Photos really don’t do this amazing hotel justice. Linen sheets, gorgeous views, amazing service, this hotel provides car/van service to the heart of Florence, which is just minutes away. If you can’t stay here do yourself a favor and have dinner on the loggia. Get there in time to see the sunset. Make reservations. You won’t be disappointed!

A place full of history that offers peace and quiet to its guests. Right above the city of Florence, the pensione offers an unparalleled view. The delicious breakfast on their terrace is an amazing moment. The service is simply perfect, the room is pretty and very clean. They lend electric bikes, which allowed us to go visit the city without taking our car. Simply put we cannot wait to go back.

Lovely restaurant in an amazing setting with an amazing view. Not hard to get to at all as there is a bus stop just outside. I had the Ravioli which was lovely. Rather pricey, but not too bad considering the quality of the food and the view.

Not quite as nice a room as I was expecting after viewing the website. We certainly didn't have much of a view and, I can't imagine there was much of one from any of the other rooms either. I visited here with my parents. Great rooms and amazing location. Giuseppe from the front desk is particularly helpful and polite, but pretty much the whole staff is nice. Be advised that there is infrequent bus connectivity to the main city, so make plans accordingly. Overall worth a revisit.

FH55 is a very nicely located hotel overviewing Florence. It is about 10 km to city center and there is a public bus leaving every 10 min infront of the hotel. The rooms are small but contains all the necessities. They even have a Michelin marked restautant. Breakfast is rich and well served. For nice weathers there is a large garden to enjoy. This was something really exceptional. The atmosphere of the place is amazing. Ideal for people who loves hiking as there are many walking routes nearby. Madam Alida is such a great and generous host. Also a great chef. I really recommend to have a dinner there. Real love.

Nothing negative in the structure which is really welcoming. The location is excellent although with some difficulties for parking if you are traveling by car. The structure has no lift so it is not suitable for those with heavy luggage, however the rooms are spacious and furnished with excellent old Tuscany taste.

If I return there, I would book again.

It was beautiful by the river and had such a homely feel. Our host was so helpful in local advice regarding Firenze which was very easy to access from the B&B. All this with an exceptional breakfast.

Claudio was a wonderful host! He invited us to a festival in town and was very accommodating. The B&B is very stunning, we loved the very special room in the tower that we stayed in. We could use the bikes to ride to the city. Also the breakfast was very delicious and had a great variety. Would definitely recommend staying there!

The rooms were nice and clean, albeit strongly perfumed (we put the perfumer into the cupboard, which reduced the fragrance to enjoyable). Out hostess Marianna did everything that you would expect from a small B&B. Nothing was too small for her. We couldn't wait for breakfast every morning as it was an absolute treat. Christina was an amazing host of the apartment . She catered for me being Coeliac extremely well and even made me a lovely gluten free cake for breakfast. Easy to get a bus in out and Florence, or for the energetic the walk down from the mountain on the old roman road is a nice way to get down.
