Beautifully refurbished and well-appointed apartments. Located in a quiet location near Torgiano. Very clean, delicious breakfast and good beds. An absolute must!

The villa is very nice but not in a good condition, a lot needs to be repaired (dishwasher, broken shower, no hot water in a bathroom,...). Traffic noise is a real nuisance, especially at night. In some of the bedrooms it is therefore not possible to open the windows at night. The pool is gorgeous and makes up for a lot. In the end we had to swallow hard when we received a bill for additional costs...

Great villa for 12 pax. We were there with 2 families, 6 school children, they had a blast in all the different chambers and the huge yard. Beware: pool is closed during Nov-mid may.

I came with my daughter and my wife in 2005; the house is splendid, especially for the library kindly granted to us by the owner. A breathtaking landscape to the eye and at night Assisi shines in front of it. All very nice and I plan to go back.

The hotel is in the main street of Bettona. It's very easy to arrive there but it's a bit difficult to find a parking place for a car, expecially in the night. Hotel is clean and rooms are very comfortable and quiet. It's a special place to spend some night in the area. I have been going to this business for some time, but I only enjoy the restaurant. The dining room has a huge fireplace equipped with side seating. It is very pleasant, in winter, to dine with the fire behind. The cuisine is simple, typical Umbrian and well prepared. You can also enjoy an excellent pizza. The value for money is good.

All in all more then worth the money we paid... The place situated among an olive Grove over a huge area of greens and country feeling. The rooms are OK and the service fine. The breakfast (not included) is rich (comparing to a regular Italian breakfast). The views are just AMAZING and a lot of old and charming towns at the area.
