The hotel location is fantanstic. The people are very sweet. The service is worth a 5 stars hotel!! Don't forget to privatise the spa, it's worth it, especially the tropical rain shower, the smell is incredible. The breakfast is good too.
Wonderful stay close to all of the sights! Rooms are well kept, staff was wonderful and the hotel has small touches to make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again someday!
A nice place to stay in Firenze. The hotel is clean, we enjoyed the spa after a day discovering the city’s beauties. Good breakfast and kind staff.

Such a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern. The view on the rooftop was just incredible.. I seen other reviews about how the rooftop is packed but October was a perfect month, it was pretty much empty The! The staff were very kind, overall a great hotel
I would definitely go back to this hotel. Rooms are modern and very clean. The hotel staff was amazing. Extremely helpful and very friendly, they make you fell at home! The rooftop pool and bar are a very nice addition which you should definitely take into account. I would, without a doubt, recommend this hotel to friends/family.
The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The rooftop pool bar and seating area was great. Our room was clean and very quiet couldn’t ask for a better experience. The hotel was in a great location close to the train station and meeting points for all trips out of town and close to the center of town, all within walking distance. We would highly...
A good location within a short walk from the main train station and an east walk to Mercado Central and the city center. Overall, a clean, modern and functional hotel. The highlight is the rooftop pool and bar with an excellent view over the Florence skyline. Breakfast is also great served in a stylish and minimalist dining area. The room I booked (comfort room) is a bit on the small side and felt...
Fantastic stay. The location was fantastic - right between the heart of Florence and the other side of the river. All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind and we are so grateful to them for making our honeymoon a bit more special. The pool was fantastic and Ricky is the best bartender in all of Florence! (Thank you Ricky! We are going to miss you and your negronis!) We would definitely return...
So far, the staff has been very welcoming and friendly. I'll update if anything changes. The pool and bar area are beautiful. The bartender was friendly and the limoncello was good, but it wasn't very strong. Maybe I just had really strong limoncello in Sorrento. LOL We were given chips and nuts with our drink. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and don't worry. People of all shapes and sizes were...
The hotel is an prime location near all the shops and markets in the city. It was a bit hard to find because it's a bit obscure but I kinda like that. The rooms were super clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast menu was amazing! Many choices of food and drink and high quality ingredients. The food selection was delicious! You can get freshly cooked pancakes, fresh fruit, breads and toast, croissants...

Nice and cozy hotel!
Amazing accommodations just outside of Florence! Clean, chic, and comfortable, plus incredible hospitality served up by Massimo at the front desk! Everything you could ask for in a hotel
👍
An ordinary chain hotel with small rooms, clean, good service, standard European breakfast. If the guest has no complaints or requests, then there is nothing to complain about
Great service! Location is a little away from the city center but everything is within walking distance.

Excellent location and staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean but showing some wear and tear. Breakfast was great, especially the coffee with your name on it. Hotel is currently being upgraded. So will stay again when complete.
Location across from the train depot for convenient access to a variety of historical buildings and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable Hotel overall. Great bar area and breakfast buffet (add'l cost). Only thing I might consider as an improvement would be better pillows and facial tissue for the room.
The location was ideal because it was super short walk to the main train station and easy to walk to all the main city attractions. The hotel was also super clean and new remodeled. The staff was super friwndlyvamd professional. We always felt very comfortable and secure. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.
I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally kind, and the room perfectly met my expectations. Our stay was perfect! We had this great receptionist to welcome us, she spoke Portuguese which made it even better. Room was clean and spacious. Location is excellent, everything was in walking distance. And the breakfast team is just the best, seriously, we have never been to a hotel with such a wonderful team. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable
This was by far my favorite hotel during our trip to Italy. We got a room with outdoor seating (not really a 'balcony' per se), the bed was large and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was AMAZING as there was a lot of options to choose from - croissants, cheeses, meats, fruits, toasts, all kinds of breakfast pastries, etc. etc.! The cocktail bar was also amazing too - though kind of pricey...
Everything was excellent. Starting from the *exceptional* reception, to the attention from the staff at all points, including trying to fix some issues my mother in law had with her mobility problems. A step above and beyond, to be honest. Breakfast was very good (really, amazing scrambled eggs, the best I have had by far, so good the tray was almost always empty :D). Another good thing... close to...
Because it was a special occasion, we reserved one hour for private use of the spa. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, sauna, comfy chairs and listening to relaxing music. The following morning we had a fabulous buffet breakfast with a huge variety of food options. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We also used their laundry services and our clothes returned that evening...
This hotel is perfect for access to train station/ bus station which was vital as we did not have a car. It is in a great area with a quiet, local feel with some great restaurant choices and bars. I had booked a balcony room but on arrival, our room did not have a view. We mentioned to reception and they were extremely helpful and we moved room early the next morning. The room was a bit noisy because of the tramway line in front of the hotel. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast excellent with quality food. Located near the train station.
The hotel is in an okay location, close to the train station but not too close to the attractions that we wanted to see. The hotel does need a bit of maintenance though especially in the bathroom. Nice size of room. Breakfast was also really good.
We ended a month long Italian vacation with two nights at this hotel, and it was absolutely perfect. We needed a place to securely park our rental car, but still wanted to be close to the historic centre. It was a short walk to the sites, but we chose to save our steps and caught the conveniently located tram, just half a block away, and for €1,70 we were at Santa Maria Novella church within about...

