The hotel location is fantanstic. The people are very sweet. The service is worth a 5 stars hotel!! Don't forget to privatise the spa, it's worth it, especially the tropical rain shower, the smell is incredible. The breakfast is good too.

The room was a bit noisy because of the tramway line in front of the hotel. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast excellent with quality food. Located near the train station.

The staff is very friendly, courteous and go out of their way to help you. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of foods. The rooms are comfortable if a bit small, my only complaint is that you can hear guests in other rooms pretty easily. Location is a bit far from the city center but they provide a shuttle that takes about ten minutes to get there.

A very lovely hotel (part of the RoomMate chain) and well located for all the sights. It is about 20 minutes walk from the main train station, 10 from the Central Market and 20 from the Duomo. Room & bed were great and location is excellent, just 10min from the Cathedral. Breakfast was a mess as we had to wait 15min before we could order, not sure if it was covid related as they seemed understaffed but that was less professional. Don't have drinks in the lobby, a tiny beer costs 5euro, the same one in the bar across the street is 2euro and has a nicer terrace.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and competent both at the reception and at breakfast. The central location makes it possible to reach the main sights on foot. ATTENTION in front of the building, increased pickpocketing and scammers are to be expected due to the proximity to the main train station.
