I booked a triple room with my friend. The double bed was big, and the single bed was a little small but still enough for sleeping. There is also a small kitchen in the room where you can cook. The location superb. Not in the center but is very quiet and has access to interesting places in a few minutes. The staf correct and very attentive. The apartment spacious and very clean. Highly recommended

My room was simple and the kitchen lacked many basic amenities and appliances. The hot water was broken when I arrived but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

A very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very stylish and there is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room has air conditioning as well as large windows that can be opened. The breakfast was lovely especially the honeycomb. There were yogurts. Fruit pastries and eggs/ toast and beans(Florence style). A little out of the main city centre but on a bus route(10 mins) or a 20 min walk.

The most luxurious and spacious hotel in the whole of our Italy trip. There were buses around the hotel that takes you to the centre of Florence. Daily cleaning was provided too which we appreciated! Hotel Ungherese is a great place to stay in Florence. It is located in a quaint residential neighborhood outside of the historical center but within a short walking distance to metro lines. It allows you to avoid the madness of overtourism and high prices associated with staying in the city center while still providing easy access to Firenze Centro. We had high expectations for this small hotel. It was alright, and the room was nice and clean, everything you expect from a hotel with these prices. The hotel is fairly well located about 15 minutes walk from the center of Florence. I stayed in April and it was incredibly warm, but the air conditioning wasn't turned on so I had to leave the window open which meant very noisy nights.

Great place loved the stay there

Nice hotel, everything as expected, and just outside city center was only 15-20 min walk from key tourist locations/sites/museums. Only issue was the mattress - no springs, just slats, and mattress was old and thin.