Stayed here for 9 days, a really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is not situated right in the center of Firenze, but it can be easily reached by bus, and it takes just a few minutes from the center to go there. Shops and restaurants nearby. This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my tour around different cities in Italy. This was a perfect spot during our trip. Rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. The spa service was amazing after our long road trip and the breakfast in the morning definitely exceeded our expectations.
It is a very nice comfy hotel at a strategic location. We loved our stay. There is a jazz bar right next to it which is cool too. The front desk staff was lovely and very professional and assisted us with all our queries. The rooms are lovely and cosy. I stayed at this hotel for three days and I recommend it. The bedroom is very comfortable, spacious, and clean, as is the bathroom. The breakfast is very good as well. What a fantastic hotel, full of character, lovely gardens and just far enough away from the madding crowd to relax at the end of the day
We had the most amazing stay at this property! Staying here feels really magical, no matter if you want to enjoy the historic rooms, the most peaceful, beautiful garden, or let yourself be pampered at the hotel restaurant. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel:) Nikolina
My experience: - helpful, friendly staff - beautiful garden and estate - not enough parking space if the hotel is fully booked - the shuttle service hours are not flexible enough to really enjoy it (we couldn't use it for an early slot at the uffizi (8u30) and the last possibility for the shuttle is at 20 which means you can go down the hill to eat but you probably need to walk back up) - the room...
This place is magical... Loved every second of my stay here. Extremely friendly staff, free shuttle into and out of Florence, amazing breakfast and the gardens are basically out of a storybook. 10 stars all the way
The staff is very friendly, courteous and go out of their way to help you. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of foods. The rooms are comfortable if a bit small, my only complaint is that you can hear guests in other rooms pretty easily. Location is a bit far from the city center but they provide a shuttle that takes about ten minutes to get there.

What an amazing stay ! Thanks so much Mirko and Valentina for your help on the whole journey. My friend & I stayed at this VERY central hotel last week, and have had super help from the team. It’s clean, central, nice breakfast & smiling team. Definitely recommending It :)
A very lovely hotel (part of the RoomMate chain) and well located for all the sights. It is about 20 minutes walk from the main train station, 10 from the Central Market and 20 from the Duomo. The hotel is stylish and the staff are friendly and helpful and speak a range of languages. Some of the rooms on the 3rd floor have a view of the Duomo etc. Worth asking for one. Breakfast served until 12
Room & bed were great and location is excellent, just 10min from the Cathedral. Breakfast was a mess as we had to wait 15min before we could order, not sure if it was covid related as they seemed understaffed but that was less professional. Don't have drinks in the lobby, a tiny beer costs 5euro, the same one in the bar across the street is 2euro and has a nicer terrace.
My mom and I did a two-week trip throughout Italy during the second half of January and our experience at this hotel was by far the best. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and competent both at the reception and at breakfast. The central location makes it possible to reach the main sights on foot. ATTENTION in front of the building, increased pickpocketing and scammers are to be expected due to the proximity to the main train station.
Amazing hotel. Modern and clean. located in front of the main train station (which can be seen as positive or negative)
Great location across from the train makes this the easiest option to drop your bags off and walk the streets. Staff is very friendly. Marco came up to check on our AC That wasn’t working. He helped us get a new room and made us feel taken care of. No question, we would come back here.
