We did not get a room, but an apartment. Big living room and bedroom with a kitchenette, high ceilings, air conditioning in both rooms, typical Italian balcony. Central location, in and old building, so beware you might use the stairs since the elevator did not work for us. The breakfast was nice, good coffee with savory and sweet treats. The parking spots are for a Fiat 500, it was almost impossible to park there since there was no space at all to maneuver the car. They also have a notice that they are not held responsible to damages to the car since the parking spots are within regulations.
Although I liked the shower amenities they give you, the shower itself need a thorough cleaning and/or to be regrouted; the rest of the bathroom was really clean.

Bad Hotel - Do Not Book
My stay was terrible because of big problems and rude staff. I will never stay here again.
Rude Receptionist (3rd Floor): The employee was dry, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional.
No Hot Water: A basic must-have that was missing. This is a massive failure.
Slow Elevator: It's old, slow, and needs fixing.
STAY AWAY.

I had a great stay, the hotel is lovely, the team compétent, the breakfast is very tasty with an excellent barrista, and the neighborhood is super nice.

We chose the hotel so we could be on walking distance of the centre plus have private parking (at only 15 Euro per day). That was great. And we got a good tip from the receptionist of an Eataly in the city which meant we didn't have to go out of the city to get there. The hotel is just situated around the corner of the Po river and the galleries. However, it is a central hotel which meant that the bathroom was crammed with a basin, a bidet, a toilet and a shower capsule that reminded us of Barbarella, the movie (we had a standard room). Also it meant that on Thursday it was busy with students at a bar nearby and thus rather noisy. However, the airconditioning had a wonderful sleep function (nice for at night). It wasn't a cosy room, but compared to other hotels we saw in the same price range it is quite agreeable. On top of the hotel (it is on the 3rd floor and higher of a building) in the breakfast room, fresh cappuccino would be made. The breakfast is typical Italian, sweet breads and cakes and fruit. The elevator was romantic and vintage, reminded me of La Giornata Particulare. At night there is a night porter, which gave a safe feeling.

A value for money hotel in the centre of Torino near to Po river. Small comfortable and functional room with en-suite facilities. A welcoming place and a descent breakfast to kick start your day.

Challenging parking. If you dont want to give an extra cost for using a parking then you should prepare for some parking spot hunting game. Torino is a big city and apart the visitors actual residents reside there :o)
So you can imagine what you should expect.....

This is a slightly random hotel consisting of rooms and apartments right in the city centre. We had a lovely stay in a big, first floor apartment that was airy, very comfortable, charming and spotlessly clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful though speaking a few words of Italian might help. Although our room overlooked the street and the tram track we weren’t disturbed by the noise, and my wife is a light sleeper. I would describe the hotel as quiet but not silent. The breakfast room is a bit pokey and gimcrack but the coffee is fresh and there’s lots of choice of cake in a typically Italian way. I really liked this place.

This is a brilliantly located, charming - if slightly idiosyncratic - hotel. Right in the city centre and near the University, it consists of a mix of rooms and apartments. We stayed in a big, first-floor apartment overlooking the street and the tram track, consisting of a huge living/bedroom and a separate kitchen/diner/study with a good bathroom off it. Lots of open hanging space (though the selection of coat hangers is random), big windows, vast sofas and two TVs. If you get kicked out of bed for snoring you’ll have a great night on the sofa, even if you’re eight feet tall. Spotlessly clean throughout, though the kitchen tap was wobbly. Comfortable, modern bed. The hotel staff are lovely. Breakfast is typically Italian in a somewhat pokey room with non-matching furniture and cutlery but people who don’t mind cake first thing in the morning and aren’t bothered about uniformity or Zen calmness would be fine with it! Fresh coffee and fruit and nice natural yoghurt. Some reviewers have commented on the narrow entry to the courtyard and noise. Honestly, you could get a fire engine in through that gateway without having to cross your fingers or creep along. There is some noise from the trams and from people talking in the street but it didn’t bother us, wake us up or keep us awake, and my wife is a very light sleeper: it’s just like any other city-centre hotel and I would say quieter than many. No problem. This isn’t a straightforward four-star box but I would say it is all the better for that. It’s characterful, comfortable and memorable.

We were traveling by car and appreciated the possibility to park at such a central location, but that's about it concerning positive feedback.
As many, many reviews already stated: It's noisy. Not just from the street, but also within the hotel itself. We could hear every word from the neighboring rooms. There was also visible mould in the bed- and bathroom. You could smell it immediately when entering the hotel. The pictures you find online are nothing like the place in real life. Very dated, tight rooms, uncomfortable beds and bedding, no charm and unfortunately, no cleanliness. Mould could also be found in the common rooms, which made breakfast literally hard to swallow. Concerned for our health and that of our baby, we departed early after two nights. Would not recommend.

Stayed at the hotel 10th to 11th September and I was treaded very unfriendly by an old blond lady because I could not find the parking place and my car was too big to fit. She was screaming at me way I was calling her for help to direct me. She become very aggressive when I needed some seconds to open the old elevator's doors while she was staying behind me. As solo female traveler I was really afraid of her. Furthermore, the room was very dirty and the sink drain was blocked. Never again!

Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, nice staff. Nothing fancy, but a perfect place for visiting the old town, close to everything.
