Very friendly helpful staff, clean, strategic location

The hotel is good and the staff is gentle. The only problem is the soundproofing... you can hear everything (doors, toilet, conversations) from other rooms and the corridor.

This is an excellent 3* hotel. The room was spacious, included a kitchenette, extra charge for utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, along with somewhere to put your shampoo etc. This feature seems to be missing in a lot of hotels. A safe and plenty of storage space. I have been here before and saw than it was used by Trenitalia staff who night stop in Bari. That has to be a recommendation.

As the name suggest, Moderate hotel at good price. Housekeeping staff are good and co-operative.

Clean big rooms with a smal cooking facility. Good for the money. Ok light breakfast, nice people.

WiFi was good, location was really good the breakfast was good. However the floor was so bad in our room that after our showered our feet were black underneath from walking on the floor.

Needed to find an accommodation after some issue with our airbnb place. In Auditorium they had no problem to check us in during the night as we left from airbnb flat. Very nice stuff, lovely rooms with excellent cleanness! Breakfast was included, very tasty. Just the location is a bit far from citz centre, but if you want to visit other towns by bus or train, it can be also an advantage.

Being demolished shortly to make way for new apartments and it's got that air about it. That being said the rooms are clean and breakfast is fine. If you get it for a budget price like we did you can't have any complaints. Also be aware for some reason a taxi into town will cost 15 euros but coming back it'll only be 10. Work that one out.

Great place to stay. Very close to the sea. Rooms are big and comfy. The bathrooms small but ok and clean. Breakfest it's not exceptional but it's all right. Staff are polite and friendly. A great thing is that the hotel has a closed parking lot( Bari-Andria-Barletta is a very dangerous area, the cars are stolen often)

Close to the one of the biggest and most beautiful beach in the city. Spacey and clean rooms, although average standard. Ideal for low cost trip.

Hotel 7 Mari is located on the sea front close to the city Bari. However, if one wants to be within the city and do lots of shopping then the hotel is not recommended. A peaceful location. Service is as common to all hotels in Italy.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with 9 friends. The location is reasonably convenient though a bit far from the railway station. We where as couple, the room was clean,the bathroom was also very clean, the bed was comfortable. the only problem was that you could not open the main window at night, only a small window so there was not much of fresh air flow/ The staff was very helpful, also helped me to contact the car rental office. position of the hotel was perfect. we really enjoy our staying at the hotel.

In total we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was quiet small and didn't have a proper window, but besides that for a weekend trip everything was completely fine. The colleagues were very welcoming, speaking proper English (!!), the breakfast was extremely delicious and huge. The old town was within 10' walking distance, as well as the main train station.

Excellent location and extremely friendly helpful staff. And the breakfast was great. Only thing that wasn't ideal was the WiFi which cut out in our room but it worked fine on the ground floor.

The hotel has excellent quality/price ratio. Very clean and tidy. The team is very kind and helpful. Rooms are very fine for a 3 star hotel. The bathroom is also clean and has the basics. The location is excellent - very easy to access. Walls are not thin so you can enjoy silence and privacy. Breakfast also included.

Friendly staffs and walking distance to both train station and old town . They even provide disposable sleepers in the room, which is great. Wifi is very fast. Clean and spacious room and bathroom .

I stayed at the Hotel Cristal in February 2017. I enjoyed the location. It's an easy 10 minute walk to downtown or the old town. The railway station is a short walk away and around the corner is a fantastic pizzeria. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre but the cappuccinos and espressos were great. I usually had a couple before setting out. The rooms itself were OK...

We've been here for five days as a basketball team, at first sight from outside it doesnt seems much, but inside rooms are something else. Everything is new, the room is perfect with really good beds, nice details in a room, and a shower you wish you dont whant to go out. Neighborhood is quiet, and staff at the hotel are very nice and helpfull. All in all, def recommendation!

This was a clean inexpensive place to stay in an urgent situation. 50 euros a night is awesome. Beds were decently comfortable and we had a good night sleep. They were flexible around our check out time and staff spoke some English. Room was clean. They supplied soap and shampoo and lots of hot water. Only shower and no fridge or microwave. Free wifi when it's available which wasn't a lot of the time...

Great location, near train station and central are of the city. Near grocery shops and restaurants also very close to the old city and main shopping street of the town. The hotel is fairly basic, but the staff are helpful and friendly and those I dealt with spoke good English. It's very convenient for the railway station and the university. There's a car park just across the road but it's not open 24 hours. Parking in Bari is very difficult, so if you can do without it, driving is best avoided.

Visa residence is a great place to stay inside! We had a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and all the necessary stuff for a short stay. Staff are nice and friendly also responsive. This is a very surprising special hotel. Excellent service. Good location close to the airport and train (2nd stop) on train to foggia from Bari. Excellent rooftop restaurant. English spoken. Although only a few km from Airport we drove about 25 km to find it. Not hotels fault. We are diamond club members and staff did not understand some of the perks that we are allowed. Quick phone calls and staff thanked us for learning something new. Rooms are small by Canadian standards but bed very comfortable, dinner was great and the 1 Euro breakfast was incredible value ... and lots of choices...

We visited the Hotel for a social dinner of a conference. The location of the Murrat restaurant ist beautiful and offers a great view. Our menu was very fine and I would eat there again!
