Amazing service. I checked in and requested for a late check out because of our flight timings and they made it work. The same day that flight got cancelled and I didn’t have a place to sleep but I called them and Ferdinanda was able to get me room very last minute. Can't fault this place due to the wonderful manger Sonia. My only issue would be with some younger staff members at check in who I found to be a little disrespectful and dissmissive of my wife and I but it may have just been us. 9/10 for me. We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year. Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area.

We spent just one night after landing in the very early morning at Bari Airport. We didn’t see much of the hotel itself, but… the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. I’ve traveled quite extensively around the world, and I’ve rarely experienced such an abundant and excellent breakfast. It alone makes the hotel worth staying at.

Wow, From arrival we were met with a very friendly lady. Check in was fast and friendly.Rooms are well designed and spacious. The shower was good, as were the amenities provided. Towels were large and absorbent. Breakfast was a very comprehensive spread and many staff made it even better. The pool was very nice. Overall a wonderful and happy experience. This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by small bill for recent snacks shop. Has big fresh cheese counter, frozen and fresh meals. Decent selection of cold drinks and good beer selection(warm).

Nice hotel at a nice price from my point of view, and out of the season. The room was quiet despite being on the roadside. The hotel is just aside the S.S road, practical to find, easy to move from. We stayed in this good hotel for a few days. The front desk staff- LUCIA & Rossalla are very helpful, professional and warm. They answered our questions with patience and were very knowledgable. Great hotel in a really good location for the old town, smart shops and railway station.

Fairly decent hotel. The rooms were decent, but the rooms were not soundproof. We were unable to sleep on most nights, especially on Friday night. Loud noises, cars, shouts , ambulances, sirens and car horns were constant until at least 3.00 am. I f you prefer to sleep at night, choose a different hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous. It is a bit out of the way from the historic center but that is exactly what we wanted. we had an early flight and needed something closer to the airport that had parking and dining. The restaurant was great. The grounds and the pool were pristine.

Lovely traditional building and room was very spacious with high ceilings and a comfy bed. Only stayed one night after a late flight into Bari so didn't get chance to see much of the hotel. Good breakfast in nice surroundings. On outskirts of Bari so would need a car if visiting the city.

Local hotel located just 5 km from the Bari airport. It serves and decent breakfast and to my delight offered gluten free bread (toast) and biscotte seche. There’s a great little restaurant just beside it. The rooms are large and spacious with a little balcony. The ocean is only a few blocks away. I would recommend this place if you have a flight the next day or just landed

We had a 2-floor room, the bed was up a very steep, winding staircase. While ok for us, this would not work for some travelers. There are restaurants/bars right outside our room on Roberto da Bari, and it was very loud at night. Overall, a satisfactory stay, but didn't compare to other rooms we stayed in throughout Italy. There is no breakfast nor any coffee offered with the room.
