3 Night Stay - Perfect! I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and the service and communication were absolutely exceptional. I could not have wished for better hosts. The room and bathrooms were very clean, and were cleaned during the day while we were out each day we were there. Lovely room and a great host. The property was a walkable distance from the centre as well as very close to bus stops. The room was very spacious and clean, and the host was very helpful and friendly, even helping us order a taxi to get to our flights on time. Will definitely come again!
TL:DR - don't listen to the bad reviews, this is great place to stay, excellent price to quality ratio. Together with wife we first booked the hotel and then read the opinions, and there are quite few negatives here on google - loud neighbourhood, unpleasant owner, issues with check-in, mess in the rooms, etc.. A simple room with a bathroom, impeccably maintained and clean. Centrally located and great, it even had a small balcony. Marco's welcome was excellent. Great and close to everything! We stayed overnight in Bergamo to explore the city and do a day trip to Milan. Perfect place with distance to the train station, city center and buses. We can imagine staying here again with other couples.

Great option for a solo budget visit. Very close to the centre, good clean ground floor room and ensuite bathroom. The fridge with cold drinks available at decent prices was a great touch. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe and there was great service there too.
The accommodation is set close to the bus and train station and the centre of the new town, nearby there is a bus stop for the line running from the airport. The room was big enough and had everything you need including a hairdryer. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor with a fridge, where you can help yourself to a non-alcoholic drink or beer at 1 to 2.5 euros. Tea and coffee available...

When we arrived, we came together with one couple of friends who were having the flight later in the day. The landlord was not allowing them to enter, kept on explaining us we rented the apartment only for the 3 of us, our guests cannot enter. The price is excellent considering what you get. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful giving us any suggestions we wanted. There is a variety of fresh fruit for free. A free coffe machine and snacks. Would recommend to all my friends!

Lovely location for going around in Bergamo & coming from the airport. Using Bus 1 from the airport, a stop at Stazione Fermata 267 is a straight forward €3 trip. Once u get off at stop 267, it’s 8mins walk to the airport. Room was nice though the shower was as tiny for tall or large people, but the water pressure was fantastic.

The hotel is absolutely lovely! The biggest impression was definitely the staff!! Everyone at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, giving us great tips for getting around the city. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out without any problem, and they kindly called a taxi for us when we were heading to the train station. 10/10-highly recommended!
I liked the room with two windows, a comfortable bed, and shelves for clothes. The staff was helpful. What I didn't like: it was unclear how to turn off the light (if you turn off the light, all the electricity goes out and my phone won't charge). Also, the shower door was broken.

My stay was really pleasant and welcoming, the wonderful owners were so kind. I would recommend this lovely b&b for anyone coming to Bergamo and patients for the clinic of Dr Robotti, as it is only a few minutes away and within walking distance of a nice supermarket. The kitchen is super, it has all the essentials to feel at home and very clean.

I can certainly recommend this apartment! Good looking, well equiped and in great localization. For me it was a perfect spot for weekend trip with family. Also the host is a kind and reliable person.

Great apartment in great location - around 10 minutes on foot to both funiculare and train station. Going down from the upper Bergamo it was around 15 minutes. There is also a buss stop close by, so getting to the airport takes around 30 minutes. The host of the apartment is awesome (cheers Cesare!), he gave us a map of Bergamo and recommend some great spots to visit during our trip.
