Location in the town center, with a wide view of the Orobie Alps. Discreet rooms with sunny balconies. Staff always helpful and courteous. Good food, pizzoccheri and sciatt always at lunch and dinner.

Friendly staff, clean warm cozy room with nice view from the terrace. At the restaurant you eat very well and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful .... all good reasons to return.

This restaurant is located a few steps from the center of Teglio, very nice and pleasant. I met this place thanks to the Pizzochero di Teglio festival. Large hotel but a little lived, all via excellent hospitality as well as the cleanliness of both the rooms and the restaurant. One thing you absolutely must try here are the Pizzoccheri ... The best surprise of our holiday. Family room was clean very spacious and with an excellent bathroom. Well suited for a family of 4. Restaurant serves excellent food and the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu items and the sourcing of ingredients. A must order here is the Pizzoccheri. The front desk was helpful and welcoming. Amazing. Beautiful clean room. Plenty of space with a balcony overlooking the lovely town of Teglio and the mountains. Beds and pillows were comfy. Friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant did INCREDIBLE food. The pizzoccheri was amazing. The drive up to Teglio was a bit scary, but you get used to it. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

I stayed at Restorante Belandin with my family on the way back from Genova. The stay was awesome. The staff is very nice. Even we were late beyond checkin time but Francesca Andreoli waited for us until we arrived. The breakfast was very tasty and good. The location is very nice near to swiss border. My kids were very happy. Thanks once again 💯 % recommended 👍

Fantastic meal! We called a day before for pizzocheri GF as well as the traditional plate. The lunchmeat appetizers were served with local pickled veggies and a fresh zucchini salad. Wonderful light, but full of flavor. The pizzocheri is placed on your plate from large serving bowls. And they come back to give you seconds… the homemade red wine was served with dinner, good and smooth. Not California...

Lucia's welcome was perfect, both for the room, large, comfortable and hospitable, and for her ability to dispense advice on the area and share stories and culture of the valley with her guests. All preferably in front of a good coffee for breakfast, accompanied by sweets and other products prepared by her or typical of the area.

Clean and very welcoming, the breakfast, prepared by the lady, offers, among other things, a freshly baked cake every morning

It deserves more stars for cleanliness, attention to detail and hospitality not to mention the homemade breakfast which is delicious! Here it is impossible not to feel at home, highly recommended.

The sympathy lives here. The house is splendid, the room is perfect, the breakfast room is a show. The breakfast prepared by Mrs. Lucia is super abundant and will give you the right energy to walk in the mountains. We loved this place. Stayed in Magnolia room with private kitchen and bathroom with 3 kids between 1 and 6 yrs. Our kids talks about our host Lucia all the time. Thanks a lot for hosting us!

The hosts were very friendly and wonderful people. The place is quiet, even though it is just off the main road. Large sized apartment with everything you need, including a great pizzeria next door. Very clean, comfortable and would 100% recommend staying here.

Excellent location with care finishes. The owners are gracious and friendly. The recently built building is full of many handmade objects. Very pretty. The parking lot is large and also close to a pizza restaurant. 20 minutes from L'Aprica and 3 minutes from the Bernina express station. To be recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Contrada Beltramelli! The setting is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the food was delicious (dinner and breakfast) and the staff were super friendly. They were very good with my gluten intolerance, and even helped us with a lift back to the station. 100% recommend a stay here!

Awesome place just outside the "center" of Tirano. Maybe 5-6min by taxi. You might feel like you're in the middle of no where but this place is really awesome. Friendliest people, amazing food, and just instantly felt at home. Rooms have character and the whole hotel is very clean, comfortable and a joy to be in.

17/6/2018 to go on the red train of bernina we stayed at B&B Il Ciliegio for two nights. Perfect choice !!!!!! we were very happy for the excellent and plentiful breakfast, very clean and well cared for. Thanks to the kind hosts who made our short break perfect.

Very friendly service by the staff who were always on hand to give assistance and advice. From 8am they serve a lovely breakfast. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. Free parking available. Conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Free WiFi in the rooms. A very pleasant place to stay.

