I had an amazing experience here. The best part was the staff kindness and helpfulness, it was heartwarming. A true welcome to the south experience!
The hotel is in a great position, my room was big and with a comfortable bed. There are plenty of opportunities to find food and you are right in the city center

0 stars the big lady at the front desk whas not welcoming and not very nice. Asking her something and mid conversation changing her story whas very unpleasant. I hope she reads this and works on her additude. We left and booked another hotel Instead where we felt welcome.

The hotel is close to city center, walking distance from the old city. Provides good breakfast. The hotel has an elevator. On the hotel site, in the hotel amenities the parking is listed to be 100 m away, which implied that the hotel has parking. The hotel does not have a parking. We parked in a parking garage for 30 euro a day. We stayed for one night. At 8 am a housekeeper nocked and opened our door. I had to yell that the room was still occupied. Also, there is little noise insulation, you can here odd noises in the room - like toilet flush from a different room.

- Young receptionist was very professional and helpful with us
- Breakfast had a good selection of cakes/meats

- Noisy room (e.g. when next door has a shower), it sounded like an issue with the pipes in the wall
- No window in our room, but I can't complain because the room was a very reasonable rate

Amazing hotel near the city center (around 5 minutes to walk). Everything was clean and my room for Italy quite big.
The breakfast was also good with meanly sweet things but also a few salty things to choose from.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with 9 friends. The location is reasonably convenient though a bit far from the railway station. The room is spacious and clean but without much facilities like USB plugs and even kettle etc. However, the staff are very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist Francesca and Rosita who serves in the breakfast canteen, they always carry friendly smiles which make the guests feel welcome at all times.

The hotel is situated in the centre and you can reach the old city, most attractions, the restaurants, shops and also the seaside (lungomare) on foot. The staff are cordial, friendly and very helpful. Although we could communicate in Italian, they speak good English. The price includes a good breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, towels were changed every day. On the low side is the weak wi-fi signal, otherwise we were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

this hotel is absolutely awful! the rooms are not cleaned, the towels or sheets are not changed. it's the same cleaning woman who also takes care of breakfast. the breakfast is terrible, two types of salami and cheese and 3 croissants. there is no diversification. hot water is limited by a 5l boiler. if you have finished the water you have to wait 1 hour for hot water to come again. the heat is turned off every morning. and it was very cold in the room. the staff is very noisy, we stayed on the 1st floor and you could hear them screaming. this hotel was the worst experience of my life. I do not recommend you to come here. we stayed 3 nights and it was way too much. there is no spa or fitness room, and there is no restaurant. the bed moves if two people are leaning on it. as well as position, the hotel is well located, but you can certainly find other much better hotels in the area. this one is crappy and way too old.
