The environment of the hotel is beautiful ! The garden, the view is really nice. However, the rooms are very dated, the furnitures and the bathroom should be renovated. I felt like being in 30-40 year’s behind. The workers are kind and helpful.

Been there a couple of times and this family run hotel met out needs. The food was excellent, especially if you like fish. We watched the local towns fireworks from the hotel, which turned out to be again an excellent location for that. The local town is a down hill walk which was less than 5 minutes with alot of people going to the local ice-cream shop in the evening. We even hired an old vintage...

Great place. Great staff. Great nature around. Very calm and slow vacation place. Cool rocks. No rush... healthy food... ideal ratio for cost/quality.

Excellent boutique hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the bay .The sunsets were unbelievable . Large beautifully attended gardens with a large infinity pool . The dinners were delicious and delightful ! The waiters are friendly and professional and the food was always amazingly tasty (both during dinner & breakfast). Our room was very nice with sea view and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the hotel's swimming pools - there's 9 pools and the location of the hotel is great. You have a lot of privacy and everything is super clean and safe. 100% recommended

A unique hotel. Very beautiful outside but also inside. It's not a modern style ... it's the Sardinian style. Very tasty food and all employees very kind and helpful. I recommend 100%. The hotel has about 8 very beautiful pools, a larger beach with sand and gravel, and a small beach with white sand.

Everything is lovely...the location...amazing.on the beach (private), the service is outstanding, one of the best hotels on the Costa esmeralda....unless you want to pay a small fortune..but even then I think I would prefer it here...totally relaxing..highly recommended!!!!

The hotel certainly wasn’t a 4 star hotel - very much a three star. Decor was shabby - rugs and cushions etc Breakfast was mahem with Poor quality food and drink. Coffee was undrinkable and we’re in Italy!! ???? The lunch area was full of sand and dingy.

The private beach was lovely. It was small but beautiful. The water so clear, we saw fish swimming underneath. This is probably the best bit about this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and breakfast was lovely we couldn't fault it. Beautiful views of the sea. Great location only a couple of minutes walk to the front where there are a few shops and restaurants. The room was very very small with double bed and bunk beds. We paid an adult price for our 16 year old daughter and she had to sleep in a bunk bed? the steps to the bunk bed left no space on one side...

A week spent here in late July 2022 made magical by superb location, attractive & well-maintained building & grounds, and for the most part friendly & helpful staff. Very nice hotel with truly good service. Very friendly and professional staff and good location to see more of the northern part of Sardinia. Not too far from the airport and the very nice beaches at the east side of the island. Very nice garden and swimming pool (with guard), so no need to go elsewhere either. Very good kitchen and relaxed bar, no noisy bachelors' parties to be expected there.

Beautiful resort in a great location. While the resort just opened in July, all the facilities were complete and open (with the exception of the Spa). Rooms are spacious our view was fabulous. Most impressive was the staff who were friendly, attentive and great with recommendation in the area. Highly recommended!

The Hotel is very new (opened the 1st of August 2022), so there are still some improvements to do (the SPA is not finished yet, such as the padle and tennis courts). Lovely medium sized hotel with nice entrance/gardens. Probably more suited to couples than families, but perfectly accessible to all (the 'aqua dream' water park is also just down the road). The customer service and service in general was amazing. Everybody that worked there were super friendly and accommodated to our every needs and inquiries. The room was clean and had a beautiful terrace and was in a lovely location walking distance to the market the city and everything.

Good location. Rooms are clean, and they give you a free entry to the aqua parknext door. But breakfast is not good, cheap food, not tasty, especially for Sardinia! On top of that beds are not comfortable. Will not be back.

Neat rooms in a wonderfully flowerfull garden, hacienda-style and well kempt. Rooms are quiet. You get a lot for your money, especially when you stay three nights or more since you get free entry to the adjacent waterpark that is not only fun for kids. There is a separate entrance for hotel guest actually, yet you don't have any disturbances and the hotel is worth it even if you omit the park.

Location of this hotel is great; it's so close to Cannigione, Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia, and Palau. It's really a prime location. I stayed at this wonderful Hotel during a trip to Sardinia in October 2022 with my two Sons. The location is amazing, peace and quiet was lovely, all the staff were very friendly and warm. Marco was (is) a great Barman who works the Poolside bar. All in all, I am now booking a return visit for early 2023.

Beautiful location with well distributed houses. Noise at night both for the comings and goings of people not very respectful of the peace of others and for the noises coming from the street. In the house where we stayed there was no washing machine and the rooms were quite humid.
