The Best Western Crystal Palace Torino has 60 rooms, all finely furbished, with all the comforts you need to have a pleasant stay. You will also find a bar close to the reception and an amazing panoramic terrace on the top floor of the building, where you can taste our rich buffet breakfast.

Hotel opened in 1800, renovated in 2006.

I booked a double room for my son and his partner and this hotel was ideal being near both our place and the airport bus stop. It was a really busy weekend so prices were unusually high. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and could speak several languages and the hotel exuded a kind of old world charm, like time had stopped somewhere some time ago. The lobby was clean and tidy, there was a working lift and the room was of a good size. It was not rich in amenities (could do with a coffee machine or French press) and was expensive for a small city like Turin, but comfortable for a night. I would definitely consider making future reservations for extra guests there if they could maintain standards for future bookings.

Next to Turin north station, it's a convenient place to stay if you need to catch the train. Rooms were clean but nothing to write home about. Cost of staying was reasonable and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

I informed reception as well as other staff members that air conditioning was not working in my room. No one did anything about it. Thankfully I only booked 2 days, I would have booked more since I loved the city of Torino but I needed to find other accommodations that were more suitable, especially with the price I was paying. Big disappointment Best Western. On a side note, the area does not come across as safe with many people lingering right in front of the front doors every day I stayed there.

Comfortable and welcoming hotel. Easy to reach and well located between the train, bus and metro stations. Kind and very helpful staff. I recommend it for business trips and holidays.

I stayed in a wonderful huge room with a comfortable bed, bit bathroom and well structured spaces. My colleagues were though in smaller rooms.
The sweet breakfast is amazing but the foreigners who are used to a savoury breakfast would have appreciated more salty options.
The neighbourhood is unfortunately poor but the hotel is One minute walk from the main train station and 4-5 minutes walk from the city centre.
Overall my Experience was excellent. I would definitely stay again

The elevator is very small and can only accommodate one person and two suitcases. It is a bit old-fashioned and feels like an elevator from the 1980s or 1990s. The room is not too big or small. It is near the train station. The location is very convenient. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby.

A hotel in front of the Turin Porta Nuova station, so fantastic because finding parking for the car was quite easy (and in any case the hotel has its own parking!) Also very convenient for walking to the center (Egyptian museum etc.) Very clean and really very kind staff!
