What I will say is, you can tell a good hotel from a bad hotel, not by what it does right but by what it does when things don't go right.
This Hotel failed miserably

The room was good and comfortable, the breakfast also good, the gym can improve and the WiFi doesn't work there.
The low rating is due to the fact that after the first night I have found many of my belongings moved inside the room, and a personal item disappeared. The value was around 20 euros, not too much, but quite annoying.

As a platinum member and born in Brescia I usually travels once a year back home, I find this hotel clean, modern and good service. The restaurant is superlative, the area instead not so great. Even the parking lot has problem of breaking into cars at night. I suggest you pay 12$ a night for the covered parking

It was a stopover between cities, and for that it was convenient. Nothing around.
Limited free parking, but it's ok.
EV chargers on the parking lot, but rather on expensive side.
AC didn't work - at 35c outside, it's definitely a problem. Here comes +1 point to service for additional free water.
Probably the smallest TV screen we have seen for a while.
30 minutes before the end of breakfast, the hot buffet was finished. Again, +1 for service, they brought us boiled eggs.
And, if it advertises as free breakfast, it's not so at all.
Gym - 1 treadmill, 3 bikes, plus weights. You need to know how to work out in limited gym, otherwise, don't go.
All in all - if you want your Marriott nights and points on your way, it's a bearable choice.

The location is good the hotel is good but it need an update. No AC, as most hotels in Europe...which is crazy considering the wave of heat. The service is outstanding and remarkable. Everyone is extremely professional , respectful, and kind. Parking can be free if you park next to the hotel.

Standard AC Marriot. Breakfast is not included for Marriott status. No lounge.
If you need a overnight this is a great location but not a long term lodging Marriott location. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable and clean.
