This hotel was one of 4 booked through the same travel agency for the same trip but was somehow the only one that didn’t get the reservation right. I booked a room with two beds and was given one bed. Upon check-in, I was notified that they were sold out and no other rooms were available. To their credit, they separated the single bed into two twins which worked fine but it delayed check-in by a while waiting for them to change it. The room was still small and cramped and the key worked about half the time. The included breakfast was perhaps the only redeeming quality - and a necessity since this place is so far off the beaten path and there is nothing nearby. It’s nearly an hour bus ride to the train station and transport options are dismal otherwise.

We spend one week here and it was amazing. The staff is so so so friendly! The pool area is great and clean. The breakfast was good! You can easily take the bus to the city center and take a taxi back to the hotel when it gets late.
A taxi to the city center is around 17-20€.
Price/quality is perfect.

The hotel environment is nice, inside is beautiful but some of the the worker's are not keeping to regulations, e.g. i asked of resting for 3 hours' before my event the lady receptionist charged me 90Euros why a full day is 100Euro, what is the difference? i strongly believe that the management are not aware of it. meanwhile their dishes are ok 👌

Beautiful hotel! Made our stay in Bologna great. Breakfeast, the room (we had superior room), and the pool facilities were also super. Only drawback is the distance to the city center, which was an issue at night, were no busses were going in that area. But really good hotel :-)

Had a day to kill in Bologna between my cruise and my flight. Enjoyed the pool & lunch formula. I like that they keep a short number of entries so the place stays nice and calm.

the hotel is 15 minutes from the center of bologna, so it is quite close.
the staff is polite and pleasant.
the rooms are also nice and in line with the price.
breakfast is abundant and very nice.
the swimming pool is wonderful, as is the place for walking around the hotel.
a true oasis of peace.

This is fairly nice property for the price that we paid. I would love to give 4 stars but a few things made me give 3 stars. The rooms are a little tired and also the aircon is set at 21c and it feels warmer than that.
Also, my wife had a rather poor experience when she was given a glass of wine in a dirty plastic glass when she requested a clean glass the guy muttered in italian and then returned with a proper glass which he then slammed down on the table walked walked angrily away. Very strange.
The pool area is a nice addition to the property and the breakfast is decent . They do charge for certain items but there is plenty that is included.
We had dinner at the hotel and it was also OK.

I was there for one night only. The place is however an interesting location for events, congresses and meetings.

Even though the rooms, facilitets and placement of the hotel is fine, there is still reasoning for the 2 star review. Breakfast.
People have already paid for their breakfast, so they expect it to be up to quality. When you then force customers to pay additionally for “higher quality options”, such as fresh juice, pancakes and the likes, the overall experience becomes dreadful.
Besides that, the options in the buffet were not even stored correctly, yoghurt was Lukewarm at best, same with cold cuts and cheeses. One of the worst breakfast experiences i have ever had in what was otherwise a fine hotel experience, but more is definetely expected from a “4 star hotel”. Do better.
