Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. Great rooftop pool and bar. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it. For couples in their 40s+, either get the biggest suite they have or stay elsewhere. If your 20’s-30’s, you’ll LOVE this place!

Great hotel. The pool and lobby were great places to hang out. Two negative points: - the bed was really hard - they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well. The dryers that were ‘functioning’ did not dry anything so we had to get out in Florence to find another laundry service that we paid for and took 1-2 hours of our time. I would recommend...

Room was nice. the shower was awesome. Very wet and humid in Venice when we were there. NO Room AC was not something we expected. Made the visit not as nice as we would have liked. I guess the Italian government mandated the AC restrictions on October 14 across the board. Not the hotels fault by any means, just would have been nice to have been informed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Adler Cavalieri. The entire staff is welcoming and gracious. The generous breakfast buffet gave us a nutritious quick start to our day. We had an amazing long stay here. The staff was helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers looking to spend time in the historic city center. Don't have drinks in the lobby, a tiny beer costs 5euro, the same one in the bar across the street is 2euro and has a nicer terrace.

Comfortable and clean, breakfast was high quality with a lot of choice and staff were nice. The lobby and bar was very comfortable and really good to hang out in.

The room is nice the shower is good but water goes out quite easily of the shower so a wet floor. The service was good and the breakfast was decent.

The hotel is okay, nothing more. Was in March, icy floors and carpets no sneakers, rested the weakest of the three of us got sick, the Breakfast is delicious even provide champagne, fruit little. THE biggest drawback IS IN COLD WEATHER COLD IN the ROOM from all the Windows of the blower.

Check-in was seem less, staff is accommodating, and the location is central to everything! I've been walking distance to everywhere I've wanted to see. Room is spacious and meets my needs. The towels are the biggest and comfiest I've ever seen! Breakfast every morning is delicious, don't miss out.

stay in town. we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. they were doing renovations. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view. Personally it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was terrible and so weak. definitely not Hilton quality status. Shameful

The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center. Upon arrival when I asked if there were any upgrades available, they had already upgraded our room which included a great view from the 14th floor and access to the Concierge level with snacks. We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes...

The hotel is located a bit outside the center, near the airport and they have a free shuttle bus into the center. A clean hotel and friendly staff.

Fantastic (distant) views of the whole of Florence, including the Duomo etc. Great facilities and high quality of service, as to be expected from Hilton, I love this hotel! If you are not compelled to stay in the centre of Florence, this is the place to choose.

We enjoyed the Nilhotel. It was very clean, felt secure, and the staff was very nice. We stayed for one night. The hotel informed us they weren't open on the weekend. I'm not sure if this is because of the restrictions or if these are normal operating hours. Breakfast was good. In our room we could hear someone snoring in the next room over which was unusual. We could only find one power socket...

Cleanish hotel, ample parking, however the walls are thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring. Lord have mercy on him . Also there are no outlets by the bed for overnight phone charging or to plug in cpap Machines etc.

Polite service. Clean and beautiful. Restaurant inside is also very nice and not that expensive. I will visit again!

A very clean, modern and beautiful hotel: clean rooms, good personnel, very good breakfast choice. Easy to reach from "Firenze Rifredi" train station, even by foot, and a 10 minutes cab ride from downtown Florence.

It is a nice place after you figure out how everything works in the room. Not very intuitive use of simple things like the toilet room's door knob and other things (I won't spoil it to you guys. It is really fun figuring out how these rooms work). Staff is really friendly and nice. Good place to stay.
