3 star hotels in Bari

Being demolished shortly to make way for new apartments and it's got that air about it. That being said the rooms are clean and breakfast is fine. If you get it for a budget price like we did you can't have any complaints. Also be aware for some reason a taxi into town will cost 15 euros but coming back it'll only be 10. Work that one out.

Great place to stay. Very close to the sea. Rooms are big and comfy. The bathrooms small but ok and clean. Breakfest it's not exceptional but it's all right. Staff are polite and friendly. A great thing is that the hotel has a closed parking lot( Bari-Andria-Barletta is a very dangerous area, the cars are stolen often)

Close to the one of the biggest and most beautiful beach in the city. Spacey and clean rooms, although average standard. Ideal for low cost trip.

Hotel 7 Mari is located on the sea front close to the city Bari. However, if one wants to be within the city and do lots of shopping then the hotel is not recommended. A peaceful location. Service is as common to all hotels in Italy.

I was there in 1996 for three months while my USNavy tugboat was being repaired and the staff and experience were the best! I think of this place often. I Love Bari!

This is an excellent 3* hotel. The room was spacious, included a kitchenette, extra charge for utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, along with somewhere to put your shampoo etc. This feature seems to be missing in a lot of hotels. A safe and plenty of storage space. I have been here before and saw than it was used by Trenitalia staff who night stop in Bari. That has to be a recommendation.

As the name suggest, Moderate hotel at good price. Housekeeping staff are good and co-operative.

The hotel is good and the staff is gentle. The only problem is the soundproofing... you can hear everything (doors, toilet, conversations) from other rooms and the corridor.

Located in the very city center. Everything is in waking distance. Room had a balcony, a nice and large tv, a huge bathroom with everything one needs and a coffee maker. Staff was EXTRAORDINARY friendly and helpful, as I had a few special requests. Definitely a hotel I will come back to when in beautiful Bari

Great location, near train station and central are of the city. Near grocery shops and restaurants also very close to the old city and main shopping street of the town. Amazing hotel near the city center (around 5 minutes to walk). Everything was clean and my room for Italy quite big. The breakfast was also good with meanly sweet things but also a few salty things to choose from.

We stayed at this lovely gem of a hotel for our last night in Puglia. Our only regret was not staying here longer and using this as a base instead of the 3 previous nights in Monopoli, which we found to be overpriced for accommodation and restaurants. Breakfast is often complete chaos. Sometimes there are no cups for coffee, or you can't get an omelet because the staff member in charge is alone and seems overwhelmed. There are actually plenty of staff on site, but everything seems uncoordinated. In my opinion, there is a clear lack of good management here.

Excellent place to stay and relax

Located 1km from Train Station, this hotel is an oasis in a rather degraded area. The lavish gardens, the spacious rooms and excellent service more than make up for the location. The hotel has a safe parking lot (€10/day), ideal for travellers travelling by car.

Checked in, registered Car Reg Number. Paid for 5 night stay, told at reception car park charges included. A week after returning home got letters demanding. for £300 for parking. Obviously something amiss, not very clear instructions regarding parking. Hope this can be resolved after contacting Hotel Manager.

This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by small bill for recent snacks shop. Has big fresh cheese counter, frozen and fresh meals. Decent selection of cold drinks and good beer selection(warm).

Great hotel near the Old town, with good rooms and Breakfast, has its own underground Parking, which is important for traveling by car.

Cannot recommend Imago Plus enough. From the moment you enter your are welcomed by their wonderful staff. The bedrooms are stylish, comfortable, and large! Make sure to ask for recommendations as they staff will be sure to send you to somewhere you may not find just using the normal lists for Bari. Very peaceful welcoming place to stay. We arrived tired and they gave us coffee and lovely music while we waited for our room. Recommended as a very sustainable hotel close to central Bari.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious with a vintage touch. The bathroom could have been a bit more modern though. The small breakfast was okay. 5 min walk away from the hotel is an attendant parking garage. 10 min walk away is the harbour/center.

Great place to overnight before flying out the next day. Our room was ready early and the place was large & spotless. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our only complaint was some loud music and neighbors. But even this stopped by 10:00 p.m., so we slept well in a very comfortable bed.

The hotel was close to the airport along with complement transportation to the airport. There is an outstanding pizzeria near by and the selection was great along with the quality. We stayed for one night to be near the airport to catch a very early flight in Bari.

Very relaxing stay. Umbrellas were very generously spaced with some positions available on the rocks near the sea. Water is clean, although not as blue as in other parts of the coast south of Bari

Pool is super far from the rooms, opens with a ridiculous schedule, doesn't really have a beach as it looks like in the photos and has nothing nearby. If you want to be only surrounded by locals it might be a thing for you.

A nice hotel that surpassed my expectations. The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. It is not as close to the old town of Bari like some other hotels, but it does have a grocery sore across the street and a cafe nearby. I recommend it.

We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area.

Can't fault this place due to the wonderful manger Sonia. My only issue would be with some younger staff members at check in who I found to be a little disrespectful and dissmissive of my wife and I but it may have just been us. 9/10 for me. Be careful with showers because they all have bath tub showers which can be a hazard for older travellers..

Great hotel in a really good location for the old town, smart shops and railway station.

Fairly decent hotel. The rooms were decent, but the rooms were not soundproof. We were unable to sleep on most nights, especially on Friday night. Loud noises, cars, shouts , ambulances, sirens and car horns were constant until at least 3.00 am. I f you prefer to sleep at night, choose a different hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous. It is a bit out of the way from the historic center but that is exactly what we wanted. we had an early flight and needed something closer to the airport that had parking and dining. The restaurant was great. The grounds and the pool were pristine.

Lovely traditional building and room was very spacious with high ceilings and a comfy bed. Only stayed one night after a late flight into Bari so didn't get chance to see much of the hotel. Good breakfast in nice surroundings. On outskirts of Bari so would need a car if visiting the city.

The staff was very accommodating, gave us first floor no steps since we were handicapped. We had to get up early for a 6:30 AM flight, dinner only started at 7:30 which was too late for us so they made us sandwich’s and fruit at 6:00. The staff came on time to bring our luggage to the van that took us to the airport, no stress it was wonderful

The hotel is located directly on the highway. Has enough parking spaces so that you don't have to make a reservation. The rooms are a bit dated and I personally don't like the tiles in the room at all.... The view in the restaurant is very nice and makes the morning very pleasant. Super nice and comfortable room. The only inconvenience we had was that the location is bad unless you have a car. BUT, they offer free shuttle service to and from torre a mare station, and the trains are well functioning around the puglia area, so definitely use this service if you don’t plan on renting a car. The food is expensive for what you get, so we prefered to eat out in the city.

Hotel BARION is a clean hotel with an excellent breakfast offering local dishes and a big variety of food and drinks. Its location is remote and there is no public transport, strolling around is impossible and at your own risk. External amenities could be taken more care of (watering of flowers, outside cafe...). Reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, espresso was offered as soon as we finished the check-in. staff gave lots of helpful recommendations for Bari. rooms were serviced daily and professionally. The hotel owner made recommendation for a nearby restaurant and led us personally to it. very much appreciated - he didn't have to do it!
