Best and beautiful place for trip. Friendly staf. Everything Top 🔝
A wonderful place to relax with your family and small company. You can visit the lounge area with pool and jacuzzi. You can also go cycling in the surroundings.
Everything was ok but my room had a strong smell of cigar!

Amazing resort! Excellent overall experience - attentative staff, lovely rooms, beautiful pool and spa areas and very clean and well kept! If I could change 2 minor things - there was no outside / al fresco dining. We love having dinner on a terrace in the summer but bith restaurants were inside only. Wifi could be stronger but it did not impact the stay at all!
Borgobrufa Spa Resort is an amazing experience and my favorite getaway so far! This quaint hotel is in the middle of Umbria in the country tucked away in a secluded place with beauty, peace, and tranquility. The views are spectacular, the service from the staff completely exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. One of the restaurant managers, Mimmo, went out of his...
I had the pleasure of staying at Borgobrufa recently. What makes this property a stand out amongst others is it is modern *adult only* luxury resort with a Michelin restaurant, located 20 minutes between the ancient towns of Perugia and Assisi. This resort features a fantastic spa area with multiple sauna and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, and unique salt cave. We were warmly greeted...
A really outstanding adults only spa hotel, conveniently located for day trips to Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio. We enjoyed dinner in both the restaurants, one of which was awarded a Michelin star last year. But what makes this hotel stand out is the customer service. The staff made...

Where do you start when your total experiences so perfect. The rooms are immaculate and well designed with particulars for every taste, including built-in Jacuzzis and also swimming pools in the room are available basically unbelievable. Lovely rooms, setting and service . First class tranquility and authentic Italian village experience
Very nice little hotel in the historic centre of this ancient hilltop town with very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Comfortable air conditioned rooms. Nice pool. Not easy to find - allow plenty of time . (Drive through the enormous wooden gates of the old town to access the main square. ) I was not pleased that the menu was accessible only by a QR code on a smart phone. Not everyone has...
Attention!!! Pool working hours till 7 pm. When you come back from a hot day and you expect to use the swimming pool, the staff comes and says will be close to the pool… But the receptionist's service was great. I can give you more than 4 stars, everything is great except the swimming pool working hours. This is sad By the way, I missed the recycling trash box..
The hotel is located in a rather desolate village where there is nothing. So you have to rely on their restaurant for dinner and that was very disappointing. Not refined and often cold when served. We always had to wait a very long time. The room was quite spacious but in need of renovation and could use some sprucing up. I had a view of the walls. You have a nice view from the terrace, but that's...
We had a short stay with the children and it was truly a nice experience.... Relaxation, good food and courtesy are the masters... plentiful and quality dinner with half board... not to mention the breakfast... top friendly and professional waiter from Ischia...very strong...see you soon
We had a unique experience, room 210 from 20 to 23 May, a historic Relais with truly unique rooms in a medieval but modern style, clean, friendly, simple staff available for all your requests, spacious and clean room, good shower. The waiter on Thursday morning was really kind like the waitress the days before. Excellent welcome. The dinner lived up to expectations, the view and location were breathtaking...
Brilliant location near the airport, Assisi, Perugia. Breathtaking views. The restaurant is superb Nd serves wonderful local cuisine. The breakfast is sumptuous, especially the range of baked products. Sprkling clean! Staff were great, friendly and happy to oblige. They provided many extras like finding a yoga mat.

The structure is located in an excellent position and surrounded by greenery, very pleasant in the evening. There is also a swimming pool that you can use without a surcharge. Quiet environment, very pleasant location, kind staff, but the road to get to the parking lot is unsightly and dangerous, it would be enough to pave it
I have been going to this business for some time, but I only enjoy the restaurant. The dining room has a huge fireplace equipped with side seating. It is very pleasant, in winter, to dine with the fire behind. The cuisine is simple, typical Umbrian and well prepared. You can also enjoy an excellent pizza. The value for money is good.

Small and quaint accommodation establishment located right outside Perugia, in a quiet setting with beautiful surroundings and views. Breakfast was very good and staff were very nice and helpful. The only drawback is that since it is an old building, there is no lift. For the rest, I would definitely recommend for those staying at Perugia.
Beautiful location a stone's throw from Perugia Excellent welcome There are 4 of us and they reserve us a very nice mini apartment with kitchen. Excellent breakfast with different options for all tastes. A few kilometers from the center is this little corner of paradise. Very well-kept and welcoming location, suitable for spending relaxing days. In addition, the restaurant is also to be commended, tagliatelle with truffles and tagliata very well prepared.
What can I say ... excellent location, a stone's throw from Perugia and Ponte San Giovanni, clean structure, very nice, comfortable and clean apartment, you can eat in the structure because there is a restaurant (we did not use it, we preferred to eat around x Umbria), a beautiful swimming pool with a wonderful view and a small bar for quick aperitifs ... kind staff ... the only flaw, the pool is a...

