Attention!!! Pool working hours till 7 pm. When you come back from a hot day and you expect to use the swimming pool, the staff comes and says will be close to the pool… But the receptionist's service was great. I can give you more than 4 stars, everything is great except the swimming pool working hours. This is sad By the way, I missed the recycling trash box..

A hotel in a hyper quiet village - good hotel restaurant but only one other in the village. Wonderful views across the valley including Perugia and Assisi

Room we’ve had was a bit small but beside that it has all you need. Very friendly service and the location is perfect, its a small fort or castle type villages and you can see very far away and plan where to go.

Great view, clean rooms and the owner is a very nice lady. However no private parking and an ice cold small pool. Would still recommend cause of the amazing view

What a wonderful location, hotel and region. Perfect for a quiet relaxing break. A car is very helpful as the town is sleepy - which was perfect for what we wanted. The staff - to name a few, Christian, Andrea were excellent. Infact, they were all wonderfully attentive and made our few days very comfortable.

Brilliant location near the airport, Assisi, Perugia. Breathtaking views. The restaurant is superb Nd serves wonderful local cuisine. The breakfast is sumptuous, especially the range of baked products. Sprkling clean! Staff were great, friendly and happy to oblige. They provided many extras like finding a yoga mat.

Historic building in the center of Bettona, beautiful rooms with classic and spacious furnishings. Not very comfortable bed, elevator not running and no air conditioning.

We stayed two nights in a clean and welcoming room, celebrating New Year's Eve with a tasty dinner at the Osteria Straccaganasse. Honest prices and warm and discreet welcome. We will return willingly and highly recommend it with the most sincere congratulations to Silvano and Roberta. Keep it up! Stefania

I had a great time. Large and comfortable room for my family of two adults and two girls. Rest is assured and the reception was exceptional. Bettona in its small way is magnificent and the air that is breathed and sparkling. Many thanks to Silvano and Roberta the owners of the B&B.

The hotel is in the main street of Bettona. It's very easy to arrive there but it's a bit difficult to find a parking place for a car, expecially in the night. Hotel is clean and rooms are very comfortable and quiet. It's a special place to spend some night in the area. Breakfast is so good that Mrs Robert's special sweet cakes (typical for any Italian guest) will be unforgettable. Liked it

Great place, although quite a distance from the town center. Excellent food, very nice rooms, pool, great staff!!!

All in all more then worth the money we paid... The place situated among an olive Grove over a huge area of greens and country feeling. The rooms are OK and the service fine. The breakfast (not included) is rich (comparing to a regular Italian breakfast). The views are just AMAZING and a lot of old and charming towns at the area. The place is beautiful in nature and the views are wonderful. The restaurant was good and the service was smooth. We booked an apartment that was beautiful and spacious. To our disappointment, the remote control of the air conditioning in the apartment had been taken away (saving electricity?) and there was a sign on the wall stating that we should pay €6 more per day for the heating. The villa is very nice but not in a good condition, a lot needs to be repaired (dishwasher, broken shower, no hot water in a bathroom,...). Traffic noise is a real nuisance, especially at night. In some of the bedrooms it is therefore not possible to open the windows at night. The pool is gorgeous and makes up for a lot. In the end we had to swallow hard when we received a bill for additional costs...

Fantastic place in the nature and in the Umbrian countryside. Villa restored respecting the regional tradition. Then Umbria is an enchanting place.

Great hospitality and excellent service

Great villa for 12 pax. We were there with 2 families, 6 school children, they had a blast in all the different chambers and the huge yard. Beware: pool is closed during Nov-mid may.

Quite nice accomodation. We went there with kids aged 5-10. For them, however, the available facilities are limited. You should also like dogs. They are present everywhere. No issue for us though. The view is very nice heading to Assisi.

Super value for money. All clean, very helpful and kind managers, 0 km breakfast (super tarts). We had a great time. You can also find their very good products at 0 km for sale (the red "Burlone" wine is really good !!!)

I came with my daughter and my wife in 2005; the house is splendid, especially for the library kindly granted to us by the owner. A breathtaking landscape to the eye and at night Assisi shines in front of it. All very nice and I plan to go back.

After at Easter 2018 with family. All great. Chiara, the owner, very helpful and delighted us with delicious breakfasts. Very Clean. Quiet. Ideal location for visiting Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Foligno, Lake Trasimeno, etc. Bettona very pleasant. All perfect. I recommend it.
