Perfect stay. Great rooms with new decor. Spa is also nice, except the hot tub which was cold. Diner and breakfast were also very good. Free bike rental and near a beautiful cycling route in the valley.

Very nice hotel, close to all kinds of hikes, also close to Corona 20min drive. Amazing price for clean rooms, pet friendly to big dogs, prepared pillow and bowls for our dog. Nice view, good location. Breakfast could have been better, no vegetable server and scrambled eggs were little sweet..

Cortina lodging was way out of our budget so this worked out perfectly. Rooms are clean, food was good and location was great for access to hiking trails. Would stay again when we return.

We didn't want to spend a lot in the mountains so this was the best value place. Given the price it was comfortable, clean and helpful staff. The spa is basic but a nice touch.

Stayed at 5 similarly priced hotels across Italy and this was the best one. Rooms were modern and sleek with a balcony looking at Mount Antelao. Spa was great - booked a massage very short notice after a strenuous hike of Tre Cime. Staff very helpful and spoke English for the most part. Excellent breakfast. Parking easy. Really a high quality stay.

Stayed for a week mid February. Booked a main hotel quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 kids. To be fair room a bit too cozy for 4 people so after a first night asked to be moved to the apartment residence which is part of the hotel and about 200 m down the road. Apartment is much more suitable for a family we have a separate bedroom a kitchen corner with fridge and hob, generally much more space. Booked...

This hotel falls short on what they offer in their website. The rooms are old fashioned with signs of deterioration. In the rooms for four people they provide bunk beds which in my room were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness can be improved. The location is nice and the staff is kind and provides good service.

A very nice place to restore the body and the mind. Hotel staff is outstanding. Very kind and always available. The restaurant offers a very high level of food and if you have special need, simply ask! Finally, big surprise. Every night live music! Piano man and singers that offers a wide range of good music. I'll be there again for sure!!!

The breakfast was great and delicious. There was a good variety of food. The choices were fresh and there was a lot to choose from. We even had fresh fruit.

Yes, overall it was not bad, but I'm sorry but it has nothing of 3 stars, I would say 2. It seemed more like a family-run b & b, very kind but there were 3 in the whole hotel, the owner was a bit of a jack-of-all-trades.

Despite hotel is quite old, it has magic of 1920s and I like that atmosphere, especially saloon and its furniture. Wellness part of the hotel is also very nice.

Excellent hotel in a good location. The service was great and the restaurant breakfast/dinner experience was very nice with good food. We were served by Giovanni who was lovely, attentive and made the dining experience very pleasant. It was a tad expensive for the small room size (basic, €219 per night) where we could barely squeeze around the bed periphery once our suitcases were laid out… if space is a huge concern for you, superior is much better. but the free afternoon snack made up for it. They were basically a selection of the sweet / savoury pastries & cakes from the Pasticceria, absolute life saver when most restaurants...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We loved that this hotel was conveniently located, only 15 minutes away from Cortina. Supermarket and pharmacy down the same block. Breakfast was amazing, with warm food options like eggs and bacon! Brioche was soft, super delicious. Staffs are very friendly, rooms are kept very clean as well. Overall amazing experience! Fiori is conveniently located a short drive away to the town of Cortina and the trailheads of a number of hikes in the Dolomites (tre cime, Lagazuoi, lake Sorapis and lake Braies). The staff at Fiori welcomed us beautifully into their hotel – which was a well-balanced mix of luxury and mountain hut vibes, perfectly blending in with the surroundings. We were extremely lucky to be upgraded to a room with jacuzzi bath, sauna and shower steam room - without a doubt the nicest room we have ever stayed in! The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast tasty. Shame it doesn't offer dinner.

We used this hotel as a base for skiing in Cortina and it worked perfectly. We were able to park on site and then walk to local restaurants. There is a supermarket and pharmacy next door. Wonderful accommodation, service, and location! Fun and friendly desk staff/management and tasty breakfast options. Location is in the center of everything, with the slightest drawback that the noise of the main road is just outside. A small price to pay in exchange for the excellent location, since the road quiets down at night.

Hotel located near the church in the city center, a few kilometers from Cortina. Run by wonderful people, with an absolute cordiality. Rooms always clean, great food. I highly recommend it for a peaceful stay in San Vito.

We stayed in a group of 4 families with children one night in this hotel ... We were welcomed inside a real family ... Exquisite kind and caring people, delicious homemade food and super abundant dishes, excellent breakfast. Our only regret is not having had the chance to stay longer ... Super cuisine...very good and plentiful...Breakfast with choices of 3 or 4 homemade cakes in addition to the rest...homemade bread like most of the products served...Giulia and Sara have always been the owners available for every request for our baby...always super polite with a smile and super kind. Right outside San Vito. Beautiful, panoramic and quiet location. We are greeted by the smiling and friendly owner. Room spacious and comfortable enough, but maybe it needs a little makeover to be a 5 star place. The breakfast instead deserves 6 stars because it is excellent and plentiful.

Good hotel if looking to save some money. Rooms are spacious. Downside is that the rooms are quite noisy in the mornings and evenings, but quiet during the midnight hours- I suppose this is expected with a hotel of this size. However, never heard any plumbing. I'd say a fair ranking is a 3.5 stars. Overall pretty good hotel and fair price to quality ratio.

Greath hotel in the heart of Dolomites

The hotel is family owned, and they really make enormous effort to give great service. The breakfast and the restaurant are very good for the price and they really know their way around town and around the soroundings. Rooms where always clean and everything worked perfectly, it's an old building but it's gorgeous and well maintained. Location is perfect and quiet.

We only stayed here one night before embarking on a hiking trip in the area. The hotel was great for that. The shower situation was a little odd, but breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Great value if you want to ski or hike in cortina. Check in times are very strict and nobody will open if you arrive before/after. We arrived at 5pm (check was in 5:30 and we had to make time until somebody arrived). Apart from that rooms were sparkles, quiet, warm and breakfast was lovely too.
