The gym and pool are really nice. Room is s o spacious. Staff are helpful and their free laundry saved our long Europe trip. The vibe is good. The only thing is not exactly right in the city center but still managed to walk around 20 mins then you are at the most famous dome.

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view. However it’s much smaller than it looks in the photos. Highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Florence

Its a cool hotel concept with shared living and working spaces. We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel. Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze. Their breakfast is highly recommended! The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.

Conveniently located, 5 minutes away from the train station. Fairly decorated rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend to include your breakfast, also a plus. There is a laundry shop right next to the hotel if you need, which is also very convenient. Plenty of dining options steps away, I would recommend the Maso, which has an extensive variety with reasonable prices.

Overall satisfactory. Counter service took a little longer waiting to check-in for room readiness. Receptionist should have advised us its waiting duration and shouldn’t keep us waiting for 30 min. We should had left our luggages at storage area first before starting our city tour.

Absolutely beautiful hotel close to the sights. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space and complimentary water, soft drink and tea/coffee plus milk sachets. One of the best places we have stayed and the best for our trip to Italy. Conveniently located to the bus station and many of the attractions in Florence. The staff was top notch. Note that in the winter the balcony is closed but you can still access it, just no staff or bar attendant. I give them extra points for the holiday decorations! A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. Nowhere was too far to walk. The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent. The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening.

During my stay, the hotel was undergoing a large-scale renovation. Half of the entrance was sealed, the lobby became smaller, and the rooftop restaurant with a view was closed. It looks like this project will take more than a year to complete.

Service was outstanding…staff was very kind, concierge team were TOP….but the property doesn’t merit the cost. We got an upgrade, but when you cannot sleep, size of the room doesn’t really matter… Mattress is not “five star” (but the rates are), the noise outside means you take an afternoon nap and the AC cannot cool the room on a hot summer day. I would not stay here again. Not for me.

We booked this off Priceline. The hotel is close to the train terminal and very quiet. Porter took our bags and showed us to our room in a beautiful annex. High quality furnishings and architecture. The web site doesn’t do it justice. Only stayed one night but would book for a return visit.

The hotel is okay, nothing more. Was in March, icy floors and carpets no sneakers, rested the weakest of the three of us got sick, the Breakfast is delicious even provide champagne, fruit little. THE biggest drawback IS IN COLD WEATHER COLD IN the ROOM from all the Windows of the blower.
