was our second visit to this beautiful hotel. Family-owned, the hospitality is outstanding. The rooms are bright and clean, with a complimentary fruit basket and a bottle of wine. The breakfast buffet is simply the best we have ever come across – local specialities, both sweet and savoury, and at least seven different kinds of honey. Staff are always very helpful and we look forward to our return visit.

A "best in class" breakfast buffet; in fact, it is superior to many 5 Star Hotels! Extremely service-minded staff, and the cleanliness was sky-high, too. All in all way a “value for money-hotel” to be considered way above average for a 3 Star hotel.
