Hospitality, kindness and helpfulness. Awesome room, clean and comfortable. The position was perfect to explore the surroundings, a short car ride from the main cities and beauties of Umbria.

The food was very nice, especially the rabbit and pizza! And really kind staff, plus the food came out pretty much instantly!

I went there for a work reunion dinner before Christmas and found it very friendly and welcoming, the building was pleasant and comfortably lit, the service was good, but sometimes lacking a little professionalism. The food was good although the pizza I got was not hot enough. All in all I would go back. price/quality was good.

We stayed with Elena in late July. Nothing more familiar. We were welcomed as if we were at home. The apartment is very nice and she is always very available for any information. Completely in the countryside it is a wonderful experience for children (there are some very sweet donkeys).

I travel with my family to visit Umbria. The lime tree house was a nice surprise. Structure with beautiful large and comfortable rooms. Impeccable cleaning. The central location allows you to easily reach many Umbrian towns. Excellent breakfast with an extra touch given by the homemade cakes. The owner, Elena, very kind and helpful.

Elena is a super host! The property is located in a quiet area, the rooms are made in fully renovated farmhouses. Hearty breakfast and very comfortable beds. 2 types of pillows are provided per person. We will definitely be back !!!

Clean apartment corresponding to the photos seen from the site and favorable as a location for visiting villages such as Bevagna, Spello, Rasiglia, Assisi. Mrs. Maria very helpful in providing us with information and very kind in making us find delicious sweets made by her.

There are three of us and we took an apartment with bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, corridor and terrace with balcony. Super clean and large rooms, super welcoming managers left us the house treats and drinks, the place is quite cheap so I recommend it :)

Agriturismo Rondini has a beautiful swimming pool in its yard. It was too bad that my wife and I could not enjoy playing in the pool because of thr weather. It was still good sitting outside drinking Montefalco wine. Luisa, the manager, was so nice and attentive. Great place to stay in!