The house has a history of 1600 years. Italy is such a magical place. The room is very large and the ceilings are very high. It is very comfortable to live in. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
We booked this property based on the positive reviews. This historic residence dates back to the 14th century and is strategically located for visiting Assisi, Spello, and Rasiglia. The room is antique-style and clean, but we weren't impressed with the bed or the restaurant. We had a huge family suite in this fabulous old building. The breakfast was delicious, everything fresh and tasty. The receptionist was exceptional, extremely helpful and welcoming. It is vet conveniently located, with easy parking outside. Recommended
This a fantastic 13th century former castle near the airport (5 mins) reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic and one has just said taxi's are too expensive and is going to take us to the airport. That is real excellent service

We areived past the 10pm check in and they stayed for us which was great. The room was nice and the bed was comfy, but the air-con didnt work so was a very warm and uncomfortable first night in Italy. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
The hotel is easy to reach and has it’s own in-house parking. The outdoor recreation area and the pool area are exceptional. Pls consider that the area is used for weddings having an impact on your personal freedom as hotel guest. Otherwise the spot is an excellent choice.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Lovely property with a large, clean room.
Breakfast fantastic, bettered only by the evening menu. The food was delicious.
Not so good… Pool area having wedding decorations from 10 year ago, at least it looks like it. Everything is just old and not in good way, just no any maintenance at all. One of the best hotel in Perugia at affordable prices, I really enjoyed my stay and its well connected to historic center of Perugia and central train and bus station. Definitely will come again 😉 thank you so much
Very nice hotel. Old fashioned in a nice way. Staff are friendly. Excellent breakfast.
Convenient location, with an internal restaurant (the days I stayed it was closed for holidays), clean, attentive and courteous staff. It can be a very good accommodation to stay overnight in Perugia. The room was not very big but equipped with all the necessary comforts.
If you don't mind stepping back in time without any particular old-world charm, you'll be fine because this hotel offers good service (cleanliness, quality breakfast, and perfect maintenance). But hey, you have to like carpets on the stairs, cramped elevators, dark furniture, etc. At the same time, it's not a surprise, the photos speak for themselves.
We chose this hotel for our stay in Perugia because it is one of the few with parking, which is essential .... it is also 1 km from the escalators ... a walk in short ... also pleasant on these summer evenings. The place is certainly vintage but very clean and the staff is very attentive and kind, always ready to satisfy the needs of the guests, the restaurant where we had dinner upon our arrival,...
The hotel has a good location. It is not in the center but all in all it is easily reachable. The staff at the reception is friendly. The room was clean even if the shower slide did not work. A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Incredibly beautiful 18 room hotel (converted from castle) in super picturesque setting. Staff was extra helpful (and English speaking). Included breakfast was very good, dinner was exceptional.
The hotel & grounds were outstanding. Our room was lovely and the pool was perfect in the hot weather. However, the overall experience did have a small disappointment which tarnished our impression. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary & wanted to eat at the restaurant only to be told...
We had the most amazing time and stay at the Castello and wished we stayed longer! Just to say we actually slept in a real castle is incredible!! The grounds and castle itself was amazing with so much to see. They had a great pool with hot tubs and the view of Peruigia from the pool and deck areas was stunning! The restaurant on property was also top notch and service was excellent.
This was my happy place. Just incredible to stay in a 14th century castle were the Templers lived. Just outside of Perugia. The inside and outside will blow your mind. The breakfast and staff were fabulous. Beautiful views, you name it. It had it all.
It was cute and pretty old castle hotel! I loved their estate and food. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were very nice and helpful. Their pretzel+croissant was my favorite!
Absolutely gorgeous places, and wonderful staff. Still only 4 out of 5, because we suffered both nights a lot from the noise of our neighbors above; sleeping was possible only with ear plugs. We had a panoramic room (i.e., a rather expensive category), and still the noise isolation was almost non-existant. We would happily return, but inquire beforehand about a room with no noise problems.

I'd like to point out that I have no interest in giving this property a positive review. My group (26 of us) was supposed to stay at another property that was overbooked, and I found this one available. The property is dated but has all the...
From the reviews I'd read, I expected worse. Overall, the hotel isn't bad; it's large and in a good location for visiting Umbria's towns. The room was large and clean. Breakfast could definitely be improved.

The service and breakfast were both good. It was not too far from the station, so it was within walking distance. And they gave me welcome chocolates as a service, which was very impressive.

Convenient but a bit tired. Convenient for station early check in was helpful, staff efficient and pleasant. Room was rather tired. Several things broken and in need of attention in bathroom. Broken shower door, leaking shower head and cracked shower tray. Loose toilet seat. Suitcase stand also broken.
Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay. Tip: Check the rooms before assigning them.
It's understandable considering the price, but the room wasn't as bright as it looked in the photos. I had to go somewhere else for one night during my stay, so I split my stay into two separate rooms. Chosen for one night, passing through, given the privileged position at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Extremely far from a four star - the furnishings of the room are truly disheartening - it also has numerous deficiencies in cleanliness, a detail that has nothing to do with the age of the property, perhaps more with excessively distracted management. Sin!
Strong point: the location right at the beginning of the very convenient pedestrian area. Weak points are the breakfast (the choice doesn't expand much) and the lack of a shower tray (bathtub) in the room. The structure and furnishings are very dated. Fair price.

This hotel would greatly benefit from renovation. It's old. Breakfast was ok. The location is good. The very helpful front desk people said you can go to Perugia on foot, but the climb is quite steep. As an alternative driving to the closest parking is about 5 minutes.

Romms are vey very standad. Breakfast is good, I found that a 3 or 4 stars in Italy are just a matter of price but not quality. For me, it needs a lot of repairs and improvement details to be a 4 star. Air conditionning was not working.
