Wonderful experience overall. We booked a panorama room and got a free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. The spa complex is very innovative and enjoyable. The staff has been very pleasant as well. 10/10.

Absolutely brilliant hotel! If you wanna relax in quiet place with excellent facilities, this hotel will be the best choice. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Absolutely stunning resort! We wanted a relaxing spot after a bike tour in southern Italy. We also wanted to be around more Italians than Americans and this was the perfect spot. The rooms are large, serene and clean. The grounds are expansive and beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed a luxurious massage not together because they were booked. So plan accordingly! It was the discovery of this summer in Umbria. My special place in Brufa. The swimming pool and the hostess will be two excellent reasons to return.

A pleasant surprise, Arabella and Benedetta were excellent hosts, a relaxing environment, excellent meals with desserts prepared directly by them, the pool is a notable plus. We will not fail to return. Recommended to our friends

Excellent B&B with attention to all details. Excellent breakfast and cleanliness. Unfortunately we were not able to use the swimming pool because, although we wanted to swim while it was raining, it was forbidden to us on the basis of a regulation that was neither presented nor made to sign. Great disappointment for the girls who had chosen the right place for the pleasure of a dip in the pool.

I attended a birthday organized in this structure. The garden with the barbecues is beautiful, organized and fresh. I assign only 4 stars not having stayed in the structure.

If it were possible I would put 6 stars .... The structure, the position, the availability and the kindness of Leonardo and his family. The structure is a two-room apartment with bathroom, independent from the owners' house. Small patio for outdoor dining. Full kitchen, new, with everything you need. It is very clean, it is very quiet, nothing is missing. There is a fenced parking space, a microwave, a washing machine, a large fridge, etc. etc ... Ideal for one night as well as for long periods

A wonderful stay made such by a very sweet couple, the zinnoni! Two cute and playful cats that make great company even if not at all intrusive.

The house is colorful and from the windows you can see the Umbrian green !!! The house is very convenient to reach all the tourist destinations including Trasimeno / Perugia / Assisi. What a great place! This Boutique hotel is all you can dream, stylish, cozy, peacefull. In the middle of nowhere and newr to all you can think to visit! Perugia, assisi, winery, olive oil farm, all minutes away!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 wonderful nights and we love it. It is extremely quite, the staff is so very friendly and accommodating and the views are spectacular. Definitely a big hotel room and bath for Europe and everything is upscale. The bed and pillows - and towels - are very comfortable. Good restaurant. Great that they have menu options for children which many Italian restaurants lack. Food and wine were good. Only minor point is that the pasta Carbonara was too salted and I eat pretty salty myself. Interior is nice too as well as the service. Recommended.

Stopped in for lunch with no reservation and we were lucky to be seated because in 20 minutes the place was full.It’s little wonder. The food is local and terrific and the menu was varied. Most people dress smartly for lunch and take their time. Service is friendly and efficient. Decide early between an appetizer or dessert - you probably can’t do both.

Fabulous! This is officially our favorite restaurant in all of Italy. We arrived an hour before they opened on a Sunday but instead of being turned away we were allowed to sit in a lovely area where we were given a basket of complimentary appetizers (tempura vegetables and homemade potato chips) and allowed to order beverages.
