Overall good stay. Great location and a large room. AC performance of the room could be better though.

Very well located. Walking distance to funiculaire to Alto Bergamo. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Airco highly appreciated. Downside: reception staff was not very friendly nor helpful.

Good location close to the rail and easy to get to Citta Alta. Room is a little dark. But good size and price. Helped me get a wall converter which I was glad they had for sale and at a decent price.

Conveniently located downtown. Clean. Decent breakfast. Competent reception desk personnel, speaking several foreign languages. Rooms on the top floor, being right under the roof, tend to get too warm, AC cannot really cope. The hot water flow fluctuating at rush hours.

The rooms are mostly well-sized, even though they lack enough light. It's always dark in there. Some on the 4th floor are tiny! The breakfast is by far the worst you can get in the area.

The location is great. Short distance to railwaystation, busses, shops and restaurants. The room was clean, but there was only two cardboard mugs. The decent glass would have been nicer. After cleaning only one mug was left for 2 person and only one towel as well. Nice stuff. They gave us a nice room and also taxiservice was arranged -thank you!

Great solution of automatic check-in, so it is possible to check-in after late flight. Late checkout and possiblity to leave the luggage afterwards. Friendly service. Nice room, although it would be nice to have a kettle in the room. Expensive breakfast.

Our stay was great and a fair price! The room is very nice and spacious for such a price. Would just change the food options since I ate a frozen pasta that was horrible.

This is a lovely hotel situated in easy reach of everything you might want to do in Bergamo. A bus stop on either side of street for ease of getting to and from airport. You are also within 15 min walk to the entrance of cable car to old town.

I had the best night sleep in this hotel after landing in Milan. My flight was cancelled and the wonderful Agnese in reception was able to accommodate my needs without any issues. Location is perfect too, only a 20 min bus ride from the airport. The bus stop it’s very close to the hotel too. Can’t recommend enough!

It's a little palace just off one of the main streets - far enough so you can't hear noise, near enough to be a 2 minute stroll. The rooms are big and really nicely done up, with a smart and big en suite bathroom. A really good breakfast is served at a time you choose. Positive: central location, easily accessible from Bergamo airport, very close to the train station and bus stop. Clean and cozy hotel, very good varied breakfast. Nice bathroom, comfortable mattress. Negative: the twin beds are very narrow (80cm). The view of the road (room 302). The towels were changed when we had not asked for it, nor put on the floor.

About a half block from the Bergamo train station - an easy walk even with heavy suitcases. The rooms are well laid out, the front desk is very helpful, and the bathroom is spacious. It was an excellent recommendation.

Great location and helpful personnel. Our room was placed on the first floor, behind the hotel, in a kind of patio. The room and the bath were almost in the dark. It was very nice, the hotel is located in the old city in Bergamo. You can take the bus number 1 from the airport and go to the hotel, there was only 5 min walk after taking off the bus. The room was nice and clean.

Never felt more welcome. We decided last minute in the middle of July to stay in Bergamo and called ahead to check availability. Irene from La Castellana gave us an Appartement in the city and made us feel so very welcome. The apartment was in an old building great for genuine experience as well as within walking distance to Citta Alta. We can not recommend this highly enough!

Gombit Hotel is an excellent to experience Bergamo - located in the center of the city, walking distance to all attractions and local shops. If you visit Bergamo old town this is the place to stay. No contest. Breakfast in your room. Huge rooms with comfortable couches and dining table. Close to everything. The staff was kind helpful and super conscious of being environmentally sound.

Uniquely styled and fun hotel in the heart of Citta Alta. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Having available garage parking was also an exceptional bonus considering the limited parking available for the area.

The Gombit Hotel, 100 yards from Piazza Vecchia in Citta Alta, was fantastic! The location, service, comfort, and value were all outstanding. We would definitely stay there again!
