Stayed for a week mid February. Booked a main hotel quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 kids. To be fair room a bit too cozy for 4 people so after a first night asked to be moved to the apartment residence which is part of the hotel and about 200 m down the road. I traveled solo to the Dolomites for trekking. Of the three accommodations I stayed at (Cortina d'Ampezzo and Ortisei), this was by far the best. Great hotel that has that old world charm. You can just imagine it is 1940 from the vintage look but still very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet was ok. Hot food isn’t good. Cold breakfast part is good. Most days the room is cleaned well but one day the room’s floor obviously was not swept.

Stayed at 5 similarly priced hotels across Italy and this was the best one. Rooms were modern and sleek with a balcony looking at Mount Antelao. Spa was great - booked a massage very short notice after a strenuous hike of Tre Cime. Staff very helpful and spoke English for the most part. Excellent breakfast. Parking easy. Yes, overall it was not bad, but I'm sorry but it has nothing of 3 stars, I would say 2. It seemed more like a family-run b & b, very kind but there were 3 in the whole hotel, the owner was a bit of a jack-of-all-trades.

The host is very friendly and has a good breakfast, lacks for the fruit but besides that it's a good place to stay while in Cortina

We spent 5 nights in this hotel and were very pleased. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was spacious and the breakfast was plentiful. Very clean and comfortable environment. Excellent location to easily reach the town center on foot. We will definitely be back. This hotel is absolutely amazing. Very kind staff. The person that presented us the hotel, Mrs Loretta, was extremely sweet to us. In terms of preparation and staff behavior, is honestly probably the best I ever seen. The temperature of the outside swimming pull is around 25-30º. Could be warmer but it is not bad! Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are so clean, and they clean it so well every day. wow. we are so glad we picked this hotel. reasonably practical location to give access via a short drive to many trails. great amenities for the price point. staff culture was consistently welcoming, pleasant and helpful from all those we interacted with. the loft suite was among the best we ever experienced for the price point.

We loved our stay at FIORI Dolomites Experience Hotel. I made reservations for just one night, as I also had booked a rifugio closer to hikes, but I wish we had stayed here all three nights! Greath hotel in the heart of Dolomites

The hotel is family owned, and they really make enormous effort to give great service. The breakfast and the restaurant are very good for the price and they really know their way around town and around the soroundings. Rooms where always clean and everything worked perfectly, it's an old building but it's gorgeous and well maintained. Location is perfect and quiet.

We only stayed here one night before embarking on a hiking trip in the area. The hotel was great for that. The shower situation was a little odd, but breakfast was good and the room was clean.

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Mirage. The staff at the front desk kindly upgraded our rooms free of charge and offered our group the complimentary aperitivo even though we arrived after it had concluded. Staff at the restaurant were lovely and accommodating as well. The rooms were both spacious and spotless, and the landscaping on the property was stunning.

We had a very nice stay here. It's a beautiful property with a very nice surrounding. Amazing service and hospitality - everyone greets with smile and is very helpful. They even surprised me with a wine bottle and cookies on my birthday, even though we didn't tell them! Breakfast spread was good and evening apero was also a nice experience.