Good value, great breakfast and lovely view from the room. 10 to 15 minutes walk from the train station. The family that run the place are friendly and helpful. There is no kettle in the room but you can easily request hot water from the staff. Room is not so soundproofed. Good shower and WiFi. Reception is not 24 hours. Room is clean and well maintained.

A real family-run Bed and Breakfast in the center of Tirano. The owner Cristina in addition to taking care of the structure and its guests is very good in promoting the territory and typical products.

B & b in the center of Tirano, very convenient both for the appearance of the structure that stands out from the other buildings and for the private parking available. The b & b is inside a large apartment, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had the double room with the external bathroom, in front of the room, no problem. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it doesn’t need to be. It was easy to get to, with super convenient access to the Bernina Express. The host was pleasant and helpful, and we were comfortable. Just be sure to close the windows to keep bugs out!

The room is located in a small building about 50m from Tirano station. The internal parking with assigned parking space is very convenient (the maneuvering spaces are a bit tight and if you had a slightly larger car you could have some difficulties). The Bernina Express 'B&B' was pretty good. The rooms are very modern, the beds were very nice, there were power sockets at the bedside tables, etc. I was especially pleased with the bathroom, it felt fresh and spacey. Also the bed was huge. The breakfast was served in a bistro close to the rooms, that is also where the check-in and check-out are done. You have to know that, otherwise you are searching...

An unbelievable train journey worth every ‘penny’. Clean quiet trains take you through stunning scenery on a 5 hr return trip that you will never forget. One for the bucket list.

This hotel is a great location for the Bernina Express Terminal and booking office. The mainline Tirano station is also handy. The hotel itself appears to have had some of the rooms refurbished. Unfortunately, ours wasn't one of them. The room allotted to us (108) was in need of a make over, in particular the bathroom which was not only unbelievably small, but the shower had hardly any water coming...

Ignore the notes about there being no check-in at this place! It was an ideal place for us to stay, an easy walk from the train, take the public train by the way, it is expensive enough and drives the same route as the Bernina Express. Great welcoming, very nice staff and a large room with plenty of wardrobes. Just a very nice place!

It was clean, but the rooms were super small. Could barely get around the beds to the bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited. The windows in the room were small and looked onto another wall. I would choose a different place or make sure I got a larger room with a window that at least looked outside.

Affordable, clean, secure, centrally located apartment. Had all that was needed for a quick visit to Tirano and the Bernina Express. Recommended.

A lovely stay in a beautifully renovated hundreds of years old house converted into a hotel. The hospitality was fantastic and the host recommended excellent restaurants in the area. We only wish we had booked more than one night!

A cute secret tip. Owner Andrea is always there and makes your stay special. Interior has classic local charm, modern amenities, it's quiet and the house dog is cute too. breakfast is big enough to count as brunch. Andrea also tells you a bit about the area and the story. Very welcoming structure, comfortable room with equipped and clean bathroom. Covered parking a stone's throw from the structure, abundant breakfast and what about the fabulous cakes prepared by Mrs. Paola, very good! Good location for any travel.

My family and I found a truly genuine welcome, not built. Attention to detail and maximum attention to guests were a constant in our very recent stay, on the occasion of the "Eroico rosso" event. We will come back for sure.

For any holidays in the mountains in Valtellina in Tirano I highly recommend the B&B il riccio. The owners, Mirco and Paola, are nice and very kind, also an excellent choice of delicious local products and delicious breakfasts, had a great time with them. We will definitely be back. We stayed at the hedgehog as a base for the trip with the Bernina red train. Very clean and comfortable rooms, kind and friendly managers, rich and varied breakfast. Private parking but also the possibility of free parking a few meters from the structure. Close to the center and the train station. The only drawback not suitable for the disabled, the staircase without a lift, however I would stay there again. Thanks for the kindness .

Beat beer in the world!

Close to station and in old town. Close to many good restaurants. The best part is however spending time in the bar with our hosts, Claudia and Michael, as well as many locals, drinking the beer which is brewed on the premises. A fun place to stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very good value for money.

I usually stop there just for a drink and to rest a bit during a trip. The owner is always kind and the bar is confortable.
