Hotels in Bari

Breakfast is often complete chaos. Sometimes there are no cups for coffee, or you can't get an omelet because the staff member in charge is alone and seems overwhelmed. There are actually plenty of staff on site, but everything seems uncoordinated. In my opinion, there is a clear lack of good management here.

The hotel is fine, a little far from the center, at night it is a little unsafe, we did not have any problems

Only the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff are good. Very noisy room, breakfast with cake still to be defrosted...spa practically non-existent... Well...just barely enough...

Excellent place to stay and relax

Located 1km from Train Station, this hotel is an oasis in a rather degraded area. The lavish gardens, the spacious rooms and excellent service more than make up for the location. The hotel has a safe parking lot (€10/day), ideal for travellers travelling by car.

Checked in, registered Car Reg Number. Paid for 5 night stay, told at reception car park charges included. A week after returning home got letters demanding. for £300 for parking. Obviously something amiss, not very clear instructions regarding parking. Hope this can be resolved after contacting Hotel Manager.

The hotel currently has 4 stars, but in my opinion they are already "faded". Hotel partially renovated. I lived in a higher standard room with automatic air conditioning. Unfortunately the room didn't feel nice as the carpeting was terribly dirty and with lots of stains. The wardrobe was not closing properly. This hotel is ok and a safe bet if you are in a hurry. It's clean, not that expensive and fairly close to the historical center. It's a bit far (at foot) from the train station, which can be a problem in Summer. The breakfast will provide the quantity, but the quality is really low. The view from the restaurant is good. This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by small bill for recent snacks shop. Has big fresh cheese counter, frozen and fresh meals. Decent selection of cold drinks and good beer selection(warm).

Great hotel near the Old town, with good rooms and Breakfast, has its own underground Parking, which is important for traveling by car.

Great place to overnight before flying out the next day. Our room was ready early and the place was large & spotless. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our only complaint was some loud music and neighbors. But even this stopped by 10:00 p.m., so we slept well in a very comfortable bed.

Great hotel in great location. Easily accessible from the motorway. Close to both the airport and the port so is ideal for a stop before continuing the journey. Close to Bari airport. Nice hotel. Airport transfer service (punctual and comfortable). We were allowed to check in earlier than our arrival time, which was very nice! Dinner at the hotel was good value for money. Typical Italian hotel. Room size is ok! Good shower, but the shower area is cramped.

This was a really solid hotel. The rooms were super nice and the beds were also comfy, the bathrooms were clean. The service was alright, but one of the maids took my father's wedding ring, but the receptionists were really helpful. The location of it could be better, if it would be at the coast. One of the nicest, friendliest hotels that i have ever stayed in. Great food, service and beverages. Very friendly service, very fresh food, and busy which says it is popular. The hotel was close to the airport along with complement transportation to the airport. There is an outstanding pizzeria near by and the selection was great along with the quality. We stayed for one night to be near the airport to catch a very early flight in Bari.

It was a nice hotel! Breakfast was included in the bill and the staff was nice. The rooms were clean, though you can't help that the building is older. They've done well though!

Reasonably OK hotel, 2 minutes from train station. Very friendly and helpful staff but a few small irritations. AC in room only adequate, safe in room, but too small to hold tablet PC. Breakfast OK but chipped plates/bowls. Big room, good shower. Generally OK.

Clean & spacious room, doors & lights are interesting to get to work. No A/C can make for a hot room on select hotter days.

Very relaxing stay. Umbrellas were very generously spaced with some positions available on the rocks near the sea. Water is clean, although not as blue as in other parts of the coast south of Bari

Pool is super far from the rooms, opens with a ridiculous schedule, doesn't really have a beach as it looks like in the photos and has nothing nearby. If you want to be only surrounded by locals it might be a thing for you.

Cannot recommend Imago Plus enough. From the moment you enter your are welcomed by their wonderful staff. The bedrooms are stylish, comfortable, and large! Make sure to ask for recommendations as they staff will be sure to send you to somewhere you may not find just using the normal lists for Bari. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip here special. Cannot wait to come back.

