Everything. It really is a special hotel that transports you to another era. It is undoubtedly one of the most special places we have stayed. The staff, the service, the place, everything was excellent.

We stayed at the Villa with friends and family when our son got married at a close by location. The service and hospitality provided by owners Emiliano, his wife, as well as Carolena, were nothing short of magnificent! This was a wonderful and special place to experience the beauty of Tuscany and the amazing graciousness and kindness of the staff! Carolina M. anticipated my needs before I even expressed them. I returned to the states exquisitely refreshed and fully rested, and plan to return to this gorgeous villa and vacation spot again and again. The owner was equally charming, delightful and gracious. Words can't describe how beautiful the villa is, the service is great. We, two adults two kids, stayed at the suit which has direct access to the pool. The kids love it. Breakfast is good too. Would be better if baby cot can be provided.

I can not say enough good things about this Villa Il Sasso. Unfortunately, we found it by happenstance after my mother fell ill while on vacation. This property is close to the hospital and we stayed for nearly 2 weeks. The staff, especially Francesca, went above and beyond every single day to help us during this very challenging time. My husband, toddler and me just stayed here for 9 nights and I cannot speak more highly of our experience. A relaxing place to stay! The grounds were beautiful and staff was great. I would say that having a car is important if you plan on using this as your home base to explore Tuscany. Breakfast was wonderful and the fact that this is adults only makes the property feel more tranquil than it would be otherwise.

The area is stunning, very peaceful and quiet. The staff was very helpful with requests or tips for where to park in Florence or where to eat. They even offered to make our reservations for us in the restaurants we chose.

We loved everything about our stay in Casignano. Maurizio and Tina were incredible hosts. They picked us up and dropped us up where we needed at no additional cost. They provided an amazing breakfast and were incredible people who made you feel at home and like family. The view and location was 10/10. So quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Could not have had a better stay.

Noise echoes a lot in the room so when a guest disrespects the "be silent after 22" rule. Otherwise the place is great. It has an amazing view over Florence and the mountains around. The Hostel itself is like a museum. Maybe a bit bland breakfast tho.

We stayed 5 nights and it was our favorite place on our 19 day European adventure. Not your typical hostel. We met families and older folks (like me), as well as, young traveler...an eclectic group. It was clean and well taken care of. There are often special events going on which is an added bonus. During our stay there was a tour and stargazing event one night and a staff party, including karaoke...

The staff and guests are all extremely friendly and sociable, and I ended up paying a very reasonable price for a private room. Pasta time is great (fabulous home cooked meals with good company), and the view is incredible. They also grow fresh tomatoes, figs, and plums outside that you are welcome to pick and enjoy. One of the most beautiful and interesting hostels I've ever stayed at, it is an old monastery from the 13th century, it has very reasonable pricing, very beautiful bedrooms with lockers (you need to bring your own lock) with beautiful wooden beds, nice clean bathrooms, a big terrace where you have a wonderful view over Florence (you can watch the sun set over Florence from the hostel), a good breakfast...

We were here many times. Tranquill, peaceful place with atmosphere. Car highly recomended, because it is far away from main road. Owner is a very nice and helpful lady. If you like calm, picturesque places, you will be amazed.

The view is astonishing and to get there is kind of an adventure, but it is definitely worth. Surrounded by the silence in nature are cozy apartments with all the essentials. Also for big families or group of friends.

If you like being away from the rush and chaos of a city and don't mind driving (Barbara will show you a place where you can park for free and catch a bus to the center), this is an amazing place. At first we thought we were too far and the driving and parking would be a hassle, but it turned out we liked this little place more than Florence...

Absolutely stunning location. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. The hosts were both warm and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional! Barbara made sure we all had a great start to the day by providing the most divine food, which she often made herself. We would highly recommend staying here - we certainly will be if we are ever fortunate to visit again.

A great B&B near Florence, Italy. The location is excellent for traveling both to Florence and to Toscana. The facility is in a perfect condition, clean and modern even though it is an old building. The owner is welcoming and strive to answer any question.

This was a great experience when we were staying in Toscana. We spent wonderful days at Villa Nobili. A finely furnished ancient villa, in a beautiful place outside Florence, but a few minutes drive from the city. The room with very comfortable beds and recent toilets.
