Excellent hotel if your in 20s-30s. Rey modern, incredible vibe, extremely friendly staff. Great rooftop pool and bar. That said, the rooms are TINY and barely fit the bed. The shower is literally 2ftx2ft and I had to T-Rex it. For couples in their 40s+, either get the biggest suite they have or stay elsewhere. If your 20’s-30’s, you’ll LOVE this place!

Great hotel. The pool and lobby were great places to hang out. Two negative points: - the bed was really hard - they advertise a laundry self-service but 3/5 dryers were not working and 2/5 washing machine as well. The dryers that were ‘functioning’ did not dry anything so we had to get out in Florence to find another laundry service that we paid for and took 1-2 hours of our time. I would recommend...

Room was nice. the shower was awesome. Very wet and humid in Venice when we were there. NO Room AC was not something we expected. Made the visit not as nice as we would have liked. I guess the Italian government mandated the AC restrictions on October 14 across the board. Not the hotels fault by any means, just would have been nice to have been informed.

Great location and breakfast. the hotel is next to the train station. I got a single room (one double bed) and the room was spacious. Even though it’s next to the elevator, the room was quiet. I stayed there for 2 days & a night. The place is quite small & cozy.. The room was quite and furniture was clean. Bed& pillows were comfy, clean and got a good night sleep. Bathroom was sparkling clean, shower was good as well. Water Temp was controllable and pressure was great to have a nice massaging effect while under hot shower. It is a clean hotel with rather big parking that made the stay much better because we were traveling by car. The room was very clean and there were amenities like toothbrush, shaving kit, and water. The room was hot but when we told front desk, they lowered temperature and it was taken care of immediately. We had an amazing long stay here. The staff was helpful and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers looking to spend time in the historic city center. The hotel is okay, nothing more. Was in March, icy floors and carpets no sneakers, rested the weakest of the three of us got sick, the Breakfast is delicious even provide champagne, fruit little. THE biggest drawback IS IN COLD WEATHER COLD IN the ROOM from all the Windows of the blower.

stay in town. we stayed for a couple of nights Dec 21-23. they were doing renovations. So there was no access to the executive level and the rooms & although we seemed to have gotten an updated room it was small and had no view. Personally it was one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was terrible and so weak. definitely not Hilton quality status. Shameful

We enjoyed the Nilhotel. It was very clean, felt secure, and the staff was very nice. We stayed for one night. The hotel informed us they weren't open on the weekend. I'm not sure if this is because of the restrictions or if these are normal operating hours. Breakfast was good. In our room we could hear someone snoring in the next room over which was unusual. Cleanish hotel, ample parking, however the walls are thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring. Lord have mercy on him . Also there are no outlets by the bed for overnight phone charging or to plug in cpap Machines etc.

It is a nice place after you figure out how everything works in the room. Not very intuitive use of simple things like the toilet room's door knob and other things (I won't spoil it to you guys. The concierge and front desk staff are dedicated famiglia at this hotel. I must call out Costanza for her help and caring support during our stay, she became a friend and much like the rest of the staff, a reason why I will only stay at this hotel while in Milan. Also, their hotel is also beautiful and sits along the Arno river making for breathtaking views day or night.

Location is excellent, staff attentive. Beautiful roof terrace that is always accessible even out of season and we could take our own bottle of wine. Staff provided glasses and couldn’t be more helpful.

We had such a lovely time during our stay at Torre Guelfa! Large and spacious room, and very warm. The hotel was based in close proximity to all major attractions which was pretty great as we were travelling with baby so we had the pram with us. Breakfast was fab! Lots of yummy food!! Ticked all the boxes. We stayed in the Tower annexe which was amazingly modern. It had its own small private roof terrace too. The main hotel roof terrace bar had an amazing view of the city. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop bar. There is no tv in the room and the staff is not the friendliest. Book this hotel for the bar alone.

Historic hotel you will never forget. Luigi and staff are very helpful and make it feel like home. Located on a quaint cobbled street near the Vecchios. Never enjoyed staying anywhere more.