Lovely hotel very well located in Bari. We used this as our starting point for our Puglia roadtrip. Rooms are very large with a seating area. Comfortable bed with outlets located nearby. Room contained a fridge and coffee machine. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Even gave us dinner recomendations. Very peaceful welcoming place to stay. We arrived tired and they gave us coffee and lovely music while we waited for our room. Recommended as a very sustainable hotel close to central Bari.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious with a vintage touch. The bathroom could have been a bit more modern though. The small breakfast was okay. 5 min walk away from the hotel is an attendant parking garage. 10 min walk away is the harbour/center.

Lovely little chic hotel. No fancy lobby. Large bedroom with beanbag chairs. This is an eco hotel as far as I could see. Staff very friendly & helpful. About 8 mins walk from the old town. Small breakfast area. Would stay here again.

Being demolished shortly to make way for new apartments and it's got that air about it. That being said the rooms are clean and breakfast is fine. If you get it for a budget price like we did you can't have any complaints. Also be aware for some reason a taxi into town will cost 15 euros but coming back it'll only be 10. Work that one out.

Great place to stay. Very close to the sea. Rooms are big and comfy. The bathrooms small but ok and clean. Breakfest it's not exceptional but it's all right. Staff are polite and friendly. A great thing is that the hotel has a closed parking lot( Bari-Andria-Barletta is a very dangerous area, the cars are stolen often)

Close to the one of the biggest and most beautiful beach in the city. Spacey and clean rooms, although average standard. Ideal for low cost trip.

Hotel 7 Mari is located on the sea front close to the city Bari. However, if one wants to be within the city and do lots of shopping then the hotel is not recommended. A peaceful location. Service is as common to all hotels in Italy.

I was there in 1996 for three months while my USNavy tugboat was being repaired and the staff and experience were the best! I think of this place often. I Love Bari!

This is an excellent 3* hotel. The room was spacious, included a kitchenette, extra charge for utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, along with somewhere to put your shampoo etc. This feature seems to be missing in a lot of hotels. A safe and plenty of storage space. I have been here before and saw than it was used by Trenitalia staff who night stop in Bari. That has to be a recommendation.

As the name suggest, Moderate hotel at good price. Housekeeping staff are good and co-operative.

Clean big rooms with a smal cooking facility. Good for the money. Ok light breakfast, nice people.

WiFi was good, location was really good the breakfast was good. However the floor was so bad in our room that after our showered our feet were black underneath from walking on the floor.

The hotel is good and the staff is gentle. The only problem is the soundproofing... you can hear everything (doors, toilet, conversations) from other rooms and the corridor.

Located in the very city center. Everything is in waking distance. Room had a balcony, a nice and large tv, a huge bathroom with everything one needs and a coffee maker. Staff was EXTRAORDINARY friendly and helpful, as I had a few special requests. Definitely a hotel I will come back to when in beautiful Bari

Great location, near train station and central are of the city. Near grocery shops and restaurants also very close to the old city and main shopping street of the town. The hotel staff were fantastic our rooms very comfortable. The breakfast the best. Made our trip wonderful. Could ask for more. The area at first a little scary but not when we start out. Very easy to get to see all of Bari. There are restaurants right next door that are great.

Airport hotel needs to have restaurant option open 24/7 for travellers. Shower and closet rod are too tall for short people.

Great Hotel & Fantastic location I stayed here a few months ago and it was really nice. I enjoyed the room & the decor. What does set this hotel a part though is the location. It is hypercentral and at the same time on the sea side, so really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in much better hotels for that price. The rooms were dated in decor and the amenities were average.

Recently renovated room with kind of a mid-century modern vibe. The room was large by European standards, the hotel staff was excellent. They do have a fine dining restaurant but there are plenty of other places in town that were more competitive. There is a small gym that was useful for me.

Great location on sea front with views to the town centre a 15 minute walk away. Hotel decor is very unusual as are the bedrooms - sort of 1960s meets art deco. Great dining room for breakfast and dinner - both excellent. Really nice staff. Housekeeping first class and lovely bed linen, towels etc. Small rooftop pool but it's heated. Best hotel in Bari.
