Wonderful accommodation, service, and location! Fun and friendly desk staff/management and tasty breakfast options. Location is in the center of everything, with the slightest drawback that the noise of the main road is just outside. A small price to pay in exchange for the excellent location, since the road quiets down at night.

I stayed here for 2 nights in late October and the experience was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Venera. When I come back to this area I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a triple room two nights for the All Saints' Bridge. We made a big mistake, I admit it: we did not realize that dogs are not allowed in this hotel. We did it at the reception when, in a not particularly kind way, they communicated it to us. There are allergies. We were asked to let him sleep in the car or in their garage. Our dog is very old but very good. He has always lived and slept at home with us. My husband and daughter took a shower and changed. I stayed in the car with the dog. We lost the money, the two days of relaxation as well. The bitterness remained. In South Tyrol all this would not have happened. We will never go back.

I stayed in this hotel in December 2021, so a bit penalized by the Covid restrictions. The single room was very clean and warm, the bathroom was tidy and the breakfast was abundant. The mattress was comfortable, which was not to be taken for granted, and the pillow did not give me neck pain as often happens when I sleep in hotels.
In the morning I woke up with 20 cm of fresh snow, a marvel! Highly recommended, both for families and for romantic couple weekends.
