Lovely hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything in the old town center. My room had an incredible view of the church dome and the old roofs a few blocks away. Comfortable, spacious, and very nice staff. The rooftop area was closed for the winter, but I'm sure it is lovely in the warmer months. You should definitely stay here!

Location and outside ambiente shows some charme from old times. Rooms are…. outdated (friendly said) Old metal bed in a non inviting „cold“ appearing high room. It was dirty, cabinets are from 70‘s and partially broken. In the bathroom it smeels wet/like mold and the air cycling fan has not seen a cleaning for decates. The service depends of whom you talk to. The breakfast area guys are fabolous!! 5 stars if I could rate separatelly. Checkin/front desk is vice versa. You feels like a disturbing something that stop them from doing…what? No clear information. No able to give you a propper house introduction or follow requests.
When you use the large nice stairs into first floor, be carefull, as they are full of broken glas from parts falling if the lights on the walls. And no one feels responsible to clean it up. Upstairs, a walkway reminding if old hospitals invites you to start wonding of the clocks ha ging on the wall - as every single shows different times (but non of them the correct one😂)
Overall, in off season to pay 130+ as a singleton is seriously not acceptable. sorry, but they should use the money for restauration soon

The worst breakfast ever!!! For a 5-Star-Hotel it was a disaster. Low quality, little choices to eat and not delicious. The room was very old-equipped with no blanket!! The bed was too old, with any movement there was a loud noise.
A very bad smell was in the floor and in the room and even in the closet. We paid 118 € for one night and we wish, we would not have done that. The refregirator was off and the drinks inside was warm. The parking lot was not easy to find. I do not recommend it even for one night.

Nice vintage hotel. Lovely vintage decoration and great location. Good to have free car parking in the nearby parking place.
The breakfast was not a five star hotel breakfast at all. Not even a three star hotel breakfast... Pitty.

Overall best place with location in Brescia. It isn’t 5 stars, which already know by price being in Italy. However, historic, location set some. For Europe, breakfast is below average is only thing. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed this old city hotel with its original fittings, woodwork, carpets and mirrors. The rooftop bar is pleasant and the food is good. The staff are particularly friendly and nothing seems to be too much effort.

Terrible! 5-star hotel displayed at the entrance, crumbling walls, stained, cracked, damp, and all at only 104 euros / night without breakfast. I also attached pictures

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a good time. This classic hotel is worth visiting, rooms on top floor have an amazing view! Rooms are big and clean. And so is the bathroom, but it took 5 minutes before the water temperature was warm, probably related to the age of the structure itself. The elevator is very small, but has, I think, also to do with the age of the building and the possibility to install an elevator at all. The Valet parking is very easy. The breakfast was a bit boring and the eggs were cold. Service during breakfast was perfect! I would visit this again!

- Ambiente elegante anche se un po' datato Terrazza chiusa La brochure con i servizi e' veramente vecchia e non riflette gli effettivi servizi offerti: non c'era mini bar in camera, ne' bollitore con the'/caffe, la terrazza era chiusa, non c'era accappatoio. Sono tutti servizi non fondamentali, soprattutto visto quanto poco ho pagato, ma la brochure dovrebbe corrispondere allo stato attuale delle cose :)
